Do not use them…read more Our car would not start. They changed the battery and reprogrammed the key fobs. That's understandable. Then they said mice chewed the wires in the engine. Four of them were in on this conversation. One employee said "oh yeah! That's more common than you think. It happened to me" Another said "it happens a lot over in Spring Mill Estates" A few days later, we asked to see the wires. "What, you don't believe me?" was the reply. A few minutes later he said "Well I actually didn't see it. The guy who programmed the keys told me" We had the car towed to a recommended repair shop who replaced the ignition switch. THERE WAS NO WIRE DAMAGE.

I called at the end of the day on the day they said I had an appointment and they said they didn't have time to look at it that day but would look at it in the morning. Annoying but ok. I called towards the end of the next day and they told me that they were busy and couldn't look at it. When I explained that they had said I had an appointment he gave me an attitude and said well you can just tow it back off if you don't like it and honestly with the way this conversation is going I would prefer that. I tried to deescalate the situation and then hung up and my father called to check in assuming that it was because I was a woman they were pushing me around and when my dad said he didn't appreciate the way he talked to me he said I am going to push the car off my lot and you can just deal with it. Then we received word that if we did not get the car from where he pushed it too by 8pm they would tow it themselves. Absolutely ridiculous that instead of taking accountability for the fact that they were pushing us around they resorted to such extreme measures. NEVER bring your car here if you plan on having it looked at in any type of timely fashion.

I can't say enough and there aren't enough stars to put on a review!!! Had a transmission start to go on a 2018 Suburban, and left it in the lot on a Sunday after speaking with Mitch on Friday. I did not expect them to even get to it on Monday since this was not scheduled or anything. Got a call Monday with diagnosis, estimate, and an expected completion date. He called a few days later to update me on the progress and even confirmed it would be done sooner than initially expected. The rebuild included road testing, and the odometer proved that was done sufficiently. The bill came in just a bit lower than the estimate. I had done my research on this beforehand, and spoken to others with the same vehicle and knew this was a fair price. I am confident I wasn't ripped off. No BS, not shady, no surprises. Just fair, honest business. This place is one of very few left out there that you can trust.

They didn't have one of the parts but made calls till they found one at another store and had it delivered - about 1.5hrs later - we were back on the road and headed home. Great customer experience and efficient staff - they worked fast to get us back on the road.
