There are not a lot of great looking salons in the desert but she just opened after this remodel and it is really gorgeous. It's in Palm Desert kind of in the middle of everything so it's a good location. It was a lot more expensive than I usually spend for my hair, but I was happy with the result. Hair Cut was $120 but she took a lot of hair off and next time she said it would be $50 and more of a trim. The single process color for my roots was $120, plus $100 for a shine product to cover my ends so the total with tip was $362. Expensive yes! Will I return, definitely! Gotta look good ha.

On the day of the appointment, I was attended by a stylist who clearly lacked the necessary skills. The result was completely unsatisfactory, leaving my hair looking damaged and very different from what I had requested. I would like to emphasize that this was on my wedding day, which made the situation even more distressing. Another stylist attempted to intervene, but the result could not be corrected. Additionally, I was charged a higher amount than what had been previously agreed upon. Due to this experience, I had to rely on a friend, with very limited time before my event, to try to fix my hair. Given the circumstances, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment.
