I have called this business numerous times, sent in my reports for asbestos and lead, never received one call back, and all I am told is that they are busy. How can a company be run like this? Mariana is the lady I have been dealing with every single time I call. All she can tell me is the report was submitted to a project manager and they must be busy. I am trying to give this company business and no one can get back to me and it has been over a week? This is not good business. Lastly, I just got off the phone with Mariana and she put me on hold. I thought maybe she was going to check in and see what the holdup was with a project manager getting back to me. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Called for an estimate regarding asbestos duct removal. I had to call back three times because no-one reached back to me with the quote. They finally came to my home but they stated they don't do small projects-residential. Anyhow they would call me with an estimate. Three days later I receive a short e-mail saying they will not do the job. Take-home message: 10 days later... I'm extremely frustrated, I wasted hours of my time, the ducts are still here and I will have to re-schedule the installation of the AC unit. I don't know who is running this business but our time is as precious as yours. Next time you JUST have to let potential customers know that you only work on large projects. My mainline sewer backed up 10 days ago. I called Bill Howell plumbing to assist with the issue. However once they arrived the master bathroom,and bedroom, and the hallway bathroom were destroyed by the water. I notified my Landlord Warren Lang-who is a Hero in this entire mess,his homeowners insurance bid the job and selected this company. Superior Abatement Services-CA 419985- C5LB939505-DOSH 981-the logo on their trucks"Committed to superior service." The first of their employees that came to assist-Armando very professional-he and his crew removed the carpet and put on blowers, Then when the dry wall removers showed up they informed me that they would be be unhooking both sinks in the bathroom and we would be left without toilets-okay I care for my 88 year old Mother who is mildly confused-are we expected to relieve ourselves in the YARD? I told them that they could not initiate the job until they worked something out with my Landlord so that I had one functioning bathroom-I called my landlord who spoke with one of the bosses named Tim. Know one in this company wears name badges so you never know who you are speaking with. Tim told my landlord that it was his problem to get the sink reconnected-it would have cost my landlord an additional $250.00 to hook up the sink they disconnected in 15 minutes. once this issue was resolved the crew took out the sheet rock in the Master Bathroom and bedroom-the air quality people came analyzed the air and my landlord hooked up the sink. They had put plastic over my Mothers bedroom which was completely unaffected and told me well she can't go in her room until the air quality is checked-10pm that night I was finally able to put my exhausted mom to bed. Saturday they showed up to remove the sheetrock in her bathroom , and completely left one wall which should have been removed,this am the worker shows up and smells strongly of alcohol to complete the job. I notified my landlord,the company sent the supervisor to check it out. On the companies website they show all theses pictures of visiting the Del Mar Races and motorcycle parties-they have obviosly not invested in resources in training their employees-but they have great parties at the consumer's expense. Please unless you want the worst treatment possible, to be told to use the toilet in the yard, have incompetent employees doing the work do not utilize this company. today 12/16/14 Tim Tillis the CEO of this company instead of taking responsibility and accountability for the inept actions of this negligent company, instead tried to assert that my perceptions were wrong. I have been a registered nirse for 39 years, many of my patients lives depended on my ability to collect data,assess the situation, observe it and analyze it. His own Supervisor Elias yesterday acknowledged to me that the worker had"beer," on his breath, and he showed me the text message that he sent to Tim Tillis with that information. Trust me I was there for this entire nightmare from Friday through Monday and I guarantee that my perceptions were accurate and valid. A man named Eric came to my house on 07/01/2016, measured my home and said I would have the estimate by email (along with a confirmation email) by the end of the business day. NO RESPONSE! Monday was July 4th so I could not call back until Tuesday, July 5th. I waited until approximately 1:30-2:00 p.m. and called him back on his line. His response was, "Oh, I'm working on it right now and you should receive it shortly along with a confirmation email." I waited and waited and waited. I was not about to call a third time. This company cannot follow-thru on their business end. Today is August 23, 2016 and I have yet to receive an "email" or a phone call from Eric or this company. I would not recommend this company or services if they have any, to anyone. read more

My insurance company called out Superior Abatement services . Luis Carreras came out to my home. He never explained ANY thing to me only wanted me to sign a contract. I told him I would not sign any thing until I had a job quote from him. Once he had everything he needed to quote the job it took him several days and many phone calls from my husband and I to get the quote. We should have went with our gut filling and Ran at that point and time. Once we told him we would sign the contract Louis set a time and day to come to my home and go over every thing with me. Only to call me at the same time he was to be at my house to tell me he would just email the contract to me... GRRR but not to worry he they would be out the following week to do the job . That was on a Wednesday with many phone calls and text messages I did receive the contract on Monday morning! I got a call on Wednesday 1 hour before the company was to be at my home to start the job! Only to have Luis tell me he had not got an approval from the AGMD to start the job. Maybe if it had not taken his time to send the contract to me ( 5 days) he would have had the approval he needed! I did call and talk with his supervisor Seth Wilson. He did call me back on Thursday to tell me the company would be out to do the job. After the job was done Patriot Environmental had to come back out and test the air and OK the job. I NEVER heard anymore from Superior! Never called back to tell me the air test was fine and I could go into that room or anything! A courtesy call would have been very nice Seth.Patriot had to call and tell me it was all ok.. This has really been a learning experience. I wish I knew what I know now . I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. I have told my Insurance agent abt the problems and have sent the insurance company a letter to inform them of this company.. read more

I would have put a zero on the stars but you have to have one in order to start the review. This company was horrible with customer services. I originally called to get an appointment to view an area of a home for possible asbestos. I was told the entire company was in Arizona on some weekend conference though it was not the weekend yet and that one of their service reps would contact me back on Monday. Sure no problem.. Waited Monday for the call and finally in the afternoon I placed a second call for an appointment since I needed to get this issue resolved. Called Jaime again she apologized and she informed me Diego her service rep would call me immediately. He did and a few days later came out to look at the area of concern. After doing his inspection Diego informed me he would send out a report the next day on what he found with pictures describing the area of concern. I waited for that report to no avail. I called the following day to check up on the report and this report was on his desk at the office and he was in the field so he couldn't get the report to me right now. The following day I called again to follow up on his report and the phone call goes to voicemail. I would think he know I was calling knowing he hasn't sent the report himself. Called back again the following day being Saturday.. He answered but Again I was informed the report is on his desk and he would send out first thing Monday. Called a 4th time on Monday late morning to follow up again. Phone goes to voicemail. I leave a message with my email address thinking he didn't send because he lost my email address. Called a fifth time on Monday afternoon and he finally picks up the phone. I informed him I need to see the report on his findings and please send over. He again informs me the report is on his desk in the office and he will be on calls until 6pm. Great send the report after all your calls. I even ask him to text me when he sends the report to make sure he has the correct email address. Again though no report was received. I call back on Tuesday to a voicemail and then I text message him asking if I am recieving the report today. No answer or phone call. I finally call what I feel would be the supervisor Jaime back to complain about the service and she informs me that "Sorry our company doesn't do reports". OK... So why did your service rep say he would complete the report and send out. And how many companies that do this type of work on someone else's home and not put their findings on a report for the client? Doesn't sound correct to me.. She then puts her supervisor on the phone and he informs me "Sorry this is a training issue and the service reps should not have said we complete reports. This training issue is obviously on your side of this situation.. Saying sorry this is a training issue really means nothing to me or all my wasted time and phone calls. This is really just you admitting you did a horrible job training your service rep. How does that help me with my issue though? Meanwhile my text messages are going off from DIEGO asking for my email address to send over the report.. OK so obviously I am not using your company now or ever in the future for any work what so ever but how is it that a company will come and possibly complete some work on your home without completing a report of what needs to be done or a report showing the breakdown of the price to complete the work. This is a home.. Any professional working on someone else's home complete some type of paperwork on something.. Horrible service the entire way.. Sorry but when I receive horrible service I usually just do not return to that establishment for repeat business but with this company I needed to vent the frustration. There is absolutely no follow up with these guys and when dealing with an issue like this company deals with you want a company that will do a complete job from start to finish and this company Superior Abatement is not the company that I feel follows through with their promises.
