I highly recommend super Star Car Wash Express. I recently took my car and it was my first time at this location. Jesus helped me out and provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, helpful and made the whole process super easy. The washes were very inexpensive. I didn't get the chance to vacuum the inside of my car this time, I did notice there were plenty of vacuum stations available. I'll definitely be returning. Great experience overall! read more

I pay $29.00 a month and today was the 3rd time my car still had bugs alot of bugs on front bumper, I asked the attendant to pls spray the front for bugs and she did but still had bugs on bumper. I checked the cars next to me and their bumpers were clean i asked if they paid for memberships yes and they were only paying $16.00 so im thinking im paying for more but getting less. Last time there was soap (I guess it was soap) on front and hood and window drivers side. They have repeatedly guided my car smack into the rail and half the time I have to go searching for clean towels. I just canceled my membership online, after reading reviews I sure hope they don't bill me again. I washed my car there every week sometimes more in the past 18 months and very seldom are the same people working there big turn over hmm. read more

On May 15, my Jeep Wrangler sustained severe windshield damage at the Super Star Car Wash location on Miller Road in Buckeye, AZ. While passing through the automatic carwash, the top roller failed to clear my vehicle's vertical windshield, violently banging it 3 times, before finally clearing it. According to the on-duty manager, this is a known issue with Jeeps due to their upright design. The machinery repeatedly struck the top of the windshield, pushing the entire vehicle backward three separate times before clearing it. Upon exiting, the upper third of the windshield was severely fractured in a spiderweb pattern. I immediately reported the incident to the manager on duty. Although the company's website guarantees a response within 72 hours, I did not receive a final determination until June 2 (18 days later). The Claims Department denied responsibility, attributing the incident to a "thermal fracture." This explanation is highly problematic, given that the severe fracturing occurred precisely when the machinery violently and repeatedly struck the glass. Furthermore, an employee confirmed that internal cameras record every vehicle during the wash cycle. It is deeply disappointing that management chose to deny this claim despite clear physical and likely photographic evidence of mechanical impact. As a result of this experience, I am canceling my monthly unlimited wash subscription for my second vehicle and will no longer patronize this business. I advise all motorists--particularly Jeep owners--to be aware that Super Star Car Wash may deny liability for vehicle damage caused by their equipment. My insurance company will handle the replacement, and I am sharing this account to ensure other consumers are fully informed. read more

I highly recommend this car wash! It always does the best job at cleaning my vehicle in comparison to three minute car wash & quick quack. The employees are always super friendly, the wipes and air fresheners are great quality. My only complaints at this location is that a lot of the stalls do not have working vacuums/have vacuums that are missing. I will definitely continue to come here! read more

Not the best car wash. The stall I was in didn't have "free air" and trying to find one that allows you to get air in your tires. $23 ain't bad, but for the service I got, $15 would be better for the mediocre car wash. read more

Horrible car wash! Do NOT come here! I Purchased a wash and I went through the tunnel wash and as I am barely pulling out of it I get a notification from my car that the air pressure in my front tire was at a zero. I exit the wash and parked my car and see that the tunnel wash broke the tire valve stem on my front tire!!! read more

My problem is I brought my daughter's car and it messed up some of the side moldings and I told the manager not to worry about it. I'll fix it. And I did and he said thank you for your trouble I'll give you 2 months for you and I said thank you very much. I was going to bring my Fleet of vehicles there just because of the good service. No longer the case they back out of the two months and they keep wanting to pass the bucket to someone else. I was cleaning my car out on the side of the carwash one evening and as usual I was playing my music then suddenly when I went to get back in my vehicle it would not start. Apparently I ran out my battery because while I was playing music the car was not completely turned on. A very kind and helpful employee by the name of chad came to my rescue and I didn't have a clue on how to jump my car nor did I have cables. He got some out of his trunk pulled up next to me and fixed my mini crisis as I am very anxious when anything goes wrong but this man saved the day and I am so grateful that there are men like him still in this world. You don't get service like this just anywhere and I appreciate him because without him I would still be sitting in the parking lot. read more

If I could leave 3 separate 1 star reviews I would. On two separate occasions the wash was set up so wrong it broke my car. The first time we went it broke off my rear wind shield wiper. The 2nd time my wife went through it destroyed the fixed antenna on top of the roof! Keep in mind this antenna is not one of those flimsy thin metals ones it's one of those very thick black ones designed to NOT break off! The THIRD TIME I went through with my own car and it BROKE OFF MY SIDE MIRROR. FIX YOUR FREAKING MACHINE ITS DESTROYING CARS! read more
