I personally buff and polish my car every single year (did it in May last) only to get it back with swirl marks all over but I'm not gonna be a pain about that cause I do it once a year . This is not the same service they had years ago As of today I was cleaning the inside of my car and my tint exempt sticker is missing so safe to say my car might never be coming back in the future

I reached out the next day and Arthur accused me that I did the damage overnight and I'm bringing it back on him. I was shocked by his angry & unprofessional response, especially since he said he guarantees his work. He said he would try to buff it out, and well, that didn't help. I took it to another body shop to have it looked at. I was told they painted the entire quarter panel which extended beyond the damage to try blend it in. Which created more imperfections and blistering. For the amount he charged I expected quality work and didn't receive it. Learn from my mistake, don't pay cash and look at it under a bright light and so you can see the true quality of work.
