Really disappointed with this experience. My son had a beautiful, long haircut: soft, well-shaped, and perfect for him. I brought him in just for a trim to clean up the ends and maintain the same style. I was very clear about that. During the appointment, I wap keeping my child distracted and calm so I wasn't paying attention. The stylist barely interacted with me or checked in about what she was doing. I trusted that she would follow my instructions, but when we got home, I was shocked. His hair was completely different: cut way too short, with uneven lengths and no shape at all. It looks like an entirely different kid. I can't express how frustrating it is to ask for something so simple and walk away with the exact opposite. And while yes, hair grows back that doesn't excuse a careless job that completely ignored the parent's request. The whole experience left a bad taste, not just with the haircut, but with the brand overall. I expected better communication, professionalism, and care especially when working with young children. Staff are great but reservations seem meaningless. Be prepared to wait behind other walk ins after you arrive. I've made appointments where I found that I was just put at the back of the line when I arrived. They also have no way to let you know that this will happen. read more

Bad cut that could have cost double the price. I got my hair cut 10 days ago by Nayeli. I expressed concern that the back was left too long given the natural curl in the front. Nayeli said the hair would have to dry and be styled to know for sure. I asked her to dry it a little. She said she'd have to charge me for that. Then she said to live with it for a bit. Style it and see if it really is too long. She said I could always come back to get that corrected at no charge. I believed her. She seemed pretty nice. Well, it was not true and she's not always there. I finally get to her and got the runaround and a whole lot of bad attitude. I showed her the area in the back that was too long. She said she could cut that, but she will be charging full price. She asked, "is that alright?" LOL. No, silly girl, it's not alright. When you make a mistake own it. Thankfully, a family member stopped by my home and corrected it. It took 5 minutes. Nayeli cut it wrong, made a false promise, and had a bad attitude. read more

I took my granddaughter to get her hair cut. I asked the hairdresser to take 6 inches off so that the ends would look healthy. My granddaughter's hair was way past her waistline to start. When the hairdresser was done, she claimed that she was done cutting her hair. I was so upset when I seen that the cut was not only butchered but the only way to rectify it was to take more inches off. I pointed it out to her and she looked over to the other hairdresser (Phoebe) who was currently working on a customer and said that I need to wait for Phoebe to finish my granddaughter's haircut. Hi, I just wanted to give you an update on my experience at Supercuts with my hair being thinned out without my permission. I continue every day to struggle with the hair being stuck to my head and figure out how to style it. It's still a nightmare.. can't wait for it to grow out. They make it right and give me a refund but in life you don't always get what you asked for.... At the beginning, I was very clear. Do not add any more layers to my hair. And in my wildest dreams, did I think my hair would be thinned out without asking.. so my advice is be clear and triple check. I would post pictures, but it's too humiliating. Every day trying to deal with this is certainly a struggle. Can't even grab enough hair to put it in the curling iron. I had longer thick that was gorgeous and extremely easy to style every day . Now it takes me at least a half an hour to try to keep it from freezing out . Thank God for a hat . My first bad experience in decades. read more

Dropped in for a haircut for my 13 month old son and the woman did the best that she could. I thank her for trying. Unfortunately my son was not having it and the haircut did end up a little messed up in certain parts. There are patches of hair here and there. I went in for my first cut after 1 year and a half of not cutting it. I was proud as it was the longest I had grown my hair. I asked to only trim the edges in case there was damage. The hairdresser proceeded to cut 3 freaking inches off the back as she said "oh there's no damage." I was shocked but, okay the deed was done. I then asked her to frame the front to my face. The hairdresser proceeded to chop off from the left side. I told her 3 times she was taking too much off from the left side, bit she kept doing it! wtf! I am still growing out my uneven and short hair. Do not go here. From the looks of it, I am not the only one to have suffered from an uneven cut. I used to get my haircut with Tania and everything was great until I decided to get highlights. To be honest it was a nightmare, I ended up not liking it. Tania left ugly marks in my hair as you can see in the pictures. I went back to see if Tania can fixed it witch she was nice to try and fixed it. But it got worse, not just me did not like it, even Tania the one who did my highlights didn't liked it. I left the salon really upset and with my hair damage and low self esteem. My son has very this curly hair and she used clippers on the top of his head, she didn't even touch his hair with her fingers. When I told her it looked weird she just used the clippers again on the top of his head. What a joke. Never going back there again. read more

First I had my hair cut then 3 days later I returned for a coloring. Best ever and the process was great.

Came in on a pretty slow day, signed in and quickly got on the chair. That was about the only good part I had to say about it. I had long hair, and asked for a comb over hair cut, she proceeds to acknowledge what I said, and we even agree on the length. Needless to say I was not happy, it was cut to almost a 2 (supershort) and left enough cowlicks to add insult to injury. The girl had a good personality, but she was straight up terrible, didn't know her way around a guys haircut and proceeds to blame me for the length of it (For not being specific enough) . I'm not quite sure if they require certification here...at least not for mens haircuts... but it was clear she was not qualified. I would not recommend this place if you cared about your haircut. I had to commit to the short hair and insisted she fix it, overpriced and under quality at this location. read more

I went in for a quick trim and blow dry after not being able to get in with my regular salon. The girl did a fair job of trimming my hair and did blow dry it but did not style it. I was completely and utterly shocked when she said it would be $85 dollars. Evidently she had said it is $60 dollars for a blow dry when I thought she had said $16 dollars which is reasonable for a blow dry without a style. I could have gotten a cut and color at my regular salon for that price. I used to go there all the time and get a wash, cut and dry for less than that. Thank goodness I washed my own hair or it would have been over $100 dollars. I'm not going to put the stylist on blast because she did give me a decent trim I'm just astounded how much they charge for a 10 minute blow dry that's $360 dollars and hour. read more

My hair was extremely damaged about 3 years ago. My hair was at a length just below my shoulders due to it breaking from color damage. Today, it's a little above my bust and healthier, stronger, and fuller than it's ever been. My recommendation is you ask for what you want going in. Even if it's a goal that you won't meet for a very long time. These ladies are there to help and will take good care of you. Worst place to get a haircut, my blind neighbor can do a better job, some advice ask for the opposite of what you want

CUT MY HAIR WAY TOO SHORT. I showed the lady a picture of the hair length that i wanted, and she cut it 2 1/2 inches shorter, and the sides were not even. There were parts that were hanging out about an inch long. I had to fix it myself when i got home. She cut my hair for about 10mins, felt like she rushed it for $25 its too expensive. read more
