This was closed on weekend and the earliest I would get the tire fixed was Monday evening. I called mr tire. They were open Saturday and Sunday. I had to tow the car to the shop but they were ready and promptly fixed my tire with a smile. No upselling. No gimmmics. The tech and front desk were courteous and prompt and took care of me!! I'm a fan and will definitely be using them for my vehicle needs. They were knowledgeable about Tesla and had all the equipment including a special "puck" to attach to my chassis to lift the car. They suggested I get my car towed there to avoid any possible damage. Again, I thought this is it. I got my car towed there and that same day I got the call. There was a fix - no worries! I proceeded to have some other maintenance work done at the same time as like I said, I love my car. I picked up my car last night and it feels like a new car again. I have been going to SSA since they first opened and I don't trust my baby with anyone but them. They are honest and trustworthy. Thank you SSA for taking care of all of our vehicles!

They didn't have one of the parts but made calls till they found one at another store and had it delivered - about 1.5hrs later - we were back on the road and headed home. Great customer experience and efficient staff - they worked fast to get us back on the road.

I own a 2003 Dodge Dakota which was showing an intermittent airbag light coming on. I personally…read moreput in a large number of hours trying to fix the issue myself. I then took it to 3- services shops and none could fix the issue. I have been dealing w/ this problem for almost a year. When I took it to the different shops; one being a Chrysler/Dodge dealer, I was getting different stories as to what was wrong. The third service shop I took it to who could not fix or diagnose the issue, stated that I should try Jamie's Auto Repair-South. I met w/ Jamie and told him my problem and everything I have been through. He said I'll take a shot at the issue and let me know. His initial diagnosis was a bad clock spring which I already had replaced by the first service shop I went to. When Jamie tried a new clock spring from a Dodge Dealer it did not fix the problem. At this point he did not give up!! He continued on the hunt for the problem and finally determined the issue was w/ the Airbag Control Module(ACM). The module had a short inside and was the cause of the intermittent problem. Jamie then took it upon himself to find me a used ACM and installed it and the problem seems to have gone away. Now I get no error codes or Airbag light. Jamie is confident that the problem is solved and I am too. Time will tell the story. So what can I say? Well, I was close to getting rid of the truck b/c of this problem; but Jamie showed skill, tenacity, and true customer concern for my satisfaction. So the moral of the story is the other shops did not want to deal with my problem, but Jamie did and I truly appreciate his efforts. I highly recommend his shop for repairs especially tough head-scratchers which no one else can do or want to do!! Great job Jamie and your crew!!!
