I was a little hesitant about eating here because I'm pretty picky when it comes to Mexican food. I feel like not many places make it the way it should be, and I often end up disappointed. But this place was the complete opposite. The food was excellent. It did have a slightly different twist from what I personally consider traditional, but I absolutely loved it! We ordered tostadas with salsa, shrimp aguachile, chile relleno, and chicken mole. Everything tasted freshly made. The tortillas were incredibly good, the tostadas had amazing flavor, and the salsa was phenomenal with the perfect medium spice level for me since I don't eat very spicy food. It also had a delicious garlic flavor. For drinks, we ordered a michelada that honestly surprised us because it was exactly how we like it, and a Maya-Tai that had a delicious smoky flavor. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is because I would have liked the food to be served hotter. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't really hot either. Our server, Justine, wasn't rude at all, but she did come across a little cold and very straight to the point, almost like she didn't really want to be there, and it showed. Paseo is amazing!! I'm literally dreaming already of going back. We made a reservation for dinner on Saturday and were seated inside by a window above Storybook Boutique! The inside is so beautiful and has great decor. Everything felt elevated and clean. We started with the steak tartare with truffle oil. It came with 3 big pieces of brioche bread that had the perfect level of crunch to it. It paired perfectly with the tartare. This is a MUST get and something I will keep returning for! We also got the duck tamal which presented beautifully and had good taste. Not the most mind blowing dish but still good! We also got the lamb barbacoa. It came with an avocado sauce and a mint sauce, as well as some corn tortillas. The tortillas were on the thick side, but definitely can tell they were house made. The barbacoa was insane! Fell right off the bone and so flavorful! I actually forgot it was lamb because it didn't have any of the gamey taste. The beans were also delicious because they absorbed all the juice and oil from the lamb! Our server, Rudy, was exceptional! He was very kind and attentive throughout our meal! OMG!!! So my beautiful wife hit a home run when she made a reservation at Paseo!!! We went for an early dinner around 5:00 pm which was a perfect time as they were not that busy. Our Server Alejandra was one the absolute best servers we have ever encountered. Huge smile packed with a great personality and one of the most knowledgeable servers that knew everything about every dish. We decided to go with a few of what they call small plates. We started with the Tuna Ceviche which was super fresh and had a little smokiness to it. Very light and enough to share. The tuna was nice sizes bit pieces and super fresh. It came with some I believe house-made chips. Our second dish was Chicken Tetela. OMG this was incredible with just a little kick. The triangle corn masa was nestled on top of chicken barbacoa. Not only that is was stuff with the same. The sauce on the plate was incredible!!! This dish was our favorite if you have to pick one, which was hard to do. Our third and final Tlayuda which was an interesting take on a tostada. It was the size of the plate with all kinds of flavors and just a little heat. We looked around the room and a lot of people went with some of the large plates which were huge. We didn't hear or see anyone complaining about anything. The final was a dessert that he highly suggested as well as his support staff. I have to say this was one of the best desserts I have ever had!!! We order the No Bake Cheesecake. Paseo is a nice restaurant in Downtown Disney. We passed by and checked out the menu after seeing some beautiful dishes coming out of the kitchen to the restaurant across the way. Came here to do an early father's Day celebration. The view was great overlooking the Disney Downtown area. We ordered the guacamole with pork belly and that was soo delicious! The chips were just right amount of crunch. For dinner we ordered the large plates Cochinita Pibil, Swordfish, and Shrimp Pipian dishes. They were a work of art visually. However, the food was not hot. We ordered rice and beans to accompany our dishes because they are ala carte. I found the beans bland and the red rice cold. Honestly I would skip the rice snd beans. The meal alone is fine. It was very filling. I was excited to try the handmade tortillas. They were blue and white corn and thicker than average. But even though they were in a warmer, they needed to be warmer. The food needed to be hotter as well. Not sure why it was warm. Maybe they were overwhelmed with customers. The food overall was beautifully presented and tasted delicious, but I for me the temperature was off. The drinks we had were the Jamaica and that was very good. It was our first time visiting Downtown Disney in California, so we decided to have dinner there before walking around. I'm really glad we chose Paseo. It's an upscale Mexican restaurant with a unique dining experience. We started with the duck tamal, which was easily our favorite dish of the night. We also ordered the tuna ceviche, but it was more like a tuna tartare than a traditional ceviche. For our main course, we had Mama's Cochinita Pibil. It was fun because they brought fresh tortillas so we could make our own tacos. The pork could have used a little more seasoning, but it was still delicious. The service was outstanding and exactly what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. If you're looking for a great dinner spot at Downtown Disney, I definitely recommend Paseo. read more

After a long day at DCA and Disneyland, we went to Paseo to end the night. We booked reservations in advance and opted for a 9:30 time (the last time available) right after the park closed. This place is in Downtown Disney so you don't need to go to the parks to enjoy the restaurant. We got seated right away and I immediately noticed the ambiance and the decor. It was dimly lit and provided an upscale atmosphere compared to other restaurants in DD. We ordered the short ribs and the chicken mole. I would say the presentation of the short ribs surprised me a little but it was very tender and had a subtle smoky flavor that I enjoyed. It's also a really good size! I didn't get to try their cocktails or the chicken mole myself but my boyfriend enjoyed the mole and pretty much finished his plate. Delicious, upscale Mexican food (reminds me of Long Island's BESITO) with great ambience and decor to boot. Huge dining area upstairs (they have an elevator, or one can take the stairs). I'm not worldly enough to know what the decor style is called; I just know that I loved it. Paseo was packed... as I would expect on a Saturday night... I'm so glad my daughter had made a reservation. Unfortunately, I will still full from brunch at the Storyteller's Cafe earlier in the day, so I only ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which was delicious. I probably would've otherwise ordered their chicken en mole, which my daughter did order, and I tasted. Wow !! It was AMAZING ! I did have a few chips, the salsa and some guac, but I found the guac to be a bit heavy on the lime... or perhaps, lemon, not sure. It was still quite good, just not my preference. My other daughter ordered short ribs, which she (and my husband) loved. My husband ordered the chile rellenos but said they were too spicy. I've never had any that were spicy, so I was a bit shocked by his statement. I didn't taste them, so I don't know. There were others in our party, but I don't remember (or if I ever knew) what they ordered or if they liked their dish. I would definitely come back here the next time we're in Downtown Disney, and I'd order the chicken en mole. Paseo itself is lovely - a bit more upscale than your usual theme park dining. The restaurant is located in the heart of Downtown Disney on a second floor balcony overlooking the district. On a Friday night, we were able to walk in after a 30 minute wait.  We sat on the balcony and had a beautiful view of the fireworks. The cocktails were great. I really liked the Manguiri, a rum based cocktail with mango and peach. The Tropipop Crush was interesting and refreshing. The appetizers were excellent. The black truffle beef tartare was the clear standout. The beef was fresh, buttery, and rich with a subtle sweetness to it. The black truffle was perfectly balanced - not too much and not too little. All the flavors worked together beautifully. The accompanying brioche was simply excellent as well - cut into perfect triangles and lightly toasted on all sides. We also really enjoyed the gruyere fondue. Everything was perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, and delicious.  For my entree, I had the carne asada New York strip, which came with a side of roasted fingerling potatoes and fondue. The steak was cooked perfectly. The potatoes and cheese together were a fun side.  The food and ambiance of Paseo were so nice, so I am baffled as to why service felt so subpar. Our server was Ricardo A., and there were several things that rubbed us the wrong way about service that night.  First, our server didn't seem to know the menu. We asked him several questions about the food and drinks and did not receive satisfactory answers. Is the horchata more cinnamon or sugar forward? What do you recommend between this or that? Our questions were answered with uncertainty and uncomfortable pauses.  Second, he became almost non-existent for the second half of dinner service. We tried to flag down other servers to pay, but were ignored by all of them, which is crazy because by that time the restaurant wasn't even busy. One server was even wearing Airpods as he walked past us! Eventually, we were fed up and took the check to the host stand to process our payment.  Third, attitude. When our server finally returned for the check, we informed him that one of us had already taken the check to process payment (because yes, it indeed took that long). And instead of apologizing he had the nerve to be upset. "I am your payment processor," he said before he stormed off. Are you joking? If our "payment processor" had been available, or if anyone else had been available, do you really think we would've had to walk the check up ourselves? For a staff member to scold restaurant guests for having to take matters into their own hands instead of apologizing for service issues is absolutely baffling to me. For the kind of upscale establishment that Paseo asserts itself as, the service we received was embarrassing. It's not like we were at a character-themed restaurant with Chip and Dale walking around - this was a restaurant with a menu developed by a Michelin-starred chef. A restaurant featured in articles and where the average price of an entree is $40-$60. To me, the service we received was unacceptable. read more

The food here was more memorable than our trips to Disney. The food I honestly cooked to perfection. The service is out of this world. Our waiter pours us water every five minutes. We also constantly get checked up on, staff asking, "is everything good?" Which me and my family appreciate incredibly. The ambience is beautiful, it reminds me of the beach and Hawaii. This upscale Latin restaurant has high quality cocktails and wine list. The margaritas were fresh and great. The restaurant patio balcony has some of the best people watching during lunch or dinner. The Caesar salad was made of baby romaine and had a custom creamery dressing. It was one of the best salads. We tried their ribeye steak and New York strip. The service is good with very attentive/friendly staff. This is one of my favorite restaurants at Downtown Disney and I visit at least once every few months if I can. l love everything I've ever tried there but I must insist you try the short ribs. Huge portion of big, beefy, "cut it with your fork" tender short rib served on a bed of frijoles accompanied by grilled tomatoes. There's also a Caesar's salad to die for! Not only very tasty but so beautifully arranged you feel guilt cutting into it. They just seem to get better every time I go and if you go, may I suggest you get an 830 seating and ask to sit on the balcony. You'll get a bird's view of the nightly fireworks display. You can dress casual, but it feels upscale. Don't go if you're price sensitive, but at least you get 10% off if you have a Disney pass (or at least the version we do). One small plate (tostada), one big plate (short ribs), an order of guac, and one kids meal was enough for our fam of 4 (includes preschooler and toddler). Beautiful restaurant located right in Downtown Disney with an upstairs dining area that overlooks downtown Disney...We made reservations ahead of time, and I definitely recommend doing the same because it gets very busy and wait times can be long. One of the best experiences of our weekend get-away. We visited on Monday 2/16, later in the evening around 8:30. We had a very rough day and another restaurant was not very accommodating, even with a reservation for several weeks, they told us the wait would be another hour! We were able to snag a last minute rez for Paseo. Our check in was smooth and we felt very welcomed. We were seated within mins and our server was Yadira. She was so accommodating and sweet. Outstanding service. The food was AMAZING. We had guacamole and chips, oysters and enchiladas. The enchiladas had chicken shredded and the sauce so delicious. Chefs kiss! Located in Downtown Disney, Paseo offers modern and elevated Mexican cuisine by a Michelin-starred chef. The dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. My favorites were the mejillones (mussels), smoked salmon pate and tuna ceviche - each small plate is packed with flavor and great for sharing. The black truffle steak tartare seemed like it lacked proper seasoning so I'd probably skip that one. My bf really enjoyed the grilled octopus and would recommend it. For drinks, the manguiri cocktail packed a strong, fruity punch. The well fashioned is a non-alcoholic drink. It doesn't taste anything like an old fashioned, but it's still a fun option if you want something celebratory without the alcohol. I loved the ambience and overall vibes of the restaurant. We sat near the window and were able to catch the Disneyland fireworks during dinner, which was a really nice touch. Paseo is a great option for dinner after a day at the parks. read more

Located in Downtown Disney, Paseo is a great sit down restaurant for families or dates. The ambiance of this place is very modern and beautiful. We went for dinner and each table had their own contemporary table lamp which really set the mood. Service was amazing and the food was good. Four stars were given since one of the items we ordered was just okay. I highly recommend the yellowtail tartare and garlic fries. My friend had the Caesar salad and that was amazing. The chicken enchiladas was the one we did not like. There was nothing special about its taste and the food temperature could have been warmer. Our drinks were good. I had the manguiri and though there is no lychee in the drink, I tasted it. That was a delightful surprise. The ritual margarita was floral, fruity, sweet, and sour. A good combination to have in a margarita. There were hints of guava and ginger in it. I recommend trying this place, especially at night, with a date. read more

I generally have pretty low expectations for touristy areas, but the food here was truly excellent and I'm glad we made a reservation a few days before we came to Disney Super chic and modern interior, excellent service, intriguing cocktail menu, and delicious food! I'm pretty picky about guacamole and often find restaurant guacamole, either too lemony or bland or not salty enough etc - but their version was perfectly spot on and comes with really addictive fresh tortilla chips. The butternut squash soup was also perfectly flavored and just slightly creamy- just wonderful after a long day of walking . I liked the the cheese on the Esquites corn were sprinkled on top - so you could mix it in. roasted rainbow trout was pricy but totally worth it - huge whole food, super tender with unique flavoring spread on top . First time trying Paseo for brunch, and it was pretty good. I expected it to be a bit busier as we dined the weekend before Christmas. However, we were easily able to get a table outside with no reservation. I got the huarache de asada which was yummy!! It's good Paseo is in Downtown Disney cos I needed to walk after eating that whole dish as fast as I did. My mom got the chilaquiles and added flank steak. The steak on her order was really tough compared to mine. She genuinely did not enjoy it since it was so difficult to chew, which sucks since she paid extra for the steak to be added. My grandma got the breakfast burrito and she liked it. The sauce on top was a bit too much for her. Because the burrito was such a good size, she ended up taking the rest of her burrito home. Would I go back for brunch? Probably not. But I'd love to come back and try their dinner menu. read more

Celebrated my mom's birthday today at Paseo! As we mourned Tortilla Joes closing , we went to try the new mexican place that was hyped up by foodies and yelp alike! Our server (I think his name was Ricardo?) was sooo sweet and attentive! Everything we ordered was delicious. If you like carnitas, the cochinita pibil tacos is the way to go! Me and my mom split this one and ordered a few extra tortillas and the meat was so tender it fell off the bone. My brother ordered the new york steak and liked how seasoned it was, overall everything was perfectly salted, and desserts were not too sweet (also perfect). Dessert was phenomenal and I highly reccomend the pavlova, the crunchy merengue with the fruity sorbet and jam inside was super yummy! It's fun cracking into it with your spoon! Absolutely Worth the Visit! We came here for Christmas brunch and everything was incredible. We started with the Tlayuda for the table and it was perfect for sharing. My personal favorite was the Paseo Waffles. Every bite was rich, balanced, and absolutely delicious. We also ordered the Huevos Rancheros and Torta de Chilaquiles - both comforting, flavorful, and executed so well. The Smoked Salmon Pâté felt elevated and fresh, and even the Kids Breakfast Burrito was a hit! Our server, Teresa, was amazing - warm, attentive, and so helpful with recommendations. When you don't have a Disney reservation, a downtown Disney night is your next best option! We've passed by Paseo enough to be intrigued by the promise of an upscale dining experience at Disney so when we decided to come get our steps here on a weekday evening, we also made a reservation at Paseo. It's nestled next to Tiendita so you might miss it as it only has seating on the second floor. It's essentially upscale Mexican dining. I liked that they got a little more adventurous with the flavors relative to your average Disney experience but I don't think it always paid off. I got the old fashioned and the smokiness was just overdone, it almost made me feel a little sick. I think pairing it with the tlayuda was overkill since there was something smoky on here too that just didn't work for me personally. The chicken enchiladas saved the day but honestly, we're not anything super special. My favorite part (as always) was the sweet treat. We went with the seasonal snowman special. So cute and yummy and unique! Gruyère ice cream sounds a little strange at first but it paired perfectly with the orange gel. It was very refreshing but also creamy? I loved it. read more

Loved the service especially on Thanksgiving night. We walked in an hour before closing, they sat us within 20 minutes. We had just come from a terrible experience at an all-you-can-eat buffet and were starving, so getting water, our appetizer, and the kids' meals ordered as soon as we sat down felt amazing. The star of the night was definitely the queso fundido. It's not your typical queso fundido, but the flavor is so good it makes you forget what the classic version even tastes like. The bread it came with was pretty hard, but we were so hungry we still ate it all. I ordered--can't remember the name--a type of chile relleno. It was different, but really tasty, especially with the rice underneath. My kids ordered chicken tenders and a burrito--pretty standard, good portions, no complaints there. Lastly, my mother-in-law and husband had the enchiladas de pollo. Everything was good, and we truly appreciated being served on Thanksgiving night. Had a lovely dinner at Paseo on Halloween! Spent the day at Disney for a pre birthday celebration and wanted something a little nicer for din. Paseo is definitely nice! Backed by a Michelin-starred Chef :) The restaurant is very beautiful and is upstairs so the view is cute. My chair did have lots of chip crumbs on it so that was a little not cute. Not too many veggie options but still found some great dishes! Chile relleno was very unique (mushrooms inside, cheese on top) & great presentation, and guac was bomb. Chips were stale though. Choosing Paseo to have dinner while on a family trip to Disneyland was a spur of the moment decision. It was a busy day at the park, we hadn't made reservations elsewhere, and they appeared to have Mac & Cheese on their menu; something easy for my picky daughter to accept. And, man, I am so beyond happy that we did decide to come and eat here. The restaurant itself is spacious, taking up the second floor of a Downtown Disney spot. There is ample room between tables, with open kitchen areas allowing patrons to watch the various dishes being crafted. A large patio overlooks the coffee shop and milling shoppers below, all with a calm and softly lit atmosphere. We started dinner with the Tlayuda, essentially a Oaxacan Tostada. The black bean puree provided a nice and salty base, the chorizo and pork belly were sweet and smoky. Strips of Cecina on top gave a delicious and slightly chewy texture. And it was all brought together with a thick layer of melted Oaxaca cheese on top, sprinkled with greens, onions, and dollops of that avocado mousse. This was the best dish we had eaten that evening and a wonderful way to begin our meal. My wife and I shared the Chile Relleno. It was an exceptionally large and perfectly smoked Poblano, the interior overflowing with mushrooms and a finely reduced tomato sauce, served on a bed of salted rice, and topped with a thick slab of lightly toasted cheese and squash. Individually, each component was well cooked, but very simple. Mixed together, the whole of the dish was exceedingly flavorful, a nice blending of textures, and was overall excellently crafted. Our son, unsure of anything on the menu, was convinced to try the Tuna Ceviche. At first, he limited himself to the hominy garnish, testing the marinade that coated the fish. But, after sampling his tuna, his face lit up and he quickly ate all of his dinner, very much enjoying every bite. And our daughter enjoyed her Tres Queso Mac & Cheese off of the ninos menu. While she didn't finish it, the dish still got her personal thumbs up. About the only detraction from our dinner were the Papas Fritas side we ordered for the table. While the fries on the side of my daughter's dinner were well crisped, the papas frites were drenched in butter to the point of becoming soggy and limp. The flavor was fine, especially with the sheer amount of fragrant garlic, but the texture had become quite unappealing. Regardless, we had an outstanding dinner here at Paseo. It was delicious, surprising, and a fantastic end to a busy day at Disneyland. While our visits to the Magic Kingdom are limited, I can easily say that coming back here for another evening is definitely worth doing again. ---------- And for the Disneyland Reviews List: Taste - Or the Overall Flavor: * * * * (and a half) While I would say that places like Carthay Circle and Blue Bayou top my lists, Paseo is still an outstanding entry into Disney's list of places to dine. Convenience - Of the Seating & Service Options: * * * * The seating is open with a good amount of space between tables. An outside patio gives nice views of Downtown Disney below. And the kitchen areas are open so people can view certain dishes being crafted before them. It's pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing after a long day at the parks. The only real issue I have is that the restaurant is on the second floor, making the front desk essentially just a gateway to a staircase. I'm not sure why, but I found this to be a bit wasteful and inconvenient. Value - Will you walk away satisfied?: * (and a half) Every place in Disneyland is relatively over priced; the trick is to find food that will make you not want a snack two hours later, despite what you pay. Typically, paying around $10 per person is what you should expect, but still have a filling meal. Let's face it, Paseo is not cheap. While it won't completely break the bank like other places at Disneyland, you can still expect to easily pay in excess of $30 per person or more. Still, if you're trying to be a bit more economical, you do get a fair amount of food with the entrees, making them sharable. And some patrons can opt to eat something off the appetizer menu to help curb the costs further. Regardless, the experience here is fantastic and very much worth the cost. Kid Factor - Is there entertainment for the young ones?: * If any of your kids are curious how a tortilla is made, they might find something to keep them entertained. After going to Centrico, we went here to their sister spot and sat at the bar, and honestly it was a completely different experience. The bar was packed , but we found a spot toward the back and the bartender came to us immediately, we literally felt VIP. The service was amazing from the start. The place itself is beautiful, such a great vibe. We ended up ordering food and it did not disappoint. We got oysters and enchiladas and everything was so good! definitely a highlight of the night. 10/10 experience, we will absolutely be going back. read more

Been wanting to try this restaurant from the well known chef Carlos Gaytán Let's talk about the restaurant itself, it's beautiful and well planned like any other patina group restaurant. Service: it's ok! Hostess very careless and doing the minimum, the server was ok, not too informative about the menu or the drinks. The ambiance on top is excellent and perfect for any occasion. Now the most important thing here the food, everything was great, a little to monotonous but still everything had sazón. I recommend you to try the tlayuda! I love the updated location and the food is so delicious! I had the huevos rancheros, Jamaica drink, and tequila flight. My husband got the tequila flight, Arnold Palmer ice tea, and French toast. He loved his meal just as I enjoyed mine. Definitely coming back here for brunch. read more

Passed by this place all the time walking to Disneyland, never had the chance to try it until now! Very upscale and nice decoration upstairs, with a surprising amount of room! The guacamole and queso fundido were on point, and the enchiladas hit the spot. And I had this mai tai type drink with a guava foam that was awesome! It's at downtown Disney, so you'll have to pay for parking or get validated. AMBIANCE (4/5): They have a small bar right as you walk upstairs, they have lots of indoor booth seating and some outdoor patio seating if you'd like to people watch. Ok in all fairness, we came here on a Friday night following the tail end of ski week (the week of President's day weekend). Boyfriend and I thought it would be nice to go out to downtown Disney for our anniversary and bring my daughter and my mom along. We were able to get reservations through Open Table about 2 hours from when we needed. Reservation was made for 7:15pm thus it was the height of dinner time. We arrived with plenty of time prior to our reservation and were seated close to the reservation time. It is a beautiful restaurant and wraps around the whole structure. We were seated at the very back of the restaurant and it overlooks lucky strike and the place that was Tortilla Joe's. It was nice dim lighting making it seem pretty darn fancy. Now for the food... I definitely eat more with my eyes so I made sure to peruse yelp and look at the photos to see what the popular dishes were. We got the guacamole for sure with chips, this is your standard guacamole, nothing too special but the presentation was nice, with the basket of endless chips and the beautiful ceramic dish. My daughter ordered the mac and cheese and fries and this was good enough for her. My boyfriend ordered the Cesar Salad with the chicken as an add on. The presentation was beautiful but it looked like there was more dressing than there was salad. But that dressing though... I'd order just a separate bowl of that to take home. My mom and I shared the snapper and the octopus. The octopus showed up a lot on the yelp photos so we thought that it would be nice to try and we decided on the snapper because fried fish sounded good especially on a Lenten Friday. We were not too impressed with either, the snapper was overcooked and the octopus didn't have any flavor to it. The pluses for both of those, the snapper had a tasty sauce to it and the octopus was cooked perfectly. Out of all that food, the only thing we would probably say is worth getting is the Cesar Salad because of the dressing. For the dessert, having seen the photos on yelp, I noticed that they had a pavlova and because my little one is big on Bluey, we thought that it would be nice that she actually got to try one. We ordered the pavlova and the no bake cheesecake. For these two desserts, they both seemed to have some sort of guava in it and it made both desserts taste amazing!!! The pavlova also had some horchata foam to it and I thought that was pretty creative, and it also added another level to the dessert. To me, the dessert was the saving grace. If yelp could do half stars, I would give this place 3.5 because the quality of the food... the overdone snapper just didn't sit well with me and the octopus dish just needed something more. Definitely was expecting more from this place since it is located in downtown Disney. read more

Very good located in downtown Disney made reservations arrived on time waited about 15 minutes before our table was ready first time here looked over menu for a long while. Not a big selection of food to choose from but it was enough we settled on some chicken enchiladas side of rice and beans to share along with chicken something forgot the name it was good Enjoyed some Brussels sprouts They have a nice selections of dricks alcohol and non alcohol we only had water long hot day BONUS. if you time your reservation right you can watch the fireworks from your table. My husband and I had an excellent dining experience here with the food being the best highlight of it all. I had a reservation for dinner and we were seated quickly. Our server was so kind and attentive. I believe his name is Rudy. We ordered drinks and food. The presentation of everything is a good balance of classy and fun. The DTS cocktail was beautiful and refreshing. I really love the enchilada de pollo. The sauce was somehow light but full of flavor. Probably one of the best enchiladas I've had. The black beans are amazing with a smooth consistency, you can tell how fresh they made it. My husband's carne asada was also very good. The corn tortillas were freshly made too. So good but it only came with 3 sadly. I could have eaten 10 of those! The only thing I didn't care for was the queso fundido as it reminded me too much of Tom Ka Thai soup.
