I was looking into an unlimited car wash membership and this place was close enough to home. They are located next to McDonalds off Jomax from the 17 freeway. There is a Frys grocery store in the next parking lot. I had the top tier membership at Quick Quack car wash ($40/month) for almost 4 years until I had to reassess my finances. This place is running a special for the highest tier membership: $23 for the first 3 months and than the normal price of $33 afterwards. You get the whole package: wash, wax, tire shine, sealant, vacuums, and complimentary air fresheners. I'd give this place 5 stars but . . . There were 2 inconveniences that happened. 1) there are 3 lanes entering the car wash. If you take the middle lane, the touch screen is glitching and will delay your entry which should take 10 seconds but because of this glitch you will likely wait 5 minutes like I did. 2) After I got my amazing car wash, I parked into a stall to use the free vacuums. The stall I parked in did not have the vacuums activated so I had to repark into another stall that had the vacuums turned on. So before you park, make sure the stall has working vacuums. This place has maybe 40 stalls to park Other than that, I would still recommend this place for the amazing car wash experience and the great pricing. read more

I usually make a frequent stop at this car wash and after this last time, I don't think I'll go there anymore. The new manager, Cody, has no customer service skills whatsoever. I overheard him talking about one of the employees which was super distasteful. I'd rather go out of my way to another location instead of supporting someone who has no integrity and frankly, disrespectful. All the employees there are normally super friendly, it's unfortunate they have a manager like that. read more

Super Star Car Wash deserves a sparkling five stars! This place gets the job done, and their car wash machine works wonders. Sure, sometimes there's a hiccup with the automated check-in, but there's almost always a friendly person braving the heat to assist. Plus, the manager is always smiling and ready to help out. There are plenty of bays to clean your car, and while you might occasionally find a vacuum or cleaning liquid that's out, just move to the next bay--it's a common issue everywhere. I love this place so much that I have monthly memberships for all three of my cars. It's super convenient, and I've been a regular since they opened. Membership is at reasonable price! The entrance space is a bit tight, but hey, so is the one for the McDonald's next door! It doesn't bother me at all. If you want a reliable and friendly car wash, this is the place to go. Went for basic wash on 10/12/25 around 4:30pm. The worker at kiosk was trying to sell me a membership I don't want. I said I just needed quick wash for bugs on my car grill after long road trip. He said I would be back in two days for another wash anyhow since it's been rainy so I may as well get membership. I declined again. When I pulled into wash the rollers weren't moving as my car began moving through on the conveyer. Each one only started spinning after my car was halfway passed through - it seemed like he was manually turning them on with a delay to make sure they didn't wash the front/grill of my vehicle. Won't go back when there are shady people working this location. Needless to say the car appeared as if it hadn't been washed when it was done. read more

I'm only asking to get what I pay for: - If you offer Windex or a cleaning agent to wipe your cars why is everyone completely empty at 3:00pm? - Towels that are offered are soaking wet and literally dripping when you pick one out of the bin!? - hose was laying on the ground sucking air for at least 20 minutes that I was there and not of staff anywhere to be seen These are the exact reasons why I left 4 Sons. This new location opened not too long ago near my house so decided to try it out. The wash itself is ok, has friendly staff manning the pay station and tunnel entrance. What I don't like is the layout of the building. It's tight and heavy traffic as McDonald's is just next door. The pull up area is confusing and tight, again I can see it being a problem during lunch rush. Anyway, my wash was fine. The company itself is decent. I normally get the super protected wash for $22. If you're looking for a place to pay money to have your car look worse due to the dirty water they use, this is the car wash for you! I am a member with super star and have never ever had dirty water get used. But this location was absolutely not it. It was an hour before close, we had been on the road all day, borrowing a friends car and wanted to return it super clean. As we were exiting, it looked like scratches all over the windshield, so we used our windshield wipers to confirm. Thankfully, it was just dirty water stains. We ended up using their rags to wipe down the whole car after buying the car wash. read more

This location claimed their card readers were down in the drive through. They took my card into the office. I only wanted one car wash and they are now charging me $27 a month. I can only assume they signed me up for a membership without my consent. read more

This carwash has been consistently poor. They stack cars in right on top of each other. I drive a manual transmission and have trouble getting the clutch in and into 1st gear fast enough. I often have the car behind me honking frantically. And today I went and waiting 10 minutes for an attendant because the screen said the terminal was down yet there were other cars begin permitted to go through. When I asked her why there were other cars being let through she said "we are working on it" which made no sense and was not an explanation. So, there were 3 cars that were all attempting to get turned around and backing out of the drive thru. If your business is essentially CLOSED put cones up so you don't create a safety situation. I'll drive 2 miles further to go to Quick Quack. read more

Beware! It's a scam! I had my car wash done in November. It was a one time car wash and there was no mention about a subscription or anything similar. I didn't realize until April that they have been charging my credit card with a monthly subscription of 24.95. I tried to go and talk to the car wash place, they told me to deal with their corporate office. Their corporate office doesn't even have a phone number! Please avoid this car wash, unless you want to be charged for a subscription without your knowledge. Update: after filing a complaint with BBB, Super Star Car Wash gave me a full refund of all the charges. read more

Went here today and AGAIN a bunch if high school kids/employees are huddled around the payment system trying to pressure me into buying an unlimited plan. This happens every time I go here. I had been using this car wash since they opened. never any problems. I totaled my car in October and ran by there in a rental car to stop my membership until I got a new car. they had me talk to someone in the office. They told me that they found me and they could either cancel my membership or they could just suspend it until I got my new car and then they would switch it over to the new car. In the middle of February, I went into the car wash and they were able to switch to my new car. I checked my bank account for the new charge and found that they never suspended my membership. I paid for 3 extra months. I was given the email address to contact and they would take care of it. Now I am told that they do not suspend a membership, but, they can cancel my membership, but, if they cancel, I can't get a new membership. There are several car washes in this area. I guess they would rather lose a customer than credit me the 3 months. I was lied to and they don't want to do anything about it. read more

Sometimes it just feels like someone is trying to do their job and doesn't care about you, but Joshua really made my day brighter and seemed to really care about me as a customer. It's a really convenient location, priced fine and I never am unable to find a spot to vacuum after washing. However I wish the employees weren't hovering over the kiosks to select and pay for your wash. I know what one I want going in and have to sit through them pushing the membership on me and explaining every single wash. It's really annoying and a waste of my time. Very nice car wash. Been there several times and never had the problems that we're reading in some of these reviews. Our car always comes out perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We just went there today and we were having trouble applying a free wash coupon that we had received on the machine. A friendly attendant named Caden assisted us and apologized to us for the technical issue we were having with the machine. No further issues and we received our free car wash. Thought we could get a car wash some kid came out and "helped" us through the prompts and signed us up from some subscription and we got charged 30 days later for $40.... If you are considering a membership, or even a car wash , please read the 2 reviews by Mike L. This is a follow up to my last visit. Somehow I had a worse experience than the last time I was there. First the attendance were unable to operate the gates while the there were several cars waiting. After sitting at the gate for five minutes in pole position, the gate lifted and I finally got to go. I pull around to enter the car wash and was directed into the lane. The attendant sprayed my windshield and grill with soap as my car rolled forward. The brushes and chamois began to turn and shimmy. One problem as I'm heading for the bristles. NO WATER. Thank god, as I got closer the brushes and chamois retracted and I was sent through the wash with just the gears that push your car forward operating. This could have destroyed my paint job and caused thousands of dollars in damage. The only thing that happened today was my car was sprayed with the soap from the attendant and left looking worse than when I arrived. DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE, UNLESS YOU PLAN TO USE OTHER LOCATIONS. THIS BUSINESS IS INCOMPETENT. read more
