Very rude and unprofessional. She has no customer service skills. How is anyone supposed to feel welcomed to get their hair cut when your the face of checking in and you're nothing but rude. She even got my eye twitching! That's how bad it is. Bad morning vibes. Overall, the hair stylist who did the hair cut was very friendly and professional. She actually has some sense in her. First of all, this Supercuts is awesome. My go to, I appreciate all the workers here. Haven't failed me, especially Alicia! Came today Tuesday 04/21/2026 reserved for 2:45 pm. I had my usual scissor cut all around the borders, tapered back and top heavy. Came out how I wanted it. After a satisfied haircut, I took Alicia's recommendation and took my wife to Stonefire Grill across the way. Took my grandson for a hair cut which included hot towel, the gentleman who cut his hair was nice, however had long nails and poked my grandson a few times. His booster seat was set in the middle of the chair so no back suport which my grandson didn't want to complain but was hurting, no hot towel which was included in the price. The hair cut was good. I had a very disappointing experience at this Supercuts location this morning. I scheduled my appointment for 10:00 AM and arrived at 20 min before. As soon as the stylist saw my hair, she immediately said she couldn't do it. All I requested was a simple hair dye and a trim--nothing complicated or unusual. The way it was handled felt unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of offering solutions, alternatives, or even basic courtesy, I was turned away without any effort to help. If they don't have the skills or willingness to provide basic services, they should be upfront about it when appointments are booked. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I had the worst experience at Supercuts yesterday, and I will definitely not be returning. I came in with a specific request and even showed my stylist, a picture of the exact shagg mullet I wanted However, once she started cutting, it was clear she was doing something completely different. The overall experience felt unprofessional and pushy, and the stylist was judgmental the entire time. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and end up with a haircut that makes you feel awful. I've been coming to this location quite a bit so I've had different salonists cut it to decide who I trust. I always try to book with Krystelle (sorry if I'm misspelling your name). She understands my hair. She takes everything I say into consideration and I greatly appreciate it. She always cuts my baby bangs so perfect and lemme tell you, I have so many cowlicks on my head. I don't really cut my hair too often but when she does it, I always get compliments. So I give her 5 stars. I've moved away from Lakewood so it's harder for me to come there when she's there, but when I book an appointment it's always her. But why the literal 4 star rating? The worst haircut I've ever had. They are not consistent and are terrible at what they do. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from here. Haircuts aren't as affordable as they used to but the $25+ they charge for men's haircut is nowhere near worth it. As the lady was cutting she made a smirk like something went wrong, I didn't think nothing of it at the time but now I see. Finally had to say something. Arrived today at 10:50 for an 11am appt. I was told by the one person working that she was a little behind and it'd be a little bit of a wait. No problem. 5 minutes later she tells me that if I want to leave and come back after 12, that's probably best because she has 2 more appointments at 12 and they'll come first. Excuse me? If you're pushing an appt at 11 back, and I'm still there, you better be pushing the 12 back as well. Not telling me to wait for them. I left and got my hair cut elsewhere. If this was one time, that'd be fine. But 3 out of the last 4 times there have been issues despite setting online appointments. I dont totally blame the woman tjere today because she mentioned her other Co workers didn't show up. She can't do everything at once. But this seems to be an ongoing problem, because it's been part of the reason for delays in the past. Either get people to show up and work or get rid of the appointment system. You can't take appointments then tell people they're going to have to wait and you're going to take a later appointment first. read more

I went to the Lakewood Center location on Saturday. The lady that cut my hair (never gave me her name) she was the last chair in back left hand side, Hispanic with curly hair. I told her I wanted to keep the length and needed my layers shortened, she held up a piece asking if that was ok (it was about 1/2 inch) I agreed, well she did just the opposite of what I asked, she cut over a inch all over, then asked if I wanted my bangs trimmed I said just a little, well she chopped them off too short! Today I came in with my old bleached out blonde hair And explained I wanted a new look. I brought in a picture. My stylists name was Bri and I have to say it looks magnificent. I asked for an icy toasted coconut blonde color and to darken my roots so we added a shadow root brown and feathered in the ash brown...... and it looks amazing,a great updated look for fall.
