Great job On windshield repair! It was the second time that Le-Bron repaired my windshield in he last two year, and I'm again very satisfied with the outcome. This time the repair took about two hand a half hours because the damage was pretty bad, and I also had in two different areas. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with Le-Bron 2 days after the damage happened! He has great attention in detail and work very hard to make sure the repair is done correctly. If you have never met him before, then he will ask you several questions to determine if the damage can be repaired, and the best practice would be send me few pictures with a clear shot of the damage area with a dollar bill on the size, then he will set up the expectation with you. Somebody might want a quick quote on the cost, but the windshield is it the place you want to cheap out! Le-Bron is the only windshield repair guy that would refer to my friends! read more

I had the unfortunate experience of being behind an asphalt truck on 285 on 4/29/18 which appeared to have been about to miss the Atlanta Road exit. The abrupt exit caused the load to shift and it began raining rocks onto 285 and my windshield. After contacting the company for about a week (via phone and email), I was asked to get an estimate so they could pay for repairs. I initially went online and got a quote from "a big name brand company", but was certain that I could find a more reasonable quote as I like supporting small businesses. A quick google search led me to Superb Windshield Repair. LeBron was professional and courteous from start to finish. I actually arrived 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time and he was courteous enough to stop his lunch run and come back to me. Found a front window chip while near a dark edge on my 2015 Audi Q5 and after a great first experience last summer (on the same car), returned to LeBron, the owner. He is no longer in the Galleria parking deck area and has opened up a temporary location north off of Cobb parkway. Call ahead to make an appointment and get his new address. He took us in quickly. He is very masterful. He uses a UV curable system manually injects and works the material into the crack to fill the voids/ cracks. He was very detailed in his work. Due to the complexity of the location of the crack, it took him over 90 minutes to repair and he was very patient to work the resin into the windshield. He takes pride in his work. Basically, I had to cough up $430 or something, and wait 9 days and drive 17 mi to get my entire windshield repaired. My Saturday (and weekend) was successfully ruined. He came out to take a look at my car, and then told me that since he was working on another customer's car at that moment, it would be a few hours before he could fix my car's windshield. There I was, resigned to having to pay nearly half a grand and wait for days to get my entire windshield replaced, when this man made absolutely no fuss about the damage and could accommodate me right on that very evening! Coming home on 1-285 my window got hit by a rock causing a chip and a 7 inch crack on the drivers side. I did a search of Windsheild Repair Sandy Springs and I saw the review for Supurb Windsheild Repair. So I called and spoke to LeBron at about 6 pm. He said he would be glad to stay open to fix my window but I made an appointment for later. I came in for my appontment the following day and LeBron explained exactly what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. After about an hour and a half my window was fixxed. He explained to me that it would not be completely undetectable but I would be satisfied. When finished it looked almost brand new,there is a very small almost indistinguishible line. LeBron taught me to put a piece of Scotch tape on a crack as soon as possible to prevent dust from getting in to have best possible result. Get it fixed as soon as you can before crack gets bigger. I got several windshield cracks fixed by Lebron this weekend. Lebron is truly passionate about the work that he does and does a good job too. He specializes in windshield cracks so that sets him apart from other places. The results were very impressive and you can barely notice the marks unless you focus hard enough on those areas. Prices were cheaper than those of other competitors. $75 for the first crack (under a certain size of course) and $25 for each additional one. Did I mention that his shop is open seven days a week too? The only thing that you have to overcome is actually getting to the place because it is in an underground parking garage. Directions: Follow your GPS to the 300 building and call Lebron. He will tell you to park at the courier-parking spot. Shortly after, he will go get you and drive down with you to his bat-cave. The other thing is that Lebron is passionate about his work, and so he has a very strong personality. When you call him or interact with him, take that into consideration. I had the unfortunate experience of being on the receiving end of a 10inch crack in my windshield thanks to rogue ice flying off a car on the highway on Thursday morning. Not noticing the crack until late that afternoon, I frantically searched the internet for a trusty repairman, having never dealt with this issue before. Lebron's superb rating definitely drew me in, and and in the end, did not disappoint After calling Le-bron late on a Thursday afternoon, he turned his car around from his commute home to return to his shop to service my car. During the appointment, he did a great job of painstakingly applying his craft to repair my windshield. He is passionate about what he does and makes sure to take his time to do it right. Le-bron is truly in the business of customer service and takes great pride in his work. I would definitely return to Le-bron with any future windshield repair needs I might have In full disclosure, if I could rate him 4.5 stars I probably would as I was a bit disappointed with the blemish which was left on the windshield -- I don't think that this was due to Le-bron's work but rather from the nature of the size and location of the crack -- however, I wish I would have better understood up front what that end result would be -- I don't think it would have changed my decision to repair vs replace in the end, but would have been nice to at least have that information up front. However, this was most likely just as much my fault (if not more) than Lebron's, as I was so anxious to get the windshield replaced so it didn't crack further, that I didn't ask as many questions as I should have. Because LeBron took time out of his day (about 15 or 20 minutes) to educate me in what I would need to look for in a quality replacement company. He taught me about the differences in the quality of glass, and how that affects the expected wear and tear the glass will experience. It took nearly 4 hours for this service and this guy talked the entire time. It typically takes under 30 minutes. There's about an inch towards the end of the crack that still shows. I really got ripped off. I spent 125 for this thinking I was getting quality when other places charge less. This guy claims he mentioned something about the last inch of the crack...that's a total lie. After the 4 hour repair he mentioned that every repair isn't perfect...thats all he said...probably because if he would've gone into details he would've risked not getting paid.
