One of my favorite boba shops in the IE that has a consistent quality of drinks! I usually get the strawberry slush, but lately I've switched to the peach slush with 25% sweetness. My husband gets the peach black tea at 50% and says it's so good. Each time we order the staff has been quick and friendly. Sometimes there is only one person, so you may have to wait about 15-20 minutes if there's a few people ahead of you. That is a reasonable amount of time given one person is working by themselves. They usually have music playing and the store is kept clean. We look forward to each visit! read more

Ding Tea is a chain boba spot with locations all around SoCal. Came here on a Sunday afternoon with family and it was not busy. There is easy parking as it is in a plaza with other stores and restaurants. I ordered a regular sized Hokkaido Milk Tea with slight ice and egg pudding. I usually also order it less sweet, but forgot to this time. You can order at the self-serve kiosk or with a staff member. The drink came out quickly. As expected, it was too sweet, but that was my fault for not changing the sugar level. The flavor of the egg pudding was good but the texture was off. It was not as smooth and silky as others I have had. The flavor of the tea was solid. The price of the drink was surprising (~$8). Overall, giving Ding Tea Rialto a 4/5. Service is good and the tea is good. The space is small, but there are some tables to sit and hang out at. Would not be at the top of the list to return to, but would return in the future. read more

Ding tea is another boba shop that is pretty consistent across all locations. I'm a huge lover of bubble waffles and loved their pandan waffle-- had the perfect crisp/crunch and not an overpowering taste of pandan. As for their drinks, I ordered a wintermelon milk tea with golden boba and a coffee milk tea with coffee jelly. Flavor was great and the toppings were a perfect addition. I used their kiosk to order, but the worker was quite welcoming as soon as I walked in. She also offered to answer any questions if I had any. The only downside is that it did take around 10-15 minutes to get my order even though I was the first to order in my group and no one else was in line at the time. However, I noticed that there was only one worker that would take the orders and do the drinks. So I give her props for that as she was still able to provide consistent and tasty food/drinks. Ambiance is great-- they have a lot of figurines set up around the place and a nice boba tea sign that would be perfect for pictures. read more

I feel bad for the employees because it is so hot inside! I always love being able to order yourself though. I'm addicted to the creme brûlée matcha. It's stupid good. Shops cute. Cute music. Workers busy but there's never a lot of workers. Seen just two max. I did get a citrus fruit tea the last time I was here (today's 2nd) and it was strong . Almost sweetly medicinal but I water it down with some ice and it was perfect . I think it's the grapefruit. I wouldn't recommend the formula have the rinds on the citrus. It's what makes the drink a tad bitter. Drank it anyway ! Soo happy that there's a ding tea close to me. Came in on a Sunday evening. Was greeted right away. They do offer self ordering or at the register. Many options to choose from. From fresh teas to milk teas. Ordered 4 different drinks and there was only one worker, it took a little longer than usual. And it was a little pricey. 4 drinks almost costed 30 bucks and that's the regular size no up size. Very clean and plenty of seating but the only downside is it was super hot in there. Very happy to have another boba place in the area. This is a cute little place, nicely decorated and very clean. The lady working there, offered to help me at the register or order at the self serve kiosk, whichever I preferred. One thing I really appreciate, is that they open early at 8am! Love it! Many other boba shops only open around 12pm. I got the regular size Taro milk tea with oat milk and half golden, half black boba ($7.00). Music is too loud, only one employee making drinks. It took 30 min for us to receive our order. Asked for a refund at 20 min and discovered there are no refunds. So I was basically forced to wait because I couldn't get my money back. Definitely need to staff better. Drinks were also mid for the wait, which made the wait even worse. So disappointed with this Ding Tea boba place. Employees do not greet you no interaction at all. Drinks are filled with ice instead so the drink you order. The sizes on the drinks are small for the price your paying. The location itself looks like a donut shop. Very little sitting area. Unfortunately will not be returning. I'd give this place 4 stars because the boba quality is great. However, it gets very busy, and there should really be at least one more person working. If you're craving a good boba milk tea but are short on time, keep in mind it can take around 15-20 minutes to get your drinks, depending on how crowded it is. Friendly service and the place was clean. I called beforehand to be sure of their hours (found their number on Google maps). Says they close at 9 but last night they closed at 10. I tried the Monster boba latte. It was basically a dirty brown sugar milk. It was on the sweeter side but still good! The workers are very nice and will remake if you are not satisfied. Instead of going for the usual drinks from typical places, I decided this spot and tried something different -- iced mango tea with lychee jelly, accompanied by a delightful 9-piece set of fish balls with three unique flavors. The tea was wonderfully balanced and refreshing especially with the presence of lychee jelly that added more fun, addictive to every sip. The fish balls were served hot and were so tasty that I enjoyed every bite even without any sauce. Service was quick, and the staff were very accommodating. I tried their bao buns and they were also good. The service was great and the buns do take a bit long but if you like them it's worth the wait. It has a few areas for photos and selfies. The Matcha waffle is very delicious. Their drinks are pretty on point and lots to choose from service is amazing. They have a kiosk option and also a cashier to answer any questions. I don't like supporting businesses that do not accept cash so I'm glad that they do both. I just moved to Rialto from the SGV, so my expectations are sort of high when it comes to Boba Tea. The location has plenty of parking, it's situated in a small plaza, one block north of the renaissance center in Rialto. I was craving Milk Tea and I normally don't get boba in my tea but the owner suggested I try a few. I'm glad I did because they taste fresh, not so chewy like other places. Ding tea is still amazing as always every time I come back. Their workers are always lovely and thoughtful and I've loved to see them grow and add more and more decorations to their shop. Hey guys today I am writing this review on this new great tea business in Rialto check them out if you love Tea they have great styles and great deserts. Aren't usually busy and the service can be a bit longer than a quick drink because their drinks are prepared to perfection I use the kiosk and I ordered two cheesecakes one strawberry and one ube the Ube one was not in stock, and I went with the basket burnt cheesecake. This place is fairly new. It opened maybe 6 months ago and it had become a town favorite. It's always pretty packed. First off, it's super nice in there and it's cold! Why did I mention that ? The summer is coming along and nothing beats a super fresh tea shop. Anyway the service is good, if you have any questions the staff helps you out. The menu is super long, which can be good but it also is overwhelming. Luckily, again you can ask the staff what tea can pair well with the different types of bobas they have. They don't just sell tea. They also sell smoothies, cookies, and some hot food options. Another thing is that if there is a line don't worry they have self ordering stations too. So this place has tons of pros but does it have any cons? Yeah.. the teas are on the expensive side. Expect to pay around 7-9 bucks if you customize them. Even if you get plain green tea, a small will run you around 4-5 bucks. I think it's worth it. I don't know if y'all remember how Starbucks was back in the day. It was nice and cozy and you wanted to spend time drinking your coffee there. They had a couch and it was just welcoming. Now, all the chairs are hard and hardly any tables. This place gives the old Starbucks vibes. It's super welcoming and they have a couch and cool music playing. If you do go, def drink the tea there! read more

Super happy that Ding Tea opened here off of Casmalia! I am a fan of drinking boba and freshly brewed teas and Ding Tea offered the best of the best. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, black peach tea and a regular iced black tea. All three drinks were great! I also ordered a Matcha Macaron which also came out really good and tasted fresh. If you want quality boba without the excess of sugar (they also have handcrafted drinks with sugar, but it is not excessive) then stop by here. 10/10. read more
