I have been lucky to have the same stylist for 40 years. After his passing I've been looking for someone that can cut my hair properly. I have waves and cowlicks that cause a problem. This is my 4th appt with Elena. First cut, not so much. Second cut better, yesterday's 4th cut was right on. Elena does not take long to cut your hair. The other day was 8 minutes. Prior experience was 30-45 minutes. While Elena is a bit quirky, she knows what she is doing. I will keep coming back. Friendly shop, clean and on time. read more

Ok let's give these ladies at Supercuts some well due credit! I took myself and kids in for an annual (I know I know) haircut. My daughter is 6 with curly hair and they did a great job with her hair and overall comfortability. My son is almost 2; and this was his first cut... I'm not sure who did better my son or the stylist.. but it was a great experience and mom is happy with the outcome! I took off some length and kept it straight across. They didn't even mess up my thick hair! I am so appreciate of the simplicity, affordability and care that was given to us. Despite coming in on the morning of Father's Day, I was able to get in one of the chairs with only a 20-ish minute wait (had to call first to get on the waiting list). I can't remember the name of the women who cut my hair but she was friendly, can hold a conversation, and cut my hair pretty much exactly how I like it. What I really liked about this experience was when she used the hot towel at the end to get the itchy, loose hairs around my neck, head, and face. I wish more places would do this. All in all, I would recommend based on my experience. I didn't encounter any of the rudeness mentioned in other reviews but based on that persons description, I don't think she was there. read more

It's a haircut. The review is for the website. You're appointment system is too intrusive. I should be able to login as a guest and schedule a haircut. I tried and it said incorrect password. I don't want to go search my phone for a hair salon password. It's a hair cut not a bank. Supercuts doesn't require it. Follow their model. You've lost my business because of that. read more

Do not go this store! Today I went to the store with my sister. I told Jane, we want her to cut touch shoulders. But she cut just a little bit for my sister, then we asked her to cut exactly what we both agreed. She started to complain, and said shit to my sister!!! She refused to cut for my sister, then she called police!!!! Eventually I took police's advice, police said we do not deserve this kind service! Been coming here for years; Supervisor recognizes me by name! Respect new protocol for appointments (I used to just walk in) so Sunday I called. 2.30 p.m appointment; arrive @ 2.30 exactly. One staff inside working, the other on the grass, doubtless doing something work-related. Just as she goes in the store, a younger man heads in, so I'm behind them both. He's a walk-in customer & she checks him in @ 2.35 while I wait. Then she turns to, asks if I have an appointment. I confirm & give name; she then takes Mr. Walk-in to a chair & starts cutting! The other staff member then asks me if I've an appointment & says she'll be with me soon! At 2.40 I stood up & said I'm not waiting; no response. Last time I'll ever go there! WTF? read more

Older women with purple hair. She was fast but I had to slouch for to be able to cut my hair and I'm not even over 6 feet tall. Also it is an easy haircut but seemed like her first time giving a 2 on the sides and trimming the top. She cut the right length off... in a straight line. So it's like a modified bowl cut... At 23 bucks I should have just gone to an actual barber. Only went because sports clips was closed but pretty lackluster experience here. Made a walk in appointment, waited and waited. They never even asked if me and this other gentleman were here for a haircut, I think they assumed we were with whoever was getting their haircut. They finally were done and come up to the register and one lady goes "oh are you here for a haircut?!" The gentleman said "yes I've been here for over an hr waiting." So was I, so I waited somemore and somemore then finally left cause it was almost an 1 1/2 of waiting and one lady was just sweeping! They're so slow here and they never know what kind of cut you're talking about when you finally do get to sit in a chair. This morning my 17 year old son came to get his hair cut at 9:45. I sent him in by himself because my special needs daughter can't handle waiting. The woman who cut his hair was rude and made my son feel very uncomfortable. He asked her to cut a bit more off the top to which she snapped, "no we're done!". I sent him with 30 and said give the change in tip. While paying he looked for a tip jar...thinking that's how it was done. The lady said, "No tip?" He walked and left it on her station.
