Solid 3/5 stars. The wash itself was pretty decent. We still had to scrub the windshield a little after the wash because we had some really stuck on stuff. The car itself was pretty clean though. However, one of the vacuums completely didn't work when we went to vacuum the car, which was the main reason we brought it in to this car wash. read more

I went to this car wash today on 20 June and there wasn't a single towel anywhere in any of the bins so I had to use a towel that I had in my truck to try to wipe it down the best I could read more

On 6/20 I was washing my truck, there was a push cart that one of the employees left and the wind blew the cart away and hit my truck. I spoke to Kaleb who said he was the manager, we filled a report and said they will call me in 2 weeks so they can fix the damages. After almost 3 weeks, I stopped by yesterday and spoke to a new manager that came from Texas and he said he spoke to his GM and would call me yesterday after 5 pm and nothing. Horrible experience! When I had my vehicle washed on Sunday morning and purchased the wash and it seems like they push you through very quickly so your car doesn't really get clean. With that being said when I got out of my vehicle to dry it off the whole back end of my car was still dirty. So needless to say, I will not go back to this car wash again off of Indian school near jackrabbit. read more

I will metion "Carlos" apparently Manager at the location. Very unprofessional person he started recording me with his cellphone..saying I need to leave the car wash if I don't do it he will calling the police. Honestly I was trying to cancel my membership with them he never try to have a conversation with me. Always disrespectful..Im trying to contact corporate office but I haven't heard anything yet. This place is a scam. Do not sign up for membership. Signed up in August thinking it would save me money since I like to keep my vehicle clean. Ended up being out of state for most of September. Took my vehicle in October for a wash and was told I don't have a membership. I pulled up my bank statement and showed them the charge for my membership. Person in charge asked me the same questions repeatedly, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes to get a basic wash. Was given a custom service email to contact. Sent the a message immediately no response. Then send a message via their website. One response requesting all the info I sent in my original email to them. Then no response. Had to put a stop payment on them with my bank and I'm now disputing all charges from them. Worst customer service experience I've had. A total scam. I will probably get a response here from them with in a day saying to email them and I matter to them. That's a lie I don't and neither do you. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Went today - Hoses for vacuuming broken and the wash did not work! We brought attention to the fact that we notice going through the machine, little water and all wasn't working! Just the cheap wash but this isn't a reason to not see clean as we're told lol! Went through again per manager after speaking up and second wash was worse and the power went out! Clearly an issue! We had to use 15 towels to dry and wipe the soap off. Truthful! Believe the customer! Terrible and won't be back totally unacceptable. Better managers at this location would be nice. If they had some sense of customer service I would have my mail key. Help from anybody there would be nice. They have canisters that can't be opened apparently. The manager Tony was lazy and unhelpful. read more

I pay for the monthly membership. I stop at the car wash at least once a week and for the past few weeks or months now the majority of vacuums are broken, the free air handle blows water, the wet rags provided smell dirty, leaving your car with a stench. Management seems to fail to address the repairs this car wash is in desperate need for. Considering to cancel my membership if car wash quality and services don't improve. read more

Poor customer service and no communication! If you have a problem, management will ghost you. On 6/3 I saw that they were having their grand opening and giving free car washes. The manager gave us a quick but informative spiel about membership. We declined until we tried the place out a few times before we commit (We normally go across town). We were excited that there was a car wash in our neighborhood, so we gave it a try. While in the car wash our trucks spoiler was ripped off. Knowing this is the fault of the equipment and not intentional, we spoke to the manager, David . He apologized and took my name and number down, took pictures of my truck. He said that there was not anyone he can reach out to that day and insisted that because the next day was Sunday that Corporate would most likely reach out Monday and/or Tuesday the latest. He did not provide any formal claim, point of contact or procedures. Today 6/6 I text David to communicate our plan of action to get this fixed and resolved. No reply. So I called the corporate number to be on hold for at least an hour to get this resolved. They informed me, no one reported or filled out a claim form. Very unprofessional on management. My review is based on my experience and for them to take accountability for future customers. Showed up to the car wash grand opening for a free demo. Only to leave with my spoiler in hand, this experience costing me more time and resources than anticipated. Will provide update when Super Star Car Wash takes action for my damages. read more

I like this car wash a lot! It doesn't take long and they have RainX which is a must-have in my book.

Worst car wash. Never gets the vehicle clean, spotty tires, front of the vehicle still covered in dirt, windows and mirrors spotty and undercarriage around tire wheel never gets clean. It's the only car wash in this area so I'm usually stuck going there but they need to fix whatever they have going on. read more

This location is alway out of towels, employees park in the vacuum stalls , today we arrived at 7:30 when they are suppose to be open at 7:00 and watched several employees scrambling to open. Then had to sit and wait 10 minutes while the computer system started and then had to attempt several times for it to process and the gate would not open we had to call attendant and wait for them since they were late and not ready to receive customers. I went to wash my car at this location on Thursday January 23 at 5:45 pm. I pulled into the lane where the clerk was working. The other lanes were empty and there was only one worker at the one line. The clerk was chatting with the people in the car ahead of me for 10 to 15 minutes and finally a manager, I suppose, came out and opened the gate so the car ahead could drive thru. I pulled up and the male worker said hello...how is it going? I responded that I had been waiting there for 15 minutes while the other female clerk was visiting with the passengers in the car ahead. The male clerk asked if I was a member and I told him no I just wanted a quick carwash. He told me no you are in the wrong line and that I would have to move. By now there were other cars waiting behind me. I backed up and told the male clerk forget it I don't want a carwash after all because of his now rude and arrogant behavior. He replied to me...a paying customer..." We don't care if we lose one customer because we are the best carwash in the area.". Well...that is certainly up for debate. The male clerk at this carwash was rude and nasty and I encourage anyone reading this review to go to a competing carwash because apparently this car wash doesn't really need your money. Only a few weeks prior to this incident, at this very same carwash, I waited in a long line of cars and finally the clerk came out to tell everyone the carwash was broken and we would all have to leave. This place sucks go somewhere else where they employ friendly professionals. i went yesterday 5/3 and just wanted a quick wash whatever. i go thru person at the "pay" counter was nice. pulled thru to the entrance got in all that. i go thru the wash come out to dry my car and found multiple scratches that where NOT there before. soap still covered my car front and back. tried finding someone to talk to but seemed as everyone was hiding. very disappointed and yes i know they can scratch but this is unbelievable. read more
