Look no further for appliance repair in the Menifee/Sun City/Temecula area. Joseph responded right away to my Yelp inquiry regarding a 10 y.o. basic Whirlpool fridge that was not cooling down properly and was making knocking sounds. He arrived promptly for the appointment and went right to work. Determined we needed a new fan and within minutes had a quote for us. He also was able to get the broken fan to spin at half speed while we awaited the new part. That alone cooled the fridge down better, which was nice. A few days later he arrived with the part, again very prompt. While he was here I asked him for a guesstimate on fixing something on another older fridge in the house and taking a quick look at the outtake hose setup for our washing machine. I had Joseph out to see if he could repair our 40 year-old dryer. When he came out, he let me know that the parts would be more expensive and the labor fee would be more expensive to repair it than to purchase a new one. He easily could've sold me the service and the parts for a 40 year-old dryer. But he was very honest and said you should just go buy a new one. He didn't even charge me for the service fee when he showed up. A very nice gentleman, and a very honest one. In the future when I need appliance repair, I will be calling Joseph. read more

He was very straight forward with diagnostic and unfortunally it is not cost effective to repair. He provided tips on how to prevent future issues and was very polite. If you are in need of a dryer repair look no further, this is your guy! My wife and I were in need of an appliance repairman after I tried drying my running shoes in our LG dryer. The dryer immediately began to make a loud banging sound and would not function properly.
