I have one name for you - ANGIE! I had never been into any Supercuts before but I had heard good things, so I went in for my "hair changeover". I was interested in an A-LINE hair cut, but was nervous about it. Angie told me exactly how it would look on my kind of hair, and what to expect if I wanted to go shorter in the future. I told her to "go for it" and I am THRILLED with it! Angie is very friendly, professional and extremely talented. Awesome! I usually hate Supercuts but this one was great. Everyone was super friendly. When I got called to get my cut Joann had introduced herself, which threw me off because nobody ever does that, so that was fantastic. I told her what I wanted and she did more than I could ask for. If you get a plain haircut here that's fine, but don't ask for a style or anything. It's super cute, for a little curl they charge and extra 35 dollars and it looks like my 13 year old niece curled it. The lady I had was super hurtful with her hands and it felt like she burnt my scalp with the blow dryer it was that hot and close to my skin. read more

I decided to stop spending $100 for substandard hair cuts. It was scary; but I walked into Supercuts in Rancho last year and was fortunate enough to get Angela. I am extremely fussy about my bangs and length/layers as I am getting older and my hair is not as thick as it used to be. I was so pleasantly surprised to walk out extremely happy with my cut. I only come to this location because of the staff. I get my haircut by Jasmine. My haircut is basic but she takes her time and makes sure it's always what i want. She always does a great job. I always receive compliments on my haircuts when out with friends. I will only go to Jasmine. She is nice, professional, & always holds a conversation. After she moved from Antelope i still take my time to come all the way from Arden to Rancho Cordova to get a hair cut with her. She is my hair stylist and always makes my hair just the way i want it. I am a longtime client of Joanne (Love Joanne) at this Supercuts location. They say Joanne doesn't work there now, A new girl named Angela was my luck of the draw or should I say my fate. After only about five minutes she tells me she's done "FIVE MINUTES". It wasn't until I got home that I realized how horrible my hair looked, One side was longer than the other and It was not blended, it looked like CENSORED! I tried the best I could to even the mess out with scissors before my dinner date. How embarrassing! Not only will I not go to this Angela girl again, i WILL ALSO NEVER GO BACK TO THE SUPERCUTS ON OLSEN DRIVE. I would understand if she was new but was told she is the manager there. In the last year, I made several appointments one to several hours in advance. I would arrive at my appointment five minutes early and saw someone sit in the chair of the hairstylist I requested. Each time, my reservation was given away. It took me two years just to get the right stylist (and even then I suffered bad haircuts), because most of them only know one way to cut. I would complain, but even then, nothing was offered to resolve this ongoing problem. If your a walk-in and just need a quick generic trim, this is the place. ANYTHING more than that is a ruse. The owner's policy is obviously, quantity, not quality! Neither is the service. Save your time and find another place. read more

My family and I have been coming to supercuts for many years. we loved the staff! unfortunately there has been new management changes in the last few years and joann is no longer there. the new red head manager, lets it be known hat she is the boss, but yet is not friendly at all! she has attitude with both staff and customers. (unless she is talking to an attractive young man, then she softens her voice up and smiles) she shows irritation if she has to cut a womans haircut. she doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction or quality haircuts like Joann did. I am sorry but a 7- 10 minute haircut is crazy to me! you can hear her pushing the stylists to cut faster and how they aren't cutting fast enough. you can also hear her talking badly about the staff to other employees in front of customers. I just find this very unprofessional. I have noticed a big change over the last few years. the stylists there are very good, but you can see they don't enjoy working for this new manager. I really hope to see thins change soon and maybe offer her management classes and customer service classes. I miss the girls that have been there for many years and no longer work there anymore. hopefully Supercuts can get back to its old ways. a nice manager who cares about the business, clients and staff. not just the number of haircuts they do in record time. the other girls that have been there for years are still amazing, and do amazing haircuts! they are friendly and knowledgeable, so this review is not for them what so ever. read more

I did NOT like the trip here at all. I went in to cut my hair and donate it, but the woman who cut my hair was extremely rude. She continued to insist that I didn't cut my hair as short as I wanted it. The stylist who cut my hair said I should have SOLD my hair instead of donating it and she continued to insist I just cut off 10 inches. I was persistent and managed to get my point across that I wanted about 15 inches off of my hair, but it still came to 14 inches by the time she cut it. I think this place would be good for trims, but not for people who want something specific. Because The person who is cutting your hair could just do it the way they like even though it is your hair. read more

Showed up and thought after the cut it looked great. Next day washed my hair and began to style it and well let's just say my bangs are way to short I can't even style them and the rest of my hair looks like a shaggy dog. You would think if someone screws up your hair they would at least say so instead of covering it up and you finding out the hard way when you get home. At least if they told you it was screwed up it could be fixed then and there instead of having to pay another 30 bucks to get the disaster fixed. Oh and I do mean disatser. My hair is hopeless at this point. This is the third place I have been and obviously no one in the area knows how to cut wavy hair because I end up with the same mess everytime. I utterly hate it! Absolutely disappointed in the customer service at Supercuts. I've been in twice the last two months to check on the length for what is acceptable to donate to Locks of Love. My son's been growing his hair out for years and wanted to donate his hair for a good cause and the first time we came in last month they were very rude and it felt like it was an inconvenience in order for them to check how long his hair was. Then they didn't give me much information about donating so I needed to look online and check it out for myself. Then today we had measured his hair at 10 in plus and went into the store location on Olson to make sure that it was 10 in and the three women that were working weren't helping anybody at the time and automatically told me that his hair wasn't long enough before they even decided to try to measure it. I then had to ask them to measure it before saying it wasnt long enough. And guess what? It is long enough! They were very rude and unprofessional and I made it a point to tell them how they had made me feel the last two times being in the store. Then they tried to be nice knowing that I was upset but I can tell you now that I will not be going back to this location to have my son donate his hair for a great cause. You have lost my business and my family's business because of the interactions I've had the last two times with your stylist. Something that is so generous and selfless coming from a child you would think that you would get more respect then what we've got in the last two times. read more
