Followed up with head office, gave me John's number, called and texted him and requested the proposal, was told he was gonna send it and never did. Continued to try to get ahold of him and nothing. Called office again, and was just told "he must not want to do the job then" It shouldnt take over a week to get a proposal, especially for a new customer with a BIG job. If you dont want the job or cant handle it, no problem. Just be upfront.
