Worst service ever I bought my truck here and I traded in my car which was not paid off yet and it took them about 6 weeks to pay off my car. put my car in delinquency with my finance company and then finally paid it. There was something wrong with my truck that wasn't viewable when I test drove the car the day before I called them and they tired to tell me I had to pay them to fix it. They finally agree to do it at no cost and we made am appointment for the repairs and when we showed up they didn't have time and had to reschedule our appointment, this happened twice! I'll keep it posted if they finally following through this next appointment. Update: everything went great on my next appointment, they fixed my truck in a timely manor no cost to me and my truck is running great and I am one happy person!!! read more

super shopper was able to help us get back to work after unexpected event with another truck going down. The process was fast not much time to go through details. I do think they need to inspect and clean the vehicles better. That being said the new truck broke down before I made a single payment on it but they did repair the issue with the fuel pump and I feel that was fair as well as attempted to resolve an issue with a hard pull to the right. we were not able to fix that issue but they did have 2 different businesses look at what the cause was. I bought a vehicle for $1800, but they told me when the finance department calls say I paid $2000 when I picked it up. I was initially excited, but the experience was rushed. Three and a half months later, the vehicle won't start, and repairs will cost over $2000. Bought a mustang and I noticed the bumper was pulled out and I told the guy it's been in an accident he lied and said no he would show me the carfax but didn't give it to me until we walked outside then they closed so when we got home we read it and it was in a accident. We drove off the lot with no passenger seat belt and the passenger door wouldn't open from the outside and the front end made a loud cluncking noise. We brought the car back to be fixed after we put our diagnostic test on and the o2 sensors were bad as we pulled off the off ramp our car died and there was an engine lock it finally started back up but the only reason they fixed it was because we called the loan place and told them so they stopped payment until fixed. Worse people they are extremely unprofessional and rude plus have a very bad mouths they all cuss up a storm and just because white people are around they think they can talk in spanish but white people are bilingual too. I do not recommend them. One of my friends quote was over 4 grand the other did a voluntary repo but still paying full price and they resold her car with the problems. Ur better off buying a car on market place. They refuse to fix anything and they lie so bad and don't have a problem doing it, how can they be human, they clearly have no hearts or respect and need to go to school to learn how to be professional and respectful as well as run a business. This is the most crooked, unethical outfit ever. I bought a Jeep Patriot. I also got the warranty which I was told would cover any major issues. Eight months later my drive line broke while I was driving home from work. I lost my steering and was lucky not to crash. He seemed genuine and human talking to him and I was really appreciative for that. The problem is is that I want to ensure the car is fixed properly and I don't believe that Super Shopper will do that. So I purchased a vehicle four years ago, and after going to a real dealership and finding out how customers SHOULD be treated and not lied to, I would recommend that anyone who reads this..STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will do whatever it takes, even LIE TO YOUR FACE, to get the sale. So we bought the 2000 Honda CRV, it was raining the day before we went to look at it. The salesman said that someone left the window down and that is why the floor was soaking wet. After buying it and having my kids in the back, we were driving in the rain when water started pouring down from the headliner soaking both kids. The headliner was sagging because of the aftermarket sunroof. So I had to seal the whole thing up with silicon. Right after buying it I noticed vibration in the front end. I took it to a local shop in Orland and they told me the front tire was separated. So I had to call Super Shopper back which the did pay for one replacement tire. Then within a few months the radiator sprung a leak which cost me $600 to fix. The salesman was very shady and the owners of this place act like your trying to rip them off, when in reality they are trying to make as much money without giving any thought as to how their customer feels. The idiots took a picture for a Red Honda Civic Si that showed the engine running and check engine light on. My girl had an app. with them to see the car and questioned the salesman about the check engine light, and he said the key was just in accessory mode. Well... me being an "automotive technican" at a "honda dealership" knew that with the engine running along with a glowing check engine light means there's a problem. We asked to use a scan tool and it showed that the some of the emission system checks were not completed, meaning they cleared the codes and tried to sell her the car "as is". We refused to buy the car and brought their practices to the publics attention on Facebook. They still call us liars and say we Photo Shopped the image. I have stupidly purchased 2 vehicles from super shopper auto sales first one as a surprise gift to my husband a 1988 jeep wrangler yj and the other a 2001 gmc sierra 2500 truck the jeep was fiananced in house and the truck with lobel fianacial , we bought the truck and put 1000.00 cash down and because the sales managerrod and the owner mike liked the interior work i did on the jeep they said if i do some interior work on another car they were trying to sell they would give me another 1000.00 to go to the down , the contract says deferred down 0.00 cash down 2000.00 total down 2000.00 effectively commiting contract fraud , we have the sales contract as well as the invoice signed by me and the sales manager showing the 1000.00 to be earned later . The sales manager Rod promises that he would replace the 3 very bald tires and fix the problem with the brakes causing the brake light to be on , after countless attemps at getting the car lot to do what they promised and because the truck was not safe or legal for that matter to drive and we could not afford the repairs i let the truck go back to the fianace company firther hurting my credit . On the 88 jeep wrangler i bought it first and like i mentioned it was a gift when i took it home my husband who loved it noticed some of the smog equipment was not hooked up and it had 5 missing lug nuts so i took the jeep back to get these items repaired but was told by the sales manager rod and the owner mike that because they gave me such a good deal they would not fix anything . out of anger and frustration we made a very negative comment on the car lots web site and within hours business partner eddie called and asked us to come in , we met with eddie and even though he still refused to fix the jeep i was happy with the fact that they gave us coupons for 2 free payments and we could use them anytime . My husband lost his job in June and so i called super shopper auto spoke with the owner told him i would like to use the payment coupons for the may and june payments making my next scheduled payment 7/28/15 . June 26 2015 we send a email to the owner of super shopper and tell him basically that with lies told the contract fraud and you wouldnt fix the gmc as promised i was going to sue him remember the fraud has to do with 2000.00 cash down . i lso told him in the message if he would like to avoid legal proceedings that we could settle if he gave me the clear title ti the jeep and 1750.00 i would drop the case ., the car lot owner only responded this 1 time he said "after all we have done for you " and that was pretty much all he had to say . July 8 2015 a couple weeks after i threatened to sue over the 2000.00 in contract fraud i get a certified notice from the car lot saying they have repossessed my jeep claiming i was 2 payments behind , the same 2 payments i used the coupons for , the notice also said the contract balance on the jeep was exactly 2000.00 , what are the odds that i owe exactly 2000.00 on the jeep when i am starting legal proceedings agaist them for 2000.00 on another deal . i was out of town when the repo took place but as i have learned i had let my buddy use the jeep he was ran off the road around 10;30 Friday night 7/3/15 he couldnt get the jep to start so he caught a ride into town to get a chain and have a friend pull him from were he was stuck when he returned the jeep was gone he called the highway patrol and was informed it was towed to lake almanor towing . not being the registered owner and i was camping not in phone range he could not contact us , super shopper being on title as the legal owner was notified so they came up and got the jeep , they never made any mention of the jeep being towed or the impound they just told us in the notice it was repossessed , we made countless emails , several phone calls , 2 text messages and 3 face book messages to mike the owner trying to get some info as why it was repoed i mentioned the payment coupons over 35 times and at no point has he ever denied the fact we used them . Super Shopper wont release or personal effects that were in the jeep , they only gave a 14 day notice that they were going to sell it instead of the 15 days the law requires we have gotten nothing from them . I made complaints with the BBB only to find they are for the company and not the consumer so now we are filing a law suit . we had about 3000.00 invested in the jeep when they illegally took it from us . we have proven a laundry list of laws broken by this dealer when they responded to our BBB complaint they said the jeep was involved in a hit and run and i had illegally sold the jeep for cash without being the legal owner . as for the hit and run the only bit of evidence provided by thr dealer was the tag from the tow company that shows the word hit and run in very obvious different writing the rest of the tag and the total days impounded was obviously changed to 5 days as well as the amount due was changed to 250.00 , the high read more

First off they said this vehicle was gone through with a fine tooth comb...there was alot wrong with it. When i said no thanks...they kept coming down on price. "whats it going to take to get you to drive this home today" they even offered my down payment to be less so i could afford the repairs...um NO? Anyway i drove away and turned around and said oh i forgot my deposit. they said we will reverse it right now, it will be back in your bank account. Never showed up...i kept calling..excuse after excuse. I even did a third party call with my BANK and even the guy over the phone was amazed..we called once and was told comcast was down and they couldnt reverse it...called again and got a different story. they never refunded it and my bank gave it back to me and we are doing a fraud claim. I am a first time car buyer and this was the first business I checked out because they had a car on craigslist I was interested in and it was pretty close by. I test drove the car and did not like it because there was a race-car manual in the car. We went back to the office and the salesperson was very helpful in helping me sort through their inventory to find something I would be interested in. I told them I could not buy a car today because I had just begun searching and I needed to shop around. The salesperson was very understanding. He gave me a printout of their best deal with financing rates and total price which I took with me to compare to other deals.
