Needed to fax a couple pages. First time there left a bad impression. They told me I might have to wait half an hour, give or take, to get a confirmation. Strange... So I left my cell number and told them to call me if there was any problem. Paid for my faxes and left. These guys used to be good but not lately: the order is never ready when they say it will be, the prices got way higher and the quality is very bad. Last time I ordered my business cards and asked for a sample to make sure the colors match. They said to come back in 24 hours but the sample wasn't ready and the dude started running around trying to do it while I'm there but after 30 minutes of waiting I just left: obviously they didn't do anything until I came in and then they couldn't do it fast enough. So I came back next day but the colors were horrible and way off even though the owner promised me they will match them exactly. So I had to come back again and this times the colors were fine but the cut wasn't straight, I don't even know how it's possible. I'm never going back to those guys. Especially considering the fact that if you are not happy with their work, they give you an attitude and act as if you are just a piece of shit. read more

I had a HUGE printing job for a very important event. There was a mix up on the final printed schedule because Imran and the graphic artist were both working on the job. I agree with the person who said the attitude was a problem. I am referring to Imran's attitude when I told him there was a problem (after the event). This was a nearly $950 print job and his attitude was *too bad* My event was ruined because of the huge mix-up and Imran did not want to discuss it. I just wanted an acknowledgment that there was a mix-up. The event is over and we had to reprint at Kinko's at the last minute. This review probably does not matter because I'm sure they don't read Yelp. After all, they have been in business for 20 years. I would NEVER use them again. There would be more stars if they would acknowledge the mix up. They have already been paid in full. read more

I would normally highly recommend this place, but the recent order was terrible. The order itself was not the primary problem, it was the poor customer service. We sent over artwork that didn't print well and we can totally understand, but the associate was completely rude about it. This all could have been avoided with a proof. Being that the artwork didn't show right I can work with that, but being called a liar on it especially considering it wasn't even printed on the right paper, no that it is not ok. Just simple customer service would go a long way and brought me back for diffent orders like letterhead and envelopes. Guess back to Staples. Maybe the owner can handle his employees a bit better. read more

This place is the best. The quality and the customer service is great. Imran and his wife are lovely to deal with. The staff has been with Imran for a long time. They always do their best to provide fast delivery with super quality while providing very fair pricing. They are also one of the few places that does hard book binding and they offer delivery too! All of my products always look superior when printed by them; one sheets, stickers, book binding, flyers...all of it. As a small business, I SO appreciate having these folks on my team. I no longer live in SM, but I drive across town and have even hired and messenger (although they also offer delivery) in order to work with them. They live up to their name. These guys are the best! I just moved to Santa Monica and I'm still waiting on a furniture shipment that includes my printer. The past few days I've had to print a lot of forms etc, super fast copying is a couples blocks from my house and I look forward to going in. They have computers so you can easily access email and print yourself. The prices are also incredible, they even offered to have their post man send our mail when we asked if they know the closest mailbox. 10/10, I'll be sad when my printer arrives! read more

I always try and support local stores so I was really happy when I found an alternative to Kinkos. I brought in 3 documents (single sheets of 8.5 x 11 paper) to be laminated on a Thursday. The man behind the desk told me they don't laminate orders as they come in but waited until there were enough documents to warrant turning on their big laminator. This made sense to me so I asked what the latest date was that I could expect to have the documents back by. I was told that he would laminate them no later than that evening. This was fine since I didn't need the papers until Sunday. I called them back the next day and no one answered the phone... I tried back the next day (Saturday) as well and no one answered. When I checked their website I found out that they aren't open on weekends and no one had contacted me about my order being ready on Friday or notified me that they had not completed it before closing for 2 days. When I called them back on Monday I found out that my order STILL had not been laminated and the man who picked up the phone took a while to even locate my order. When I went to pick up the order the man behind the counter was very curt, expressed no remorse that they had messed up the timing of the order so badly, and had to ask me all sorts of questions about when I dropped the papers off and who I spoke to in order to even find my papers on the shelf where they had been put (the shelf looked very disorganized). Overall, the shop was disorganized, unprofessional, and very discourteous. Unfortunately I would recommend going anywhere but here in the future. read more
