I cancelled my subscription but they told me it had renewed yesterday and I could come back until March 25th. Today is February 26th. I'm never going back there so I'm out of $20 but it worth it because they are going to ruin my tires. I'll get a new membership at the new Carwash on Miller Road. Do yourself a favor and avoid Quik Quack because they are quacked.

Lots of horn honking and the attendants eventually shut the line down. After a few seconds they started it up again...causing us to bump again. Eventually got out of the tunnel but the car that started it had driven off. The on-site manager had us fill out paperwork but said the car wash does not take any responsibility for damage occurring in their tunnel. A few days later, I got a call from the district manager who repeated that they take no responsibility for damage in their business. He said it is the same as if it happened in the city street...REALLY??? That is what they have liability insurance for. My car had less than 3000 miles on it and now the grille and front camera are damaged have several thousand dollars damage. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Will be dropping both our memberships ASAP.

The quality and customer service just declines. Lately the vaccums have not been working, nothing is getting fixed. Now, their "new" towel method is just unpractical! All clean towels are now by the front office rather than by each station. I've tried multiple attempts to take this higher up, but this place doesn't seem to care. First off, I have children. I DO NOT feel comfortable, leaving them unattended while I go get clean towels.. nor is it safe to send them to fetch them either. I tried asking an employee and he just shrugged and kept on with his day.. for the amount I get charged, having ACCESSIBLE CLEAN TOWELS IS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO! It let me know they were "investigating" but to respond to them asap and let them know I received the email. The next email came 5 mins later saying the claim was denied. "After a thorough investigation" (5 min investigation I guess)your claim is denied because they are not responsible for "AFTERMARKET PARTS OR NON-FACTORY (OEM) ITEMS." I replied that my spoiler is factory, not aftermarket. Then they replied again that I was denied, this time because my car is over 7 years old. Then they repeated the thorough investigation line. They can't even be bothered to check their equipment after it causes damage, so why would you take your car there?
