Got a very bad cut yesterday. My hair was to my waist, I wanted to keep length and add some long layers. Hair is shorter than what I wanted she also asked if I wanted 1 inch or two inch off and even showed me how much she was going to take off. Definitely more than 1 inch was taken off. It wouldn't be terrible but the cut is so uneven. The right side has big bulky chunk that just doesn't blend into the hair. I spent a year growing my hair for it to just get ruined. If you can't do a certain cut then it needs to be addressed and pass to another employee. read more

If I could give a zero I would. It's been a while since I've gotten a hair cut (since COVID hit) and decided I would swing on into my local Super Cuts. I checked in and had a seat. There were 4 stylist's on duty today and each had a client. As I waited several other customers walked in and when asked by the stylist checking them in if they had appointments they said no and were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. Now, mind you I've been already waiting 15 minutes when these other customers checked in. Two of the stylist's were completed with their previous clients and were at the computer. Now one would expect that my name would have been called for the next haircut, but NOPE! They called on the two men that were walk-in's that checked in 15 minutes after me. What kind of customer service is that? No acknowledgement was even given to me that I was waiting and checked in prior to the two men. Oh, I'm sure they decided to call the men up first as their haircuts wouldn't take to long, and one of the stylist's had a client (that was also a walk in with out an appointment) come in and specifically requested her for a hair color. This was unacceptable and I got up, walked out and left. Apparently they are doing so well financially that they didn't need my business. I will never consider visiting this establishment again and will take my patronage elsewhere. I'm sure there are a lot of independently owned, small business salons that would be more than happy to take my money. read more

After my haircut, I realized how uneven it was. I went to another salon to get it fixed, but because it was so crooked and choppy, they couldn't do anything to fix it, but tell me to let it grow out more first. I look like if Moe had a baby with Larry from the three stooges but shorter and choppy/crooked hair. I do not recommend this place. read more

I have been going to Vickie for 2 years for highlights and cuts and have never left disappointed. She does my highlights and cuts and they are always on point. On Saturday I went to a local men's barbershop in El Mirage. I had been there before and they gave me a good haircut. This time? NO. The 18-year old cutting my hair this time totally butchered it. He may have thought 20-somethings like their hair looking that way, but I am 66 years old and NO, I don't want a messy head. So I immediately found this Supercuts. I told Victoria my problem (and frustration). She took the time to listen to me. Then she proceeded to carefully cut my hair a little more, blend it, clean up my neck and sideburns and left me feeling good again. GREAT job. Can't say enough good about Victoria and this Supercuts. I've been seeing Lisa at the Waddell location in Surprise, AZ for quite some time now she has the best customer care she listens and is knowledgeable and friendly and professional each and every time I see her. I am and will be a returning client indefinitely! My hair has never looked and felt so good it's currently on the right track to keeping and maintaining my length by seeing her every three months for my trim maintenance. by following her suggestions and recommendations on what products to use and to trim regularly I don't know what I would do without her. I am not from this state, so I was a little nervous about going to any stylist. But I really needed a cut and root touch-up before I move to my next destination. I called around, but many of the salons were booked today. I decided to try Supercuts when I learned they had availability this afternoon. Kirsten colored and cut my hair today, and I have to say that she did a wonderful job! She listened and asked questions, and was very professional. I especially liked that I had no color left on my skin which has happened at other salons! My hair looks natural and matches/blends in with the highlights that my stylist at home put in before I left on vacation. So ridiculous! My husband and son made online reservation in advance for 10:15. Arrive at 10:12 and get a ticket. 3 people arrive after them and get tickets without reservation and get called before them!?! Been here 54 minutes and still haven't gotten called. Will never come here again!! When asking the counter girl about it she tells them that their ticket time says 10:33 yet They got here at 10:12 and she tells them the other people got tickets before me! No they didn't. On travel all week and got in late in the afternoon on Christmas eve. I was overdue for having my ears lowered and didn't want to even think about being blamed for ruining the family's holiday photos. Most salons close at 1700 hrs on Sunday and It was 1645 when i began calling around. The first couple of salons called I received no answer but wasn't surprised since it was Christmas eve. This Supercuts salon was next on the call list. Adria was the pleasant voice that answered my call and took my name advising me that if I could be there in 10 to 15 minutes I would be seen. I was warmly greeted and taken care of without much delay. I was given a great haircut by Adria and instilled with the confidence that i would not be spoiling any holiday photos this year. There was one other employee there with Adria and both were friendly and cordial. The salon was clean and had a nice selection of various hair items stocked. I don't think I was there more than 35 minutes by the time i left. I recommend this salon to everyone and plan on returning when the time comes again. read more

When I go in to see Vicky I often see people getting their hair lightened, darkened, curled, straightened and of course, cut! Vicky Robinson has lightened and even put a few pink highlights in my hair, along with my haircut. She is the BEST at everything she does. I know I'm going to leave there looking like a million bucks! I appreciate her positive attitude and her friendliness to everyone. I'm about to go off about how great this visit was that I need to add a disclaimer (I was not paid to write this). Little backstory, I came in a few minutes before closing without a clear idea of what I wanted my hair to look like. So firstly, I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly staff and a very clean workplace. I was in the guy within seconds and already was discussing what sort of hairstyle I wanted and wasn't any help because I pretty much just knew I wanted to go shorter but didn't know how short. The poor young lady that helped me that day cut my hair an inch at a time until I liked my look and than even out my sides so I didn't look like a porcupine. The whole process put us half an hour after closing and she was a riot! I was laughing the entire time. It wasn't until I was leaving did I realize how long I kept her past closing or that she was the ONE person keeping that entire place so clean. Her name is Mishelle (hope I spelled that right) and she deserves some recognition for the incredibly customer service and dedication to her work. Thank you again for the great work! read more

Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had!! I went in Friday evening for a simple neck trim and I wish I had never gone. I went in and there were only two stylists. One customer had just left, then it was just me. First, the assistant manager Michelle told me it was going to be $10 for this "miscellaneous" neck trim since they don't really have that as an option. This is where I should've walked out the door. I was then sat in a chair and a stylist with bright blue hair (I never got her name) came out and got me set up. Her and Michelle were talking saying that they wanted to use new clippers on me that they had been using on a manakin head to practice (another red flag). When the stylist began my neck trim I could feel how hot the clippers were and even mentioned it to the stylist as Michelle was "watching" over her for a brief moment. When I was done, Michelle looked it over and then the stylist checked me out at the counter. I paid cash and tipped 20%. I left with major discomfort on my neck that was a burning sensation that continued the rest of the night. The next morning (Saturday) my burns were bad. So I called to let them know and ask for my money back. Michelle answered that morning and said she would speak to her manager (Marcie). However, I could hear everything they were saying when she put the phone down and I was disgusted with the things they said. It was "Well it must be his skin, just tell him sorry there's nothing we can do for him, but we clean and sanitize between each customer so he must've had a reaction." Lone and behold that's what Michelle picked up the phone and said. I then said to her "There a BURNS on my neck and this has NEVER EVER happened to me before. You guys did this and won't make it right?" She then tried to lie about it and say that my neck was not red when I left and it WAS.
