We hired Superb Sushi for a live sushi bar for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we couldn't have been happier. The sushi chef arrived early at our house, set up his own table and equipment, and made hand rolls and nigiri to order for our guests at an incredibly fast pace. At the end of the dinner, he even created sushi rolls out of the extra fish we had ordered. Another hidden gem in Kalihi! Located right across the street from Diners, superb sushi makes one of the best poke I have ever had! Cheap, fresh and great quality. The ahi used for the poke is very fresh and of great quality. The fish is so soft and I did not find any fiber strings in the poke at all. It is mixed fresh to order. We have been having Superb Sushi cater our annual College Kids Christmas reunion. Granted there has only been 2 so far and counting. We have a,great time the kids love it as most of them went away to remote places scarce of any Asian food near by. They look forward to this sushi buffet at our house to unwind, relax, catch up with each other and have excellent sushi. We have our own chef and his cart for 2 hour the kids can put put on as much sushi they can eat. Superb Sushi has been impressing me lately. I have never been to their physical location yet, however I have encountered them at several events in the past few months. The first time was at Lori I's Halloween party where she had hired them to have a sushi bar in her garage (I hope my daughters don't think ALL Halloween parties are going to be this fabulous from here on out, lol!). I've also tried them at various fairs and most recently today at Manoa Japanese School New Year's Fair.
