Went for the first time today and am so glad I decided to try this laundromat. It was a bit of a drive for me, but I was on the hunt for a laundromat that didn't have that pet smell in any of their machines. Enter the oxidized water used at Superior Laundry. TLDR its water that sanitizes your clothes and the machines ensuring that the machine is odor free from the person before and the dryers are odor free since all items coming out of the machines are odor free thanks to the water they use. A few of the dryers were out of order, I wish both of their super large dryers were in operation, but one was out of order. I used the big one to help speed dry my heavy bath towels. I saw the laundromat was featured on YouTube and had to try their biggest machine, the 9 loader. It comes with detergent and fabric softener included on the price. I think it just dispenses automatically when the machine is running? Again, it was my first time there so I was monitoring my machines as I was washing and drying and the towels that came out of the 9 loader were nice and clean along with my clothes out of the 5 loader. I was in and out in 2 hours, went during the day, didn't have to fight for any machines and was quick to load and unload my laundry. 5 stars, I'm so glad this gem exists and I hope out other laundromats in the area follow their example and spruce up their laundromats. read more

I had a really frustrating experience here. I added money to the laundry card, and only after the attendant watched me do it did they tell me the machines couldn't be used because they were closed. No heads-up, no sign, nothing. I ended up wasting money and time. Definitely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. Would not recommend. read more

I hate having to give a review like this. I've been coming here for 2 years now and I've never had any issues. I came to wash a load today and asked the lady if I can use the restroom since it was locked. She kept walking and was mumbling. I told her that I couldn't hear her and she yelled at me very rudely telling me to just open the door. I like this place but sometime their dryers don't work very well. The staff for the most part is nice and helpful. Mr. Miguel who works Saturday evenings is very helpful he knows the equipment very well and is very willing to help you. On the other hand, the daytime staff on Saturdays, they are not very nice. I know they don't get paid to be nice but sometimes they be giving attitude when pointing out issues with the machines; they make people feel dumb. I've been coming here for about a year now and although it's pretty pricey, my clothes were not getting this clean at my apartment complex. At Superior Laundry, each load is sanitized and it's a fairly quick process. They have several machines so I've never had to wait on one and there's plenty of seating to wait on your laundry like I do. They have jumbo dryers for the same price as regular sized dryers ($1 to dry) and they run for 10 mins so I usually cycle through the dryer 2 or 3 times. They also have huge washers (around $8) to wash big load or comforters/bed sheets and I see people utilizing those all the time. A regular load is about $3.30 to wash. They have lots of carts to move your laundry around and the staff is always very friendly here. Another high point is that you get "bonus" dollars for adding money to your card over a certain amount and then you can use that as a "free" wash. It's very clean and well-maintained as also. Worse laundromat I have ever went to. Workers are nowhere to be found when you needed assistance with the machine. When you add $20 (the promotion on the machine says that it would give you $3 extra credit), no it won't. If the business doesn't honor the promotion anymore, they should take it down. I added three times of $20 (separately) and none was credited $3 extra. Why added so much? Because this place is expensive :( Tips: they don't use coins so you have to load your laundry card and keep coming back here because there is still money left that you don't want to waste. I just dropped off my laundry at the harbor location. The guy they have right now makes you want to look for another area. This is the second time I've had problems with him. I have been coming here for a few months now and I've liked the laundromat overall. However, today (6/21) at around 7:30 pm I had the most upsetting encounter with an employee. I had started my washers in one section while I then went to another washer I had to start. As my dad left, I had made my way to the first washers I had started. I was wiping down my hamper when a worker walked over and very rudely asked me to remove my detergent and softener from the top of the washer as he was going to clean them. I then informed him I had yet to add softener because I prefer to add it when the water rises. (As many people do as well). He told me it didn't matter and that softener can be added whenever while rolling his eyes. I told him he shouldn't be speaking to a client in the tone and manner he was doing. While this happened my dad walked back in and the worker never approached me again. This worker is Spanish speaking so this is a synopsis of what occurred. Previously a couple months back he had already accused me of leaving dryer sheets on the floor. I told him I always pick up my trash if I drop any. After I took my clothes out of the washing machines, neither of the workers were in a rush to clean them. They were chitchatting with customers and eating. All while he came up to me the floor in that same aisle was dirty. I prefer to wash to my likely which is why I don't pay to have my clothing washed. For this worker to have that attitude towards me for preferring to wash a certain way. This afternoon worker really needs to be trained with better customer service. Just last week I had found a washer with either human or pet feces. Now with this encounter I will have to look for a new laundry mat. read more

Great service great value our washer broke so we tried out the drop off service the price & turn around time is a little (higher) longer then competitors but they did not disappoint the clothes were so clean and returned to us folded so beautifully. What a wonderful surprise on a hot sticky Tuesday afternoon to find such a pleasant place to do laundry! The machines work really well. Thru and the whole place is very clean. Prices are reasonable and there's bonus $4 that can be used toward washing if you put $20 on the card, but there's no way to designate how to use more than the portion the systems allows per load. I wasn't really sure what to expect as the pricing seemed reasonable and the timing perfect. Let me tell you... our laundry was picked up on time as scheduled. I received text notifications throughout the entire process. Our clothes were delivered and left on the porch as promised on time. The folding was impressive and our laundry smelt fantastic. Place doesn't even deserve one star. Worst experience ever with a racist staff member. He seems to only be friendly and helpful to White people. Treated my family like they weren't paying customers. Locked them out from the back of the building and made them go around the building to come in through the front. But when a White guy comes to wash, he opens the door. My husband let him know that he would be leaving and coming back. It was around 6:30pm and the doors were already locked. What kind of business is this?
