Hair has been trimmed way too much - usually trimming and layering done in the inner layer of the hair, not outer layer but somehow she did both inner and outer which makes my hair look very messy. LuJia suggested a v-shape cut, which was great for me because despite cutting it short, there is enough length to still tie it up. But I really appreciate Christy's communication! She's also super friendly and easy to talk to!
