I usually come here for an simple pedicure with gel polish and everytime it comes out great.. this time I decided to try something new out and I showed them the inspo photo of what I was wanting, super excited for the outcome since I've been wanting to treat myself for awhile and decided today was the day.. I wanted even square toe nails which I believe acrylic powder and tips are involved.. well at the end they only squared the big toe and didn't do the rest of toe nails.. it looks super uneven and my toes not matching at all.. I should've spoken up mid ways but I honestly thought she knew what I was expecting since I mentioned I wanted my toe nails to look even, squared and showed them the inspo photo.. anyways ended up paying and walked out to my car unhappy and crying on my way home.. $50 dollars wasted.. read more

If I can give negative stars I would. I came in to get a gel pedicure. First off, when I walked through the door all the workers stared at me, instead of greeting me. I was taken to my chair, the pedicure was not thorough. She didn't scrub my feet, she didn't even put soap on the scrubber, when filling the nails, I mean my skin, she never touched the nail. And then after she put the top coat on, she said I was finished, did not clean up the nails, didn't lotion my feet. I walked out of there with crusty toes. And then the nail polish job is horrible. So the internet said they open at 9AM, the Facebook page says they open at 10AM, and now yelp says they open at 11AM!!! Supertop nails needs to get their times organized and put their Sunday Times on their door because it is such an inconvenience to drive there and they not be open!!! Since i drove to supertop nails twice and they were closed, i drove down the street by Home Depot to Solar Nails and Spa. They were a bit more pricier but they accept walkins and the place was cleaner and friendlier!!! read more

Been going in for years for pedicures, manicures, (acrylics & actual "manicure+polish" I also get my brows done there, & I won't go anyplace else, I usually go with "Jackie" or if she's not available the younger girl there who's SUPER sweet, just can't think of her name. I have brought in some pretty tedious designs & I ALWAYS leave Happy. Once the communication barrier is broken (you have a photo ALWAYS helps them give you want u want!!) I also $ my own charms, designs, etc. & They're always great about getting everything just like I like it! All I can say is WTF. Likely the worst pedicure I've ever had. I was there less than 1/2 hour. Talking to the other technicans was obviously more important than servicing the customer. Just a soak and a file basically. I selected a color; tech couldn't get the bottle open; she went into the back brought something out and said it was the same - and it wasn't: paint did not dry; large chunk came OFF and it's not even shiny. I was in there for less than 20 minutes. Please take a look at my pictures that I posted, they are the pink nails. Seriously the old man that gave me a gel manicure looked disinterested in his job, his work was poor, didn't use any cuticle remover and left my nails uneven after he filed them. My gel manicure was a mess, he gave no attention to detail, my nails look really bad. I will never spend another dime in this place. My husband and I arrived having been turned away from another nail salon. I had only been to Super Top Nails once before, a while back, but I don't remember why I stopped coming because this place is awesome! Awesome customer service and the nail technicians are great at keeping a conversation with their customers while working. It's great to be serviced in a place with lots of laughter and positivity. They have two TVs for customers to watch while they get their nail done. My husband and I both got pedicures and they were clean and efficient in their work. The only thing that put me off was that my nail technician attempted to charge me $7 extra to "de-callus" my feet. But then again, I'm not sure if that is technically supposed to be included in a pedicure or if it's generally an extra service. I was satisfied with their services overall and will definitely be coming back. read more

I've been to my fair share of "quickie" nail salons of over the last decade or so and very few have been a staple for me. After recently moving to the East side, I had to leave my North West favorites behind and start looking out here for my new nail place. First, go in understanding that you're not entering an expensive full service salon that will serve you drinks while you soak for your pedi. This is like I mentioned above: a quick place for all things nails. It's clean enough, they will greet you immediately so you don't feel like a dork when the door dings and everyone turns to look at you... They have a zillion colors to choose from for a regular mani or pedi. I have gotten 3 shellac manicures and one pedicure here. My manicures easily last three to for weeks. Far longer than the one I got over at Solar Nails. For $25 you can't beat it! The pedicure was normal. Nothing amazing, but just a good relaxing way to drop $25. Will return every time! read more

This was my first time ever getting my nails done and I will definitely be back because this place is awesome! It's not extravagant, but it's definitely worth the $35 I paid. By far the worst customer service...EVER! I have gone about four times with an appointment with Jacqueline and she has NEVER kept the time. She always uses the "I forgot to write your name down" excuse. Today I decided to just walk out. I make appointments because I have to be places and because I respect her time, but four times is just too much. Additionally, my friend asked me about their place but I couldn't remember her prices. They did a great job on my nails and feet. I also had them wax my eye brows which the lady did a excellent job. The reason I give 4 stars this time is the guy who did my feet and nails just was very socialable. I don't care for a full conversation the entire time but he really acted like he didn't want to do my nails. But overall the job was done good. Last time I went, there were these two Muslim girls getting pedis done and the guy kept telling them their husbands r married to four wives, are they lying that they are at the grocery store, and it just kept going on and on...that's not good customer service, don't even joke like that. Went there for a full set since reviews looked good. At first it was ok took about 10 minutes for someone to start on me and there was only one other client in there. I got the nails on and asked for just polished. After 40 minutes of waiting for it to dry and him smudging it every time we checked then he would re paint. Eventually I got irritated and told them just to give me gel because I didn't want to leave with messed up nails and he charged me an extra $15 just for gel polish. I won't go back there read more

Did a "quick" job. The man look disinterested in doing my nails. The nail polish is uneven in every nail, he did a really hard job, as he was filing so hard to the point where it hurt. My finger started bleeding, and he ignored it until the blood was literally dropping. His solution? Stabbing that part of my finger with his own nail, that made it bleed more. If you want a fast, uneven, messy job, this is the place for you! My nails are all different lengths, I got coffin shaped acrylics and each one is a different width. There's acrylic under all my nails. They are waaaay too thick especially near the cuticles. And they ripped me off, I called and asked the price and they said $35 but when I go to pay its suddenly $40. read more

My Mom and I were walk-ins on a Monday afternoon, she wanted a mani, I a pedi. There were 3 people working, they acknowledged us immediately, asked what we were needing and then said to pick a nail color if we wanted. I picked a super bright orange, it seemed appropriate for summer and my Mom just wanted clear. I was brought to a large spa seat/station and the gentleman let me get adjusted and I then started to soak my feet right away. He was firm, but gentle with my toenails and feet. He was engaged in some small talk, was quick, but also very thorough. The massaging and adjustable seat was great, too. He was kind enough to put my sandals back on my feet for me, careful to not damage his work. The whole process was about 30 minutes, but a nice little relaxing moment of my day. For $20, it was a steal and I'd definitely come back when visiting. My Mom liked her manicure and hers was $10, but with no colored polish. read more

My toenails look horrible, it took about 15 minutes for my pedicure to be done and then I had to ask for the paint to be wiped off of my toes -- such a messy job. The environment was also not very clean. read more
