We bought our car at West Mitsubishi 3 years ago. We have always had it serviced in their service department. Each time I take our car in for service, I am met with courtesy and a smiling face. They always explain everything thoroughly and never pressure me into doing extra service. I have never experienced such extraordinary customer service in my entire life. They make me feel as though I just purchased the vehicle. They always wash my car when they are finished and treat me to a Dutch Bros card. I cannot say enough about this business. So far, so good. I have been hesitant to write a review right away after buying a car since everything that had happened to us with Hibdon. (See my review and updates on them for details.) We bought a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in September 2020. We worked with Liliana and she was wonderful to deal with. After getting married in March of this year, we finally got to take our car on a little road trip to Oregon for our honeymoon. I liked my Sport (I love driving stick!) but it seemed to be lacking power when going uphill. We ended up trading it in for a regular 2020 Outlander with a bigger engine and 3rd row seating in May. We worked with both Victor and Liliana on that one. They were able to do the trade on the terms we wanted (using a pickup truck we had as a down payment since our daughter decided she didn't want it), AND they got us better financing with a better bank than we had before! It has been amazing. Service has been wonderful as well (shout out to Darian). In April of this year, we needed service done on the Sport when we still had it. We had a death in the family so we decided to drop off our car and pick up a loaner on the way to Fresno. They made sure we had a nice comfortable ride, and they were more than patient on us bringing it back. I bought a car from West Mitsubishi and let me say it was the absolute best experience. Last month I was looking for a 4Runner and ended up finding a perfect example priced lower than any other dealer through West. I called and was assisted by Victor he said the car was available so I made the drive from Sacramento. He stayed an hour after close waiting for me. I showed up, he handed me the keys and said check it out and text drive it. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I went back and fourth on whether to pull the trigger on buying. Not once did victor try to convince me or push me to buy it. I ended up purchasing the car, absolutely love it, 2 weeks after I received a care package from them with some nice goodies to eat. Today Victor came all the way to my house to drop a spare key that they ended up finding and brought me a refund check as they charged me slightly to much for for the registration. Called to buy a car the first day I was told someone to call me back in 30 minutes. Called at 7 o'clock that night to see what was going on till they were close. They call me back the next day didn't get a call the next day so I called them at 10 gave them all my information I was told I get a call in a couple hours. Didn't get a call. Call them at one to check in on my credit application was told the sales rep was busy couldn't speak to me but call me back call them again at three sales rep was still busy and no one else could help me, seems like they don't want to sell me a car and if they really did anyone could help me! I was preapproved for $50,000. Do you think they pay attention to a customer who wants to spend money! Horrible customer service!! read more

There customer service is awful when dealing with them to return a part that was ordered wrong, they did not give me a full refund, because they charge a restock fee which I never even open the packaging. I sent it back on my own dime, I never even touched the packaging in the box, only opened it to take a copy of the invoice, I sealed it back up and mailed it back. Such a rip off of this restocking charge, I could see if I opened the packaging, but I didn't. watch your pocket book and make sure you order the right part. read more

Wow! I have been trying to set my EGR sensor since April 01, 4 mechanics suggested something is wrong with the computer- I called west Mitsubishi 3 times they gave me drive cycles to perform- finally I made an appointment and I assumed it being a dealer it was gonna be a 500.00 visit!! I have a 03 eclipse I would've bought a new one had Mitsubishi continued their sports car today just based on the customer service! Darren told us what they would do and then they told us where we could sit or get food- even the sales man came out to offer us a new car!! Anyway- just an adjustment needed to the gas pedal and I hope doing a drive cycle in the morning would cure this egr!! Darren treated us like he appreciated us had my car washed and gave us Dutch brother card- oh plus I had to call because we were late and they still treated us wonderful!!! I will be back!! Hello all. I have been unable to buy a car for years due to an illness-finally able and very excited I called the nearest local dealer wanting to support my community. BAD DECISION. GO TO HIBDON. I called and spoke to a man that made me an appointment the next day; I let him know I was walking there. I talked to him about my needs and limitations-price, car and everything. He asked if a lease was an option- I said no. When I arrived LAURA showed me the computer screen where he had written LEASE AN OPTION. I gave him my cap interest rate-he said" no problem we work with a ton of banks" Every concern I had was met with an affirmative answer of reassurance. ( I get this is typical car salesmen protocol) BUT...he called me the morning of the next day to confirm I was coming. He said to be sure Cori and Sunny were ready for me with all the paperwork and such-I said I would call an hour or so before to confirm. I did. I walked 2 miles in 97" weather in the wind with a healed broken back and illness I live with. Excited I walked around the lot searching for their hidden entrance-the front is closed-looks great-but closed. Finally going in to A/C and happy I was greeted by a stranger that new NOTHING about me or an appointment. Laura had NO CARS LIKE I HAD ASKED ABOUT. NO PAPERWORK READY.
