Excellent Mexican food and the absolute best margaritas. Service is friendly and quick and prices are great! Give it a try, you'll be back.

Crawfordville is limited with its restaurant selection so there are not many choices in the area. The location is good in that respect and they have a great big parking lot to cater a lot of people. We walked in and the floors had recently been mopped and were so slippery that we had to be extremely careful not to slip. It was as if someone mopped the floors with way too much soap in the bucket. When I go for Mexican food, I love the free chips and salsa but the salsa at this location was so bad. It tasted like puréed tomatoes with no other flavor. Thankfully there were a couple hot sauces on the table so I was able to doctor it up a bit. The queso dip was delicious and the chips themselves were good. I ordered the Mexican chicken which was just ok. The refried beans lacked flavor, and the chicken was dry. I'm used to La fiesta (which unfortunately closed) where they sauté the chicken with the pico de gallo but this one was strips Of chicken with a little pico de gallo spooned on top after the fact. Our service was good and the ambience of the restaurant is nice. They have a stage for live music on the weekends and a nice big bar so I'm sure the atmosphere is a vibe on the right night. I'd be curious to order something different the next time, as I'm sure I'll be back at some point the next time I'm in town.

We are on vacation on St. george Island. We have gone here every year for 5 years for spring break…read more We needed a break from seafood so we drove over to Eastpoint. It was a cool looking store. Pretty big. We waited for 20 minutes, as a party of 8 even though there were tables open. The chips and salsa were delicious. When we got our food, we all ordered rice. The rice was delicious. The reason this is 4 stars is because the amount of rice (and beans) we all got was UNBELIEVABLE. I (as a 12 year old girl) got rice and beacons with tortillas to make my own burrito. I promise you, I took 4 bites and my food was gone. I was starving at the end. Everyone else agreed that there was not a lot of rice. But, I'm sure that this might have just been today, and others might not have had this trouble. (Considering that one of the reviews said they could share a whole plate) I would recommend this place for kids. There is a huge menu as well Edit: Forgot to mention my food was cold. My parents were hot.

They have plenty of space for a fairly big sized party and, plenty of space for the smaller sized parties also. When ordering, the waitstaff uses all 6 senses to make sure your last bite of food is great. I ordered the Enchilada Trio and inhaled my plate; truth be told, I don't think I even tasted the chicken in my enchiladas, because I inhaled them so fast, that's how good they were! ENJOY. Side note: they do add gratuity to large party tickets.

We got the chunk guacamole to start per the staffs recommendation. Everyone loved it. The 4 of us all got different versions of the street tacos which were fantastic. Their mixed drinks are delicious and the strength wasn't lacking... I got the watermelon margarita and the wife got the pina colada. The waiter here was quite possibly the nicest person I have ever met at a restaurant. Quick to make suggestions and just unbelievably kind and polite even though he had his hands full. We have travelled to the area a few times and always make a point to stop here for lunch at least once. It's a solid option and we will be back again next year!

You definitely get your money's worth on the margaritas--they pour them nice and heavy. Service was friendly and attentive. The only hiccup was a small misunderstanding with my order. I asked for the Arrachera Burrito but ended up receiving the Carne Asada Plate instead. The waitress' English wasn't the strongest, so rather than sending it back I just went with it--and honestly, I'm glad I did. The Carne Asada was delicious. Despite the mix-up, the quality of the food and drinks, plus the great service, made it a really enjoyable meal. I'll definitely go back.
