Interestingly, there is normally a shortage of dryers during busy periods. The owner should focus on keeping those dryers up and running so they could put more laundry ($$) through the place. A couple of times, I have actually left with my wet laundry and gone somewhere else to dry. Other than that, a pretty good clean, rinse is a little light and leaves a bit of detergent behind. Machines don't do as good of job as the Dexter machines I have used elsewhere, but they are better than average.

We walked in and we were immediately met by the coldest woman I've ever come into contact with, possibly in my life. We walked in and warmly said hello and she said ...hello??? back like she was baffled as to why we were even speaking to her? We said we were dropping off, and she didn't even look at us. After that, all we got were grunts of annoyance. We very politely asked if she could hang some of our shirts/sweatshirts on hangers and she visibly rolled her eyes at us and huffed. If you don't want to do it/ it's not part of the service (it is) than just say no. After weighing the clothes and finding out it was over $200 for this god awful service, we didn't want to waste her time and go back on it, so we politely paid and left. We got home to find that we had every single match to our socks and MAYBE 4 pairs were actually folded together. Lame. After trying to put our laundry away, we discovered that she had very obviously and intentionally flipped every single pair of pants and every shirt inside out before folding/hanging them, to make sure that we had to redo it. We might as well have just done our laundry ourselves at this point and after paying $200 for her to flip every single item of clothing inside out and THEN fold them is absolutely outrageous. This wouldn't be a huge deal if she hadn't already treated us like absolute trash and then rolled her eyes at us and had the absolute WORST attitude like it was our fault for needing our laundry done. But then couldn't even do her job half right? We love to give people the benefit of the doubt but this was just absolutely ineffable, truly. Absolutely the WORST laundry service we have ever received in Flagstaff. Save your time and money and go somewhere where the employees treat you with kindness and do their job with at least a little bit of care.
