I decided to buy a BRAND NEW LG washer from them, listed at $500. We decided on this one because it was new with the packaging as well as it coming with a 1 year warranty. All together my total was $570 which included taxes and delivery. The delivery man was about an hour late to delivery. I had to call the store owner only for him to tell me the delivery man was lost and he gave him my number, I asked for the delivery man's number. After speaking with him he arrived within a couple of minutes. I wasn't sure why he didn't just call as soon as he was lost because he had my number from the order form. He also showed up alone with no moving help, so my stepdad had to help move. If he hadn't have been there, there's no way the delivery man would have made it in successfully. He hooked up the hoses but didn't stay to allow us to make sure everything worked okay. Thankfully it did so there were no issues with that.

It was really hard for one woman by herself to turn furniture upside down and attach the eight legs. Good thing I had an electric screwdriver to drill the screws into the legs and wood underneath the furniture. Couldn't have been done with a handheld screwdriver, and lots of people don't have electric screwdrivers in their house. Delivery drivers should do this.

Well an unfortunate series of events led to my breaking my microwave door glass. I wanted as close…read moreof a replacement as possible as I didn't want installation issues. I needed a GE stainless steel over the range microwave. My friend only had the next day to be able to assist in the install so I needed this immediately. I found that American Freight had one that matched the part number less one of the middle digits. It was a very good deal at under $200. The appliances will typically have some dents or minor cosmetic issues here hence the low prices. The worker was great who I spoke with and even loaded it in my car. The odd thing was the microwave was very similar but had quite a few differences and I had to drill new holes. Not a fault of the store. I might have rated higher but there is no warranty at all and no returns only exchanges and then for only three business days. If I wasn't in the time crunch I would have been better off buying nee from a regular store as the item would have had a 1 year warranty and wouldn't have been more than $20 more. I would recommend looking here but realize most of the manufacturing dates will mean your on your own if it breaks.
