This car wash used to be great, now it's falling apart! First thing I noticed was the guy handing out little towels said the pre wash sprayer wasn't working-couldn't hit around corners of windshield. Then I noticed the conveyer belt wasn't working normally-my car wasn't moving properly and stopped part way through and I had to hit the gas near the end to get out! And along the way-sprayers were clogged and weren't spraying evenly at all on my car-splattering on a 5 inch spot on my windshield. it didn't 'shine' my tires which I paid for and lighted signs were broken and missing covers inside the wash. This place is now a terrible car wash and I will never return! read more

This car wash used to be great value when it was a Quick N Clean about two to three years ago, but now is disappointing. Their prices have gone up so much over the last year or so, and they are misleading about which car wash comes with an air freshener. On the check out screen, there's a picture of an air freshener in close proximity to the $16 wash, but when you get to the entrance of the car wash, you'll be told "sorry this wash doesn't come with an air freshener." Additionally, the $16 wash still didn't get all the dirt off my car, and it wasn't even that dirty to begin with. The two things that give this place two stars instead of one star are, one, free vacuums are nice! And ostensibly you could come use the vacuums without getting a wash. Two, free towels to spot dry your car after are nice. (But even then, I'd rather they lose the free towels and the labor it takes to wash, dry, and fold them, and lower their prices accordingly.) read more

April 30, 2025. First time ever going to a Super Star Car Wash. The signs were confusing to me, so I asked the attendant walking around the lot about the lanes and the cost of the least expensive wash. He told me the amount, something like $8 or $9? I pulled into the lane and put my credit card in, the screen changed and I could not figure out what I was looking at, it was confusing. I realized I could not reach the screen other than to graze it with my finger. Somehow I 'chose' a wash, IDK what it was, it popped up $23. I was trying to open my door to reach the screen and the attendant came up and pushed a button. I told him I wanted the simple wash, the least expensive wash. He took the receipt and said he would refund it. I told him I was willing to pay for the lesser wash, he said don't worry, he would refund the whole transaction. As of May 3, 2025, no refund. No way to reach that location, also, as I recall, there was no public office I could go into at that time. If they will refund the transaction as promised, I will change my rating. Also, as I said, I was willing to pay for what I said I wanted, and was promised by the attendant. read more

My car was DAMAGED by the car wash. They denied my claim stating they determined there was prior damage when my car has NEVER had prior damage. I find this incredibly weird how someone who isn't the owner of my vehicle is making this claim. Also they have a ton of other similar complaints where they deny due to user error or drivers fault. They allowed me access to see all these claims being make against them including personal Information so beware they do not care!!!! read more

I took my mom's car for a wash but had forgotten my wallet. I pulled up Tonia's station and asked to r attendant if they accepted Apple Pay. Uncomfortable, inappropriately high pressure to get a membership. My nieces, who are younger women, were inappropriately pressured. One man told my niece he'd be fired if she didnt get a membership. She finally agreed after declining multiple times, then guys high-fived each other. Im telling young women who are driving on their own to *stay away*. This is a shame, bc the wash & free vacuums are great. read more

****Beware*** I recently visited to get a quick car wash and my vehicle was pushed into the vehicle in front of me. Then I was hit from behind. The car wash does not want to take any responsibility and claims that it was the person in front of me that caused it. Now I have to file an insurance claim for repairs. I will also be filing a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office because they stack cars in there back to back knowing this happens and claim no liability. Pure negligence. I will be filing a lawsuit and will update this review with the outcome. They continue to ignore my requests for the video. We will certainly find out who is responsible.
