Superior tile is a one stop shop for all those who are remodeling. I ended up purchasing laminate flooring, tile for my bathroom, backsplash for my kitchen, counter top and all the plumbing fixtures. I spent about 3 hours there and instead of it being exhausting, it was a great experience. My rep was Mai. She has construction background which help me a lot with making the right decisions. Time is money, and thanks to Mai and superior tile I ended up saving both time and money for not needing to shop around in 3 stores for different things and after I shared the price I paid with my contractor, I also discovered I paid a really great price for each and every product I chose. read more

Extremely disappointed with the lack of knowledge. I purchased quite a bit since we are renovating our home at the Eton on Chatworth location and worked with Liran in the past (who is amazing). He is no longer with superior tile but we went to check out the new location anyway to have 2 different employees approach me for help and both ARE not knowledgable!!! First we were looking for a specific carpet for one bedroom...ok, they don't carry carpeting but the girl tells me "why do I want carpet, they collect bacteria and if she can show me linoleum instead????? Do not buy from this store. The problems I experienced were as follows: 1. Material shortages. I was not provided the sq footage of material that I ordered as compared to the invoice I was provided. They misrepresented. They said what I had was a bid not an invoice order. However the document says invoice on it. Further, the contractor I had stated this shorting of square footage was a common practice of superior tile. 2. I was not provided the tile I ordered and they wanted to charge a restocking fee when they provided my contractor the completely wrong tile. I ordered a shiny white tile (provided a full finish type of tile) and actually had the sample of what was ordered and they still wanted to charge a restocking fee. 3. The invoice I was given did not have stock numbers. The names items received did not match the stock numbers. There are highly deceptive fraudulent invoice practices. There is no record keeping when deliveries are made and those are made with partial orders, not full orders. It's hard to sort out what tile is for what room as the box labels do not match the invoices. 4. For one of my bathroom floors I was given 3 different tile colors with 3 different stock numbers in the boxes and they would not correct this. 5. My financial losses in dealing with this store exceeded $58,000. Though I payed my contractor, and my contractor per Mai had payed them, she would not release the vast majority of my materials, complete returns within 30 days( their policy) of all the mismatched and wrong material. She has a very bad lying problem constantly changing her story of what is transpiring with the order. Highly dishonest individual. theft and fraud occurred in regards to superior tile and the contractor. They cooperatively worked to not provide me my paid for materials after the contractor, Henderson and Sons job abandoned. Don't use Henderson and Sons either. That I will write about on their yelp page. Superior tile in conjunction with Henderson and Sons committed fraud by not providing me my payed for material order. I have the cancelled check payed in full the entire order. A sheriff report will be filed. read more

The first thing I wanna say about superior tile is that this is one of LA's most organized tile store with a wide variety of stones and tiles. It's very easy to choose from different types of tiles because of the way they are displayed which is very time saving for customers. The other aspect that I loved about superior tile is the amazing customer service I experienced with Araz. Nice store but Horrible customer service. The employees have no clue what they have in stock and what has to be ordered. They didn't call us back when they said they would (repeatedly). Working with Mai was by far my best experience with any tile/finishing material store. Both me and my wife can agree on that. We came on a Sunday and therefore stock could not be checked with vendors and manufactures, on Monday it turned out that one of the items we picked did not have any stock for the next 9 weeks. Mai was working so hard to find something as matching as possible and it ended up looking even prettier than the one we initially chose. All of that without us needing to make trips back and forth to the store. This place has a wonderful selection and incredible sales help. I looked many places for bathroom tile that would blend with my retro pink tile. Superior tile had the perfect tile. I ordered the tile and it arrived the next day! When I decided I wanted to cut and bullnose the tile, I was one tile short! I went thinking I'd have to buy another box of tiles, but no! It always felt like something was dark in our house. Literally and emotionally. My husband and I just felt we needed more "quiet" and definitely more "light." No matter how many LEDs we installed in our house, something just wasn't right. We needed a change..and fast. We decided to change the floors to brighten up everything we were feeling. And we definitely came to the right place. Mai, the store manager, is our angel. We didn't even need to say too much..all we asked for was a "quiet" floor and something that will give us LIGHT. Without hesitation she picked up this sample for us..gave us all the time in the world to think about it, and even came to our house to give us her professional opinion. She offered us many samples and gave us the honest truth about each one. She answered every question we had and made sure to give us exactly what we wanted. I had the best experience today at Superior Tile and it was all because of sales designer Joey. He greeted us right away and spent an hour and a half with my husband and I picking out tile for our bathrooms. Joey walked with us around the store and showed us many combinations. This included him having to bring us many samples of tiles. He knew the merchandise well and made very helpful suggestions. We found Joey overall to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He had a smile on his face the entire time and made my husband and I feel like valued customers. Thanks to him we picked all of our tile in one trip. We could not have done it without him. Superior Tile has a fantastic showroom. There is no reason to go anywhere else. This is truly the best tile place. Spent an hour walking around by myself and was not approached a single time by any of the multiple people working. Not once. Almost wanted to pull a pretty woman moment and ask if they worked on commission before informing them they lost out on selling me tile for 9 bathrooms and a 1500 sq ft kitchen. We purchased tile from another shop and unfortunately ran out of tile before our bathroom was complete. They informed me they did not have any more and the next batch (not the same # batch that I had) would be arriving in 3 weeks. The advised I try other places - very unhelpful. So I called Superior Tile. Unfortunately, they too did not have the tile in stock. However, they were very helpful and searched their inventory for my tile. I was not able to purchase the tile I needed, but their front desk person (I apologize for not remembering her name) and one of their sales people - Maya, went out of their way to try and help me. read more

We had spoken to the owner, who said if we got a cheaper price from another store he would match the price.
