Had a really extreme disappointing first time ordering from this place through GrubHub first of all their driver did not even get out of the car to knock on my door, he only called and then left shortly. The driver never got out of the car to walk as lazy as upstairs and knock on my apartment. I called the driver back and he answered and said fuck and hung up. To top it off I called the restaurant and they told me that the driver already delivered it and I told him that he was not here so I contacted GrubHub only two initially tell me that the driver attempted to Deliver my order but I did not answer him it was a bunch of bullshit. At this point I asked what can be done for example a refund or send my order out again they told me unfortunately the money I paid was lost and I told him pretty much they stole my money because I did not have product and they had my money. I told him I would publicly post a review on social media at two which point they had me speak to another representative they could only offer a future credit for a future order. Stoped by for lunch and had a Cuban Torta. Comes with 4 meats , I have to say it was the best i have had . For $10 it came with fries and a large drink of your choice. We came here years ago and they were so rude to us. We ordered like $90 in food. The bottled coke I grabbed from the fridge was cracked open and I didn't notice until I sat down. I asked them if I could switch it out since it was opened. They said no. I asked kindly again cause I didn't want to drink a coke that had already been open. Out of nowhere the guy got really angry and threw our money on the table and said he was canceling our order. They had already made the food by then. They were willing to lose the product and money over switching out a $2 coke. Fast forward a couple years and out of not learning our lesson we went again. I placed a small order and for some reason 4 orders placed after mine were given out before mine. We asked the lady for ONE additional sauce not realizing it was going to be another fight. She became angry and said that she needed to charge me. I told her that it's not a problem and I can pay. She said "fine take it". Why argue in the first place if you're just gonna give it to me anyways?! They are ready to fight at a moments notice for the smallest things. I have tried practically every type of torta on their menu and they are all awesome. All tortas include beans, lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions. I am a huge fan of the carnitas torta. Sometimes the tortas are so overstuffed with carnitas that it is hard to bite haha. Torta de milanesa (breaded steak) is my second favorite. But if you are really hungry or just a big eater go with the , torta Cubana which comes with ham, milanesa, carne asada, beans, onions, avocado, cheese, jalapeno, lettuce. This is their biggest torta and also delicious! Other things on their menu are great too- enchiladas, tacos dorados, chilaquiles. And if you go with little ones that only eat hamburgers and fries- they have those too! and a large order of fries can feed a family of 4 lol. the restaurant does get busy from time to time, but their service is very fast. read more

EXTREMELY HOT! No air conditioning, no fan, no window, no nothing! I was melting. We had to make our dine-in order to-go and eat it in the car because we could not take the heat. We waited for our order to be completed outside because it was that HOT! Mind you, it was about 90 degrees outside, yet that felt cool. The green enchiladas are bomb! Came here for the first time and much to my surprise the prices are good and the food is good too. They offer 1/2 and 1/2 on many menu items...i.e. 1/2 green enchiladas and 1/2 red enchiladas for the same price on the entree. Their rice was a little under salted.
