A nice haircut by friendly Rocio. Using the phone app certainly helps. No wait and choose the stylist you want. I wish the app allowed me to save the stylist I prefer. ZERO STARS. 3 staff members here upset me so I'm about to let it rip....first a little history Evelyn had been trimming my hair for almost two years..I would go every 2-3 months then started taking my husband with me to get his hair trim so she would even receive a double tip then that's when I noticed her quality of work and attitude started to change like she just got too comfortable and started taking us as clients for granted. I call and ask if Evelyn is available the girl who answers the phone says yes come in anytime so I go and E( "E" short for Evelyn) is on her lunch...i told the girl at the desk if Kenny can just trim it if E was going to take long so after 15 minutes E walks in walks right by me and then shortly after that a woman who was only waiting like 5 minutes goes to E chair for a haircut. Then I get sent to Kenny's chair. First of all why didn't the girl in the front have E trim my hair obviously I called waited and E came back early from her lunch but I was already so fed up at this point I just went to Kenny this guy was rough and in a rush and on top of it my haircut came out choppy ! This location is unprofessional I've been here many times to see that they don't work as a team. Who got me mad was the girl at the front desk who is just out of it,Evelyn who doesn't care about keeping clients, and Kenny who can barely speak English and can't trim hair! La Habra Supercuts is depressing I've been to nicer and funner salons where you can drink wine and it's actually pleasant to be. This place and they're staff are a joke and while they're stuck working weekends I'll be at the casino enjoying myself at the spa and sipping drinks by the pool...HA! read more

I came 25 minutes before they closed to try and get a haircut. The guy lied and said he had 3 people waiting just to get me to leave. I saw him lock the doors at 8:45 so no one could come in. Aren't most companies supposed to close up shop at exactly their close time? Kinda lame honestly. read more

If you asked me a couple of years ago, I would have recommended Dominga to anyone and everyone. However, the last two experiences I have had at this shop have been horrible. When I first had her cut my hair, 17 years ago, she did an excellent job. I had money to spend on getting my hair colored, etc., and have taken my kids and even my grand kids to her. But as of late, I have only gone to get my hair cut. BIG MISTAKE! If you don't have the $100+ to spend with this woman, your twenty/thirty bucks is not green enough for her to take the time to treat you so nicely. So, if you have the money, go spend it. If you're looking to get your hair cut only, you might think about going to a different shop where they will still treat you with a little respect, being a paying customer. I am 57, and came in the morning 2/23 before the afternoon rush, with a magazine in my hand with pictures. I needed help! The stylist, I think her name was Dominique, looked at my hair and pictures and gave me her advice. I took it. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my doo! She also colored and highlighted. I love being able to call in and get my favorite stylist when she is available. Dominga knows how to cut my fine, thin, limp hair to make it look like I have twice as much hair as I really do. I've been to other salons, other supercuts and other stylists but Dominga is the best for me to be sure. I've become a regular for her now so I don't even have to tell her anymore what I want. I walk in and Dominga is very nice and welcoming, talking to everyone that is waiting. I haven't been here in months and she remembered where I work and my name. She was amazing. Then Evelyn comes out to cut a little boys hair and you can tell she works with kids often. She is so friendly with him, at first he was really shy but by the end he was talking to her about his favorite shows and told her that he was the hulk. It was adorable. This supercuts has always been friendly and skilled. I have never had a complaint for them. read more

I've been here multiple times and the service ranges from decent to terrible. The asian male barber, who I think is the manager is ok. The heavyset hispanic woman is downright terrible. Awful to the point of avoidance. There's a young blonde girl who's pretty good about things. You just have to be very specific about what you want with her though. read more

The haircut was fine. My concern was the new Supercuts radio station playing in the background. I'm assuming it is like Pandora. While getting my hair cut, the song "Break The Rules" comes on the station. Had my children been in the store i would have walked out. Granted, I did not ask them to turn the song down, but for that song to even be on in a place where families or young children are, concerned me. I think supercuts should make a better effort to filter their playlists. read more

Linda was notified when I arrived 20 mins early for my haircut. 10 mins after my appointment time, she was still on the phone and said she would not be able to get to me for another 15 minutes. I had another appointment to get to and would've been late had I waited. During my 30 minutes there, I saw a few people leave after waiting for longer than I had. read more

Workers are out of the ordinary SLOW and not the type of slow where they are being careful on cutting hair. Walked in on a Sunday night in hopes of getting a haircut for my 4yr old son and was greeting by a monotone lady who seemed to have been working a too long of a shift. We waited for 40min. Just as one of the hair "stylist" became free she asked my son if he was ready to get his hair cut. As he got excited and started walking over she said it was a mistake and it wasn't his turn and embarrassed him. No organization and slow service. Did I mention overpriced for what they do!! Will never return no matter how desperate I get again for my son to get a quick haircut. read more

Been coming to this Supercuts ever since I was a little kid. I like it here and I don't think I'll go anywhere else to get a haircut

First time-Walk-in, Very friendly. Reyna was very nice and did a great job.

So I hadn't cut my hair in 2 years and was desperate for a haircut. I walked in and was greeted. I had to wait a little but I had gone on a Sunday which is to be expected. They take walk ins which was great for me since I just had a baby. After about 10 mins I got called and started to get my haircut. Mary cut my hair and I told her exactly what I wanted which was long layers and a trim. Overall I liked the way she cut it, but I got the feeling that the other girls there were getting upset with her because she had taken about 40 mins to cut my hair. To be fair my hair is really long, almost to my butt. Mary wasn't that much of a talker and was very opinionated. The haircut was super cheap especially if you're a girl and have long hair. Other salons charge $50 and up for a haircut which I think is ridiculous. They only charge $16 for a haircut but that doesn't include shampooing which I don't really care cause I just showered before I got there. Overall I would recommend this place if you're on a budget, but I think next time I go back I want a different stylist. read more
