Came in for quarter sized crack on my windshield that I missed when I drove my new truck off the lot of the dealership. Lebron did an excellent job of informing me that this always happens. he noticed that the crack had been in the windshield for quite sometime and he went ahead and did a clean up and repair of the crack to make sure it would not crack beyond what it was. He did an excellent job and you can tell he takes his time when he is working on your windshield. I am very pleased with the repair to a chip in my windshield. He told me not to expect it to totally disappear, but he could make it less noticeable and stop it from turning into a crack. Uncommon honesty Check this out... I go to Superb Windshield Repair after a stone hit my windshield over the weekend. The owner, Lebron, takes a look and ask, "You sure this happened during the weekend?" I'm confused until he explains that the ding in in the upper left corner of my windshield (which I thought was brand new) was an old crack that had actually already been repaired (and I easily could have missed since I haven't owned the car that long). He could have easily pretended to do the repair, and I'd have paid happily, probably written a great review, and never suspected anything. I had a small chip in my windshield that was smaller than a dime. I did a ton of research because I didn't want to have to replace the whole windshield just because of it (especially since the windshield costs $600!!). I called quite a few places to see if they did repairs and everywhere else said they only did replacements. I was extremely happy when I called Superb Windshield and the actual repairman answered the phone and was able to tell me everything I needed to know and inform me that yes, they would repair the chip for $60 cash. It is a little difficult to find because you have to navigate the entire parking deck, but once you find it you're golden. The entire process took about 30 minutes and you can't even tell that there was ever a chip in the windshield!! Le-Bron also does repair on bigger chips, cracks, etc. There was a lady there that had multiple cracks large than a quarter and her windshield looked great by the time I left. His business is to repair chipped windshields - he does not do window replacement, but he does his work extremely well. His attention to detail is unmatched. There is a reason he has so many 5 star reviews, and it's because he loves what he does - making these repairs as if he were doing it to his own vehicle. When i came in last week, it was a rainy day, so the repair took a little longer than usual as we had to get the water out of the crack to make the repair, but now that it's repaired, you have to be looking for it to find the damage. The pricing is reasonable if you don't have insurance coverage on your glass (I do, but the deductible is high, so I just do this out of my own pocket) I highly recommend Superb Windshield Repair!
