THIS fluff and fold laundry service is awesome. It's about an extra $10 washing period. They fold everything absolutely perfectly. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank goodness they exist. I'm a busy mom, I have a job and I would rather pay the extra $10 every couple weeks to do our laundry. They are very reasonably priced and I can never fold my clothes as well as they do. By the way the laundry mat is super clean. They have a ton of washers and dryers. I came here on a pinch tonight, needing to wash only one load, and it's been an extremely pleasant experience from the moment I called to ask if they accepted credit cards. I had gone to three previous places before and they only accepted coins/cash. It had been a long time since I washed at a laundromat but this was definitely the place to go. ROSA was outstandingly efficient and helpful from the moment I walked in. She guided me through EVERY step, from getting the wash card to helping me purchase EACH laundry product, select the correct washer and drier and patiently and clearly explaining the fluff and fold services. Clean, TONS of great machines, and the attendants there where constantly hustling to sweep up the floors, run cleaning liquid through the washers, and check the machines were in great working order etc. They also wash/dry/fold laundry at a per pound rate. Some people were there with family and there are tables available to sit and have a snack or play a game while you wait for your laundry. read more

How is it that I paid for a wash I didn't make. The washing machine wouldn't start. I told the lady working here if there was something wrong with the machine. She checked it out and she said no, that I had left the door of the machine opened when it was sealed shut! I always make sure they're properly closed because I don't wanna be messy and leave a trail of water running down the machines. She restarted the machine but I still had to pay for another wash because she said it was my fault I didn't close the door. So how is the machine not starting my fault? It was counting down the time and everything! She couldn't even credit my wash or anything because "she's not allowed" I've seen this happen to other people before and they get credited. Not very helpful if you ask me. She seemed like she didn't know what she was even doing. read more

The washers are okay but the floors are dirty everywhere. I really didn't know that it was my job to clean out all the lint traps in the dryers I want to use. Every dryer had a thick layer of clothes lint in it and I used 6 dryers! I accidentally dropped some of my wet clothes on the dirty floors while putting them into the dryers and when I picked them up they were covered in pet hair!! Eww and I don't have any pets! Management really needs to do something about this messy place. read more

great place to come and wash&fold your clothes. No need for changing your bills or quarters here because they use a laundry card. its like using a debit card, you just put in as much money as you have and thats how much you will use. they have this pretty cool system where you accumulate points and when you do reach a certain amount, you get a free wash! That's awesome because one wash is almost $3. The people that work here are very nice and extremely helpful. They even have a little kids section so that children can watch a movie while everyone else washes and folds. Weekend mornings do get full fast so come early! In the weekdays its pretty moderate and sometimes you may be the only one washing and folding. its pretty relaxing, the have the radio playing, or you can use their tv to watch the big game or your novelas =) Pretty fair prices and a good amount of washers and dryers. they have seating so you can sit while your clothes are washing. Oh! They also have this cool thing where you dont have to do No washing/drying on your own, they do it for you! Just bring in your clothes and you don't have to do any work, well except reaching in for your wallet. Parking is small so finding parking will be a problem sometimes. But at Superior Laundromat you'll not only be pleased to find a clean and fully operating laundry servicing facility, you'll appreciate the clean restrooms and ample folding space for the patrons! This place uses their own laundry cards, but they are free when you upload cash (small bills only) to the card. The laundromat goes a step further to provide a monthly raffle for its customers where they'll give away pre-loaded laundry cards up to )$25 The restrooms are locked and for customers only which insures they stay cleaner than most places and the laundry service employee is always nearby to help you out in case you have a problem or is usually walking around keeping an eye on things. One thing I haven't noticed at other facilities in the area is the large load dryers for five loads or more! They have the super large capacity washers (5-6 loads $4) but it's nice to see the complimenting dryers to go along with the washers if you ever have loads and loads to do. read more

Ive Been here plenty of time i love the fact that its clean and better then other places in this area. I usually Went during the day and felt welcome by the women that Work there. They are very helpful. The lást 2 times i Went there were at night and they had some guy working there he was very rude and not helpful at all. He has on this extremely loud rock music Which clearly was for his enjoyment and not that of the people Washing there that night. My friend accidently got a little bit of detergent on the top of the machine instead of him cleaning he made her do it. Then he came by at 9:55p giving us a 5 minute warning at 10 on the dot he answers a personal phone call clearly referring to me and my friend in a rude tone about how we were keeping him and how he needs to get rid of us so he can mop and get out of there. We left at 10:03p and Will never be going back there read more

Great facility with large capacity machines. The ladies who work here are super helpful too. 8 load washer is around $7, and the dryers are about .25-.75 per 10 min cycle. You have to load money on to a laundry card, and the only drawback is the minimum of $10. read more

Love the fact there's good music and great customer service.......... Just hoped there was a better entertainment like better TV with cable or directv. Most of the channels are not available. My girlfriend and I have been to soooo many laundromats near our house. We had not been able to find a satisfying one until today. Let's begin with the washers. They have from the regular machines to the 8 load machine. We used the 3, 5 & 8. We ran into a little problem with the 5 load machine and the employee, Stephanie over heard our complaint. She and Sylvia quickly assisted us. They were super helpful! The bathroom is really clean and free for customers. A lot of laundromats charge :/ the dryers work great too unlike other places. Oh and they also have a weekly or monthly raffle. So every time you come in you get a ticket and enter the raffle to win $50 or $20 credit. Only downside I would say is you have to use a card not coins. read more

Wash ur clothes in the sink before bringing ur clothes to this place. Extremely expensive and some of the dryers don't work, and there's no sign on the machines to let you know they're not working. So you end up throwing money away. And you have to buy a prepaid laundry card in order to wash. They don't take coins. Once you realize how bad the place is, it's too late because you're stuck with a prepaid card, so you kinda have to bring your clothes back, or forfeit the money you put on your card. read more
