I booked an appointment online at Supercuts Cerritos on South Street for 12:15 PM with a hairstylist named Stella on June 8, 2026. I specifically scheduled the appointment during my work break so I could get a haircut and return to work by 1:00 PM. I arrived at the salon exactly at 12:15 PM and waited in the lobby, expecting to be called based on my scheduled appointment time. However, Stella was still busy with another customer. What I don't understand is why the online booking system showed her as available when she was already occupied. I waited for about 20 minutes, hoping she would finish soon, but by 12:35 PM, I had no choice but to leave because I needed to get back to work. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the haircut I had scheduled. My point is simple: please be considerate of customers who book appointments and arrive on time. Time is valuable to everyone, especially for those of us using our limited break time for services like a haircut. If you approve an appointment through your online booking system, the appointment time should be honored, or at the very least, customers should be informed about delays. I wasted my time and Gas going to your salon. This experience was disappointing and inconvenient. read more

This ia the second time we have had bad servixe by people who dont know how to cut hair there. Seriously! My daughter asked for hair to be trimmed, the lady took over 4 inches off my daughers hair when my dauther stated cut about 1 1/2 inches off. The lady could not cut it straight and had to keep cutting more and more to get it staright. My daughter had been working so hard to get her hair long. We asked for the manager and she said she was the only one working. You guys have horrible service and your staff does not know how to properly cut hair!
