We've had a membership here since they opened. I've considered switching due to the on and off consistency of the service but this just takes the bait... Sometimes you only get enough soap to cover part of the car or it doesn't fully wash/ will miss spots. Today- we hardly got any soap. When my husband went into inquire about it before we went thru again, he wasn't faced with a positive response. The front desk lady radioed another and apparently the other didn't realize customers can hear what's said on the radio. "I don't want to deal with customers today" Completely unprofessional. Lately the vaccums have not been working, nothing is getting fixed. Now, their "new" towel method is just unpractical! All clean towels are now by the front office rather than by each station. I've tried multiple attempts to take this higher up, but this place doesn't seem to care. First off, I have children. I DO NOT feel comfortable, leaving them unattended while I go get clean towels.. nor is it safe to send them to fetch them either. This is the car wash from Hell. We went through the automatic car wash, and got stuck just before the tire shine. We sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for the wash to get us moving again. When it finally did start moving again, the person in front of us put their brakes on. We were being moved directly into them and they wouldn't go. My husband was able to hit the breaks before we collided with them, but we got sandwiched by them and the truck behind us. We got hit and the truck behind us kept coming because of the belt. I rolled down my window to tell the attendant that we've been sandwhiched and hit. All the while, I see them ushering the old person who caused the entire collision out. They drove off without stopping and the attendant just ushered them out. When the attendant talked to me she said to meet in the lot. I thought she'd come over to us to talk with us. No. The poor woman who hit us met us though. Our vehicles have dents and scratches. Her kids and mine were all crying and traumatized. My poor son thought we were going to get smooshed. If the person who was actually responsible wasn't told to just go by the attendant we would have exchanged info. No attendant came to check on us, so I went in to talk to them. No offers of a refund or any help. I had to ask for my money back, and left my husband's number to call because there was no manager. Recently, Dash car wash has assistants standing at the kiosks that are meant to be utilized by drivers entering the car wash. Not sure why they are paying someone to push buttons on the screen and run my card...which I can do myself. I do not have a membership and never have. Don't want one! I'm not sure why this car wash has such a low rating on Yelp. We love the 3 Minute Car Wash franchise and always try to use one of them every time we get our car washed. At a price of only $8.00, we have access to the free vacuums. We think it's a really great bargain if you're not looking for anything too expensive. The staff are very friendly and are right inside the car wash to help you guide your car into the track, which is also very nerve-racking for me sometimes. I also like the fact that the vacuum area is covered for the hot days that we have here in Phoenix. The car wash is very decent for the money and we feel like we're getting great service. read more

Extremely Poor Business Practices. Had a membership to 3 Minute Car Wash years for years and was extremely happy with that company That membership cost 18.99 monthly. Wash closed for renovations and reopened as Dash Car Wash. First Problem: Sent an email to advise of closure to due improvements being performed. However they failed to mention that the monthly rate was being raised to 24.99. Second Problem: My debit card was charged 2x monthly for 3 months in a row even with advising their management each month of the over charge. Last Straw: After finally getting my money refunded went to get a wash only to find my account was cancelled...really. Management at this location is in dire need of accounting principles training. Formerly known as 3 minute car wash, we went today for the first time after the rebranding and it went well! If you had a membership they use to give you a sticker that you put on your windshield. I never put it on our vehicles windshield because I didn't want it to stick. So I would just keep it in my center console. My husband & I went today and he got down to go into the office and ask for a new sticker as we had lost ours. They informed him they no longer use them, they use your license plate number which I found awesome!! No more stickers on our windshield! We went thru the wash twice. The 2nd time we pulled up to the members lane and the camera wasn't reading our license plate so the worker standing out side by the lanes came over to help us. He did inform us that last lane we were in was being faulty and he upgraded our car wash to all the works!! Keep in mind we only have the basic plan. I thought that was very thoughtful of him! This company signed us up for monthly subscription. When we immediately said we did not want it, they "cancelled", removed the decal but continued to bill our cc. We have been trying to resolve this for months, but keep getting the run around and no response from management. This has been going on since May/June of 2023. Our cc company cancelled back 4 months but we cannot get company to refund other months even though technician at register confirms that service has not been used since May of 2023. This car wash was great when it first started out and now it has gone downhill. It doesn't fully wash my car, leaves little specks, even if I wipe it down. Why bother getting it washed? The vacuums suck, and not in a good way, they barely pick anything up. First of all, I never meant to go to 3 Minute Express Car Wash, I have a membership at Super Star Car Wash. By the time I realized it wasn't Super Star I was already in the line, so I had to buy a car wash. Somehow, I was automatically signed up for their membership club. I have been charged $19.00 3 months in a row. I have gone to their website and filled out their form to cancel the membership. When I put in my information, it can't find my account. There is no "live" person to talk to when you call. This is a SCAM and un-fair business practices. Be warned, I haven't given up yet, but this is ridiculous!! I bring both of my vehicles here on a regular basis but sadly I am looking for a new car wash location, the 2 biggest complaints I have are the inconsistency in the vacuums working and sucking like they should which is weird because I can go across the street to their competitor and the vacuums are fabulous. The next issue which should have been the first complaint is the fact that how new this facility is how often they are down due to equipment issues. Bad customer service. The sticker on the window interferes with the safety sensors in my car. After 3 different placements of the sticker and 3 return trips to the dealership to address operating issues in the car, I Talked with management and they agreed to stick it in the glovebox. That fixed the issue. This morning I was told I had to remove it and put it on my window. I explained the issue and the attendant said no. They said each time I want to wash the car I will have to come into the office to sign in. No thanks - I canceled my VIP membership and went to quick quack across the street. Quick quack actually has a better washing set up and they were aware of the issues around safety sensors on the windshield of my car. Been debating writing this review but after over a month of poor services I'm just over it. I've been a premium monthly pass holder since just shortly after they opened and the service has been getting worse. Twice I've had the soap not work and run my car through with basically just water (have video to prove it) which is absolutely horrible for the paint. Recently they have added the use of towels for free so you don't have to buy them which is great because this is what cobblestone offers which is the company I switched from but they are always empty!! Asked a male attendant today for some while he was handing them out and he gave me towels that were wet, stating that it was just from the dirty ones that he over lapped onto them, well uhhh obviously I don't want these I want clean dry ones, when I asked him for different ones he (with ridiculous attitude) handed me ONE. WHY? Am I taking from your personal stash? Then he also made sure to NOT fill the box that was near my car on purpose. Why have staff with such attitude it reflects poorly on your business. This review is for the Pebble Creek location and ALL of the 3 minute Car wash locations. My wife and I both purchased a $26.99/month membership but decided to cancel due to the fact that we were not using the service enough to justify the cost. My wife canceled her account around the beginning of April, but they continued to charge our account for the next two months! I decided to cancel my account around the beginning of June, but they charged me again for June and now they've charged me for July for services that we can't use. They monitor your account by the number on the windshield tag, but if you cancel the account, the tag is useless. So, I can't even get my car washed even though I'm still paying for it. As of today, they owe me a refund of $107.96! I've tried to contact them at least 4 times, but the only way to contact them is via a form on their website, that they don't respond to. There are no phone numbers listed, and the phone number that shows on my bank statement is BOGUS!! If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T SIGHN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! I've reported them to the BBB, so we'll see if anything comes of that! read more

Very poor management: Pay in advance by credit card process is very complex, designed to lead customers into enrolling in their "Club"; thus spending more. Car wash was on Feb. 18th at 8:00 PM. The car wash pulled new windshield wiper from arm and broke it. Car wash was very poor. Dirt and bugs not remained. Discussed the problems with on-duty person, and was informed that I had a "Cheap" car wash, and should not expect dirt and bugs to be removed. Also informed that wiper damage happens, and they would not do anything about this. The on-duty person dis-enrolled me from the "club" and would not provide a second run through to properly wash the car. Went in to get my car washed and saw the sign for the manager special for $9.99 with $2 mail in rebate with the receipt. When I got to the front I asked a worker there, Im thinking he was a manager I spoke with him and asked him for a receipt he told me that the machines run out all the time when I explained to him that he should provide the receipt no matter what, he told me that's okay. I asked about the rebate he said we don't offer rebates and I asked him about the sign he said no that's wrong I had told him to take the sign down he said no that's okay that's all he kept saying that's okay that's okay I told him no that's not okay it's false advertising. Today is August 27th 2021 I took my car to get washed this morning and I paid for the best!... when I came around just before it goes inside to get washed gentlemen named Marcus decided to spray bug off on the hood of my car as well as the front bumper of my car..I didn't think anything of it until I completed my wash , parked it to be vacuumed , and got out to look. I was amazed at how sticky my hood was on my car... I noticed that nowhere else on my car was stick except where Marcus sprayed..... I had my fiancee go get the get the people in charge so that they could see all of the cracked up unformatted water bubbles on my car... she came back with a young lady ( manager) and we all looked at the front of my car really well because this wasn't nomoral... she agreed to run my car back through the wash to see if it would maybe clean it off.. my fiance explained that Marcus had sprayed bug off on the hood and bumper but they assured us that .. I guess that's normal... ( it made my car very dry and sticky) she decided before i took my car back through the wash that they would pressure wash the hood and front to see if that would help brake down the bug off spray...... so they did so,.. I sat I the car while they sprayed and she came back to my window while Marcus continued to closely pressure washbmy left driver side bumper ( were the biggest damage is) .. she said I maybe needed to get my car detailed.. I said fine and continued through the second wash... when I wash finished I immediately went to park the car to see if the stick substance was off my car.... when I went to check I notice that my paint was off on the front bumper where Marcus was closely pressure washing my car.....I noticed it on the other side also where the (manager was pressure washing also).. I had my fiancee immediately go and get the manager.... I explaid to her that we all saw my car the first time and we seen no paint missing ( paint is noticeably missing)... she took pictures and assured me that they had cameras that will be able to to tell if they did the damage... well here is the issue, your not supposed to have the pressure washing until that close to my car because uf the PSI pressure.... you can clearly tell that that was the reason for my paint being removed from car... I will be suing if this is not handled immediately.. be aware of this car wash.. young kids that don't understand hoe to properly use tools on expensive cars.. This needs to be fixed. read more

I get my truck washed here 2-3 times per week same truck and never had any issues. Today the new guy says it looks like I have an oil spot in the back of the truck and I cannot go through the wash. Keep in mind this is the same exact condition I've drove through here many many times.... he has me pull to the side and go inside, I tell him I need a receipt because I used my corporate card and will have to show something and that their printer outside is out of paper... He can't figure out how to do any of this and is on the phone with the manager than tells me he can give me cash out of the drawer??? I tell him that will not do i need an actually credit card receipt because our accounting is in a different state and my card was actually charged and ran for the amount... So he says I will have to waite for a manager and writes my card and phone number on a sticky pad. Let's see if I actually get a call back...
