I liked this place for the most part. Just some feedback on some improvements, offer guest WiFi because the cell phone signal here is really bad. It's extremely slow and annoying especially if you are sitting in the chair getting your hair done for a long time. The bowl to wash your hair is not that great compared to other salons I've been to since the water slips through your back. The restroom isn't wheelchair accessible due to a couple of small steps. A foldable/portable wheelchair ramp could make the space more inclusive for people with mobility needs. This can be placed on the side on a as needed basis. Overall, I liked this place though! Most of the stylists in this salon are very capable and talented. However, the salon itself needs a major overhaul, considering how much one spends on a hair service. The entire experience of having your hair done also includes the aesthetics of one's surroundings. When you walk in, it feels like you are in a dried out desert. The décor has not been updated since the day it was installed. It is very outdated. The baseboards and overall cleanliness is very evident. The shelves and flooring are dusty and dirty. Worst experience I've had a salon, went in for a simple solid color and walked out with the entire dye all over me lol looked like I boxed dyed it myself. The artists work was extremely sloppy, she didn't bother wiping any of the dye off. Took 3 washes to see my scalp. Ive never felt so embarrassed to leave the salon in my life.
