I called Superior Window Cleaning because a friend had used them last summer for window cleaning and was very positive about the experience. They came out very quickly, gave me an estimate for cleaning all the gutters and washing the outside windows. Our appointment was the next day, they arrived on-time and took their time doing the job. I was very impressed. My windows sparkle! I did notice that a few windows looked streaky, so I called and they said they would come out the next day. Then, it occurred to me that the streaky-ness could be that the windows on the INSIDE were dirty. Sure enough, when I cleaned those windows on the inside, everything sparkled. The roof lights were up in 2 hours and after the storm knock a few strands down, his guys came out to fix them. Last month, I called superior window cleaning to get a quote for cleaning out my rain gutters. The El Niño storms were causing water to overflow from the 2nd floor rain gutters. The prospect of climbing up there on a skinny aluminum ladder and dredging out who knows what did not seem very fun. I emailed them through Yelp, and Scott, the owner, replied very quickly with a great price and availability. I asked them about adding window-washing since it had been about 5-6 years since we did both inside and outside. Again, the price seemed very reasonable, so we decided to get it all done. They sent over a two-person crew who showed up on-time an a Saturday morning. I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They even offered to take off their shoes in the house. They finished everything in under 4 hours. That also included fixing 3 large window screens (for $10 each). They cleaned up after themselves and the windows looked great. Unfortunately, I hadn't checked the weather forecast, and it rained the day after. So much for crystal clear windows... or so I thought... at least my rain gutters were working properly. But the following day, I got an unsolicited message from Scott who offered to come out again and touch-up/re-do the outside windows for free. They did so later that week. Now THAT'S customer service! Long story short, I had them do the whole house from the roof down, as we had an algae problem on the tiles and the house hadn't been power washed in over a decade. Frank came out to the house clean the windows and did some power washing for us and did a great job. They replaced a couple of screens as well. Last time we paid them for work and they were screens and frames missing and a lot of the windows were not completed. Apparently, the young man they had working for them was taking peoples screens and frames And not completing the work. This was the best Yelp hires I have ever experienced! Our home is old and sits on a canyon so it gets a lot of leaves and spider webs... Yuck. We hadn't had it cleaned in 5 years and had no referrals to go on so I searched Yelp and Angie's List and found these guys. Scott came out and negotiated a really good price to clean a ton of windows, the gutters and pressure wash the entire house. He sent Frank to do most of the work and this guy is an Ox! He literally arrived at our home at 8am and worked until after 9pm! And did an amazing job. From start to finish he just went the extra mile- no corner cutting. For example, he didn't just blow the leaves to the sides like most would, he blew them, raked them and recycled them into our green waste without me asking.
