Slow service, bad haircut and when a mistake was made and I was charged double, I could not get the difference refunded because no one knew how. I was told the district manager would reach out to resolve. Never happened. I asked for a complaint number , apparently there isn't one. What a bunch of unethical women! I walked in with my daughter to get her hair cut, saw the sign outside for walk-ins $19 and expected to pay $25 max because she has longer hair. The hairdresser asks me if my daughter wants a shampoo and blow-dry, I say yes, as it's usually understood and included when I get a haircut. When the hairdresser is done I'm underwhelmed by the result, but remembering where I am, I decide to let it go and not complain. As I'm about to pay I get hit with the most ridiculous bill $53!!!! My haircuts in cute boutique salons are about $45 so paying $53 for my daughter at Supercuts of all places is a total rip off. They charged me for everything individually, cut - blowdry - styling and added $10 on top for her hair length. How about they communicate with clients clearly and mention each fee, instead of omitting the cut throat fees, when they ask casually whether their client wants a blowdry or anything else etc. When I discussed this matter with Amanda, she had a terrible attitude, was defensive and rude. Don't come here if you need hair color. They are horrible at color and hair cuts and they messed up my hair and than I had to go to another hair salon and get it fixed and that cost me a lot of money the people there are rude. I never want to come back here ever again. I don't like this place. This place is a waist of your money. My hair is beautiful!! I normally cut my hair myself but grew tired of how uneven it was becoming. I decided to treat myself to a shampoo and haircut at this Supercuts location and Rene was absolutely fantastic!! My hair!! It's longer than shoulder length but still on the shorter side, and it was fried at the ends, though healthy for the most part. He infused life into my hair with layers and an overall trim and I couldn't be any happier!! He's also the single most sociable hair stylist I've ever met and I really enjoyed the experience. I walked in to the establishment for a haircut at 1140 and was told that they were in a training that would last 3 additional hours. The subject they were reviewing was customer service and walk in appointments. I asked if anyone (there was a room of at least 10 people) wanted to practice customer service, they all gave me a blank look. i am very disappointed in there customer service-including the fact that there was so signage noting that they were closed due to training. read more

I'm in the United States Navy, I just moved to this area a few weeks ago. I needed my hair cut for inspection so I decided to try out supercuts. The moment I walked in I was greeted by this sweet girl. She was all by herself and it was really busy.. She assured me that I would be helped and that she would get to me as soon as possible with a constant smile. When it was my turn I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted. Went in for a shampoo and blow dry only (thought it would be hard to mess this up). The shampoo took barely any time at all, and I have thick hair, but I didn't say anything since I figured a hair dresser knows how to do a shampoo. By the time I got back to my house after running errands, I noticed that the hair around my temples and neck was oily, like it had never even been washed. I was skeptical going to a supercuts honestly. However I walked out more than pleased. Roxy took such good care of me. I hadn't got my hair cut in almost 2 years because I had some issues with hair falling out from.stress and medication so I was very self concious. Came to to super cuts last minute. They took me in right away. I got a shampoo, trim, and blow dry. I only had an hour until I had to be somewhere and they did it in 45 minutes and it still looked really good! I didn't get the stylist name, but he was very friendly and asked the right amount of questions to see exactly what I wanted! He did a really good job! Very affordable too. I wish I could give them a zero. My normal eyebrow place was busy so I gave supercuts a try. First off, the girl took 20 minutes to figure out the wax. this worried me but she said she was new and I figured she knew what she was doing since she said she worked at another salon before. Anyways, after 20 minutes she started doing my brows and said something about waxing being bad because you can't be precise. Long story short she totally ruined my eyebrows! They were both completely different shapes and she had taken a chunk out of the part before the arch, giving me two arches.
