Took my son to Supercuts for his Graduation haircut and I thought I had made his appointment online (which you must do) correctly but apparently it didn't go through. Luckily enough there was enough time in between cuts where the young lady had time to cut his hair. There is no seating in the waiting area so if you are expecting to wait you'll have to wait outside in your car or stand outside the door. These ladies do not make up the rules but during these times we have to try to adhere to anything out of the ordinary. Like wearing masks while getting a haircut or holding it at least. The young lady who cut my sons hair was very polite and did a good job cutting his hair. Just remember to make sure your appointment goes through by calling them to make the appointment that way they can double check that it went through.

I'm giving 2 stars for the friendliness of the staff. Other than that I can't say much else that's positive. I went in for the managers special, and wanted my hair blow dried. I asked how much for that and was told $35. I asked $35 all together she must of misunderstood me or didn't hear me and said yes. I also wanted a brow wax. The shape was fine, but my eye is still red where she waxed it yesterday, and I had to go back and clean it up. The hair cut is fine I guess, but it isn't the v cut I wanted. I came in with over 2 and half feet of hair for her to work with and photos showing the shape I wanted. It looks alright and I'll have it reshaped by someone else later on. Now let's talk about the $35 blow dry. She fumbled around with blow dryers. My hair got caught in the brushes multiple times. I had 2 employees tugging and pulling out my hair rushing through it was after closing when they were drying it. I spent $70 for sub par quality hair service. I will never go back.

Super cut choppy hair cut

I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel this was sort of important. I came in 30 minutes before closing, which was an inconvenience to staff on my part, but I only wanted a trim- which took all of 5 minutes. I asked for it to be thin on the bottom, not expecting or wanting a choppy haircut, but that's what I got. I just wanted to get out of there and not inconvenience the staff further. Fortunately I was able to correct it myself, but after spending $20 on just a trim, I don't want to have to go home and correct it.

Went in to see Nico for a cut and color. He did a fantastic job on both! I love my layers, and the color is so vibrant, and fun. I'll definitely be back!

Great salon. Clean and friendly place. Nico is great. I always ask for him anytime I need a hair cut. He does an awesome job!!!!!!

The owner focused heavily on whether my appointment was booked the day before or the same day. If my recollection of the exact timeline was off by a day, I acknowledge that. At the time, I was traveling for work and coordinating appointments through my sister, who was calling multiple salons on my behalf while I was in transit. However, that was never the point. My concern was the lack of flexibility and customer care shown throughout the situation. Businesses have every right to enforce their policies. Customers also have every right to decide whether they feel valued when something goes wrong. Frankly, I found the owner's response far more concerning than the original dispute itself. The decision to publicly disclose extensive details about my appointment history, billing dispute, consultation, and private interactions felt unnecessarily personal, deeply unprofessional, and completely inappropriate for a public business review. Readers can draw their own conclusions. Personally, the owner's response spoke far louder than my review ever could, and I will not be returning or recommending this business. Original Review: I understand salons have cancellation and no-show policies, and I accepted responsibility for missing a same-day appointment due to an unexpected work obligation. However, after not visiting the salon for over 52 weeks, I had completely forgotten they still had my card on file. I was surprised to learn I had been charged $117 for a same-day appointment, especially since there was no opportunity to provide 48 hours' notice on a same-day booking. As a returning customer after more than a year, I believe it would have been reasonable for the reservationist to clearly communicate that a same-day no-show would result in an immediate charge of over $100. A simple reminder at the time of booking could have avoided this entire situation. What I find most unacceptable is being told the charge would remain as a credit that could be applied toward future services, only to later be told I could no longer be serviced by the salon. If a business decides it no longer wishes to have someone as a client, that is its right. However, keeping a customer's money as a service credit while simultaneously refusing to provide services raises serious concerns about fairness and communication. Very poor business practice by Tim, the owner. The communication was inconsistent, the handling of this situation was disappointing, and it is not how I would expect a returning customer to be treated.
