I have been going there for years. The staff is always nice and even knows your name. The staff, Yoli, Brenda, and LaDonna, are all great people and talented. Thank you for always taking good care of me. On a side note, they have not remodeled or painted since it opened (I have been going there that long). They did buy new chairs, but the floors, walls, etc., could use a new coat of paint. The staff does what they can to keep it clean. read more

I'd love to see prices posted! Time reservation on website is really handy. They can rarely take a walk-in when I've been in. Always friendly. FYI, shampoo and blow dry is never included and costs extra. Website doesn't list prices. I went in without an appointment and they were just amazing. Brenda, who is just delightful, agreed to do my hair. I told her what I wanted and she said she was off soon and I said no problem. I don't know why I tried this place again. Walked into an empty place except two stylists who were at least halfway through cuts on their clients... well, there were two half done haircuts, one guy cutting, one girl on the phone taking an appointment, clearly sees me but doesn't acknowledge my existence, meanwhile her half finished client looks a bit annoyed her hair isn't being cut. Finally she finishes the call, asks what I need, I say a cut, she says it won't be until about 6:30, it is now 3:45, it is an empty salon. I ask if they take walk-ins, and she says yes, but other people put their name on the list and are coming back. So if I wanted to be a walk-in, I'd have to sit there for nearly 3 hours, whether or not the other "walk-ins" show up??? Sort yourself out Supercuts, it's 2024! You could at least have some sort of waitlist screen like Sports Clips so we know how long the actual wait is. This isn't a high end salon, it's Supercuts! You couldn't even let me wait till one of you is done to see if your next client shows up on time? I'm aside with short hair, I couldn't possibly take more than 15 minutes to cut my hair. They don't take walk in, only reservations. Make sure you call ahead, if, you don't want to be turned away.

Ladonna did a great job cutting my son's hair!!! She was patient and even had toys for him to play with while getting his haircut. I highly recommend her!! She has great customer service skills and was very timely while doing exactly what we wanted. I will definitely return. read more

Brenda is great, but the manager seems like she hates her job. She is very condescending and unhelpful. I use to go to Supercuts all the time and they would do their very best to squeeze me in and every time I have tried to make an appt she doesn't help whatsoever. Then when I finally go there to get a haircut the same manager always has a RBF. She seriously looks like she is miserable. Not happy. I am leaving a bad review but to be as respectful as I can I wont mention her name. However the lady who cut my hair needs an UPDATE very bad on skills or something ive never seen anyone cut hair that way. My "layers" that I didn't ask for are TERRIBLE. I asked her to only trim the ends as I am trying to grow them out. The ends in general are cut very very choppy, hardly any part of my hair is even. Not a happy camper. If I have any suggestions is to see one of the younger ladies as I would hope they have fresher training. :( Sad times for my hair. I guess you get what you pay for. On a side note I would also say the ladies there need to watch what they talk about under their breaths to each other about clients or at least wait till they are on break to talk, its only natural but at the same time Not very professional. read more

Mark C. I made a appointment and still waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time, there was NO ONE waiting when I walked in, and only 1 women in the chair getting her hair done. Their were 3 hair stylists there and 2 of them kept coming from the back telling me someone will be with you soon. Still waited for 30 minutes. It was 2pm on a wedensday, seems slow and quiet. Just seemed like they just didn't care. When I did finally get in the chair my stylist really seemed to struggle cutting my hair, I am assuming she was not very experienced, so it took a while. When it came time to pay she charged me for the cut and shampoo and all she did was cut my hair. When I asked her why, she responded... oh that's right...really??? wow!!! How do you not know that?? I guess I wasn't suppose to notice the added cost. I really don't need a homerun when it comes to customer service, but when you make someone feel like you don't want to be there, its not a nice experience. If I can give negative stars I would for the poor customer service. Walked in with my 12year old stepdaughter looking for coloring the ends of her hair. The receptionist had blue hair. I joked and said we want your hair. She said they don't do that there, so why demo something you don't do?!?! My stepdaughter had major knots and I was hoping they sell me deep conditioning to smooth those out plus the color but the girls just looked disinterested, asking each other "if you want to do it". In front of my stepdaughter looking mortified. I saw their looks I said forget it, walked out with wallet full of cash ready to spend. Horrible horrible service. One of the worst haircuts my son has ever received. Showed the stylist a picture and requested his bangs not to touch his eyes. His bangs lay halfway across his forehead (very short). It's hard enough for me to get my son into the barber shop because of a previous botched haircut from a different salon. This surely did not help. He left in tears. Will not be going back. read more

$16 for a guys cut...$3 for a tip...in and out for under $20 with a good haircut! I had Stephanie and she was very good, pleasant, and wasn't afraid to talk and make the time go by quickly. I went early and just walked in with no problems. I think this staff is busy due to them being good at what they do so if you come later you probably need an appointment. Pricing is set by Supercuts...NOT by the owner/operator so anyone bitching about pricing probably bitches about prices of big mac meals too! You either like the price...or you make your own.
