The hairstyle looked nothing like the photo I showed, and the layered cut was done poorly--it left the bottom looking bulky and heavy, which is not how a layered cut should look. I asked for a C-curl perm, but because the cut was so off, it ended up looking more like a mix of C and S curls. It felt like they didn't really listen to what I wanted. Instead of tailoring the style to the customer, it seemed like they were just mass-producing a generic "layered cut + C-curl perm" combo. And even that factory-like result wasn't done well. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place.
