Came in for Sunday brunch, excited to try this location since it was recommended by friends. I originally had something specific in mind, but the photos on the table made the caldo de res look so appealing that I decided to order it instead. My husband had the Bistek Ranchero which he enjoyed. The steak was tender and simmered in a tomato based sauce with fajita vegetables. He said it was flavorful and he would order again. He just wished it had more meat. The rice and beans with cheese were also good. Unfortunately, the soup had absolutely no flavor. The vegetables, including the zucchini and cabbage, were undercooked (as shown in the photos), which was really disappointing. I was genuinely looking forward to this dish, so it missed the mark for me. On a positive note, the bar area was nice, and the Negra Modelo was perfectly cold and refreshing. For years, I came to this place. The last two times we went there. It was very noticeably that the burritos were approximately 70% the original size for the same price and the super tacos no longer have anything on the outside of them and they're almost 50% the normal size. I find that very dishonest to do with people. You got my money this time and last time, but we double checked and now that's happened two times we know that this place has changed their menu and our short changing everybody we will never be back. read more

Been coming to Super Taco restaurants for probably 10 years now and it's always hands down a great experience. This is by far my favorite location of the others in Wilton. I've been to in Sacramento & Elk Grove. It's very relaxing and a great drive here, there's indoor and outdoor patio sitting. The bar looks welcoming. The food at all the locations is very flavorful and always consistent. The salsa is my favorite with a hint of spice can't stop eating it lol. I've had the fajitas several years ago, soo good. My current favorite is the super Taco with carnitas. It's the perfect amount of food to fill you up and very savory, sometimes I order 2, other times I order the combination plates to enjoy the rice and beans and very delicious salad with dressing. Please come and support this restaurant, you won't be let down. And the employees are amazing with world class customer service with a welcoming smile. This past weekend I popped in for lunch. I've driven by this nondescript location, on Grantline Road, tons of time and always wanted to try it. Well my experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, service was top notch, the dining area was clean, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Hubs ordered the 2 crispy taco plate $16.50. He chose ground beef for one taco and the other was shredded beef. I swiped a few bites, the meats were seasoned well. The shredded beef was fork tender. Mmm. Not chinzy on the meat fillings. The plate came with refried beans and Spanish rice. I ordered the cerviche tostada $7.95. It tasted fresh and was super flavorful. The accompanying green salsa was zingy and delish. Plus the tostada shell held up well, the toppings weren't soggy wet to soften the tostada. They serve complimentary chips n salsa. They even ask if we wanted refills, no extra charge. Nice. The salsa was darn tasty, with a nice thickness. The dining room is compact. There were tables and booths, and a bar counter with a TV. When I was there, I observed a few gents drinking beers and watching TV, and folks dining. The place had a chill, calm neighborhood family vibe feel. read more

This place has wonderful food! We stopped in when our original plans fell through and it turned out to be a lovely stroke of luck. I cannot eat cilantro which makes me leery of Mexican food because I feel some rely on it for flavor. Super Taco does not! Our table ordered flautas, and tacos and, enchiladas, ending with their AMAZING flan. Everything was yummy, we all switched plates and shared dessert. We will return soon and often read more

We love going to Super Taco, their tortillas and beans are some of our favorites. This time around the beans were quite the same consistency as normal which was disappointing. The location also changed its setup since we last visited inside , which granted that was awhile ago,where it's more of a sit down restaurant versus order at the counter and sit down. Very bad experience here! We had completed our food and drink order, and as our drinks were brought over our waitress mistakenly spilled an entire glass of lemonade on my cousin, age 14. As I have been a waitress for years and completely understand mistakes happen, the expectation is good customer service in response. Instead of good customer service however, the waitress only comped the drink. When I expressed concern in the way this was being handled, the waitress then provided a mere 20% off of the whole meal. I was not going to take this any further in front of my young family, but am very displeased with how this was handled and will never return to this establishment. We came here for dinner because we had to meet someone and we are so glad they chose to meet here! This place is a small spot in the corner of the building. It has a bar to the left and then general seating on the right. The cook is in the back but you can watch them cook your food as he's separated from the dining by glass. The waitress was super sweet and answered all our questions. My husband had their popular dish which was the #12 super taco, my daughter had the super ground beef quesadilla and I had their super taco salad. Man we were not disappointed! My husband loved that the tacos were made in Parmesan cheese on the shell and he's not one to like refried beans or Spanish rice but he loved those. My daughter liked the size of the quesadilla and said the ground beef was good but wants to try the chicken next time as she is not a fan of ground beef too much but we didn't know they could make it with chicken. My taco salad was the best I have ever had, the shell was super light and airy, I loved how much lettuce it came with and the chunks of tomato on it just added to that freshness. We also loved that their guacamole didn't have too much onions in it (actually if there were onions in it we couldn't taste it). The food is excellent as always that's why we're regulars and why we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing the last two visits when April was our server. Both times, the restaurant was not busy (maybe one or two other tables), yet she seemed more interested in gossiping with others than checking on us. We had to wait longer than necessary for basic service, which was frustrating given how slow it was. We'll continue to return because the food is great and the location is very convenient for us, but the service definitely needs improvement, especially from her. read more

First off let me say that my family has been coming to Super Taco for over 12 years. The service has been amazing, the food authentic, and the vibe is just right. Weve NEVER had a bad experience there. About 4 weeks ago though we had a disappointing experience there, but Julian, Martin and the staff made the next experience amazing the next time around for us. Julian even asked my input on what things could be improved. He even called me and spoke to me about what could be improved for about 15 minutes. That means the world to me as a consumer / customer, because its called taking accountability and action. Its what you do when you own a business and i couldnt have respected that more. The next time we ordered food there the service, food and everything was top notch and they re assured me of any doubts.
