Places like this one shouldn't exist. If the owner (Mike) is rude and unprofessional with zero customer service I wonder what his staff is like. Called in for a fender repair quote and was hung up on because I didn't know how to get the color code of the vehicle. Instead of educating me or showing me how to retrieve that code from the car he hung up on me. I called back asking if we got disconnected and he said no and hung up on me again. Been to Mike's collision shop twice and both times he's done right by me. During 2019 he fixed my 2018 Durango that had some damage in the drivers side at a very fair price. On Dec my 2019 challenger SRT was involved in a hit and run so I bought it to Mike again. Told me not to worry and again fixed it at a fair price. To me he's always been friendly and honest. Had the pleasure of meeting Mike from a family member. Mike took the time and met with me to discuss options and price for the repair of my car and unfortunately three weeks after he repaired my car which was perfect, I needed his services again for a little ding. Again I found myself in the position to call Mike to repair my daughter's car. I found him to be honest and straightforward which are character traits I highly respect. I am not a person to write a review but Mike has been nothing but professional, courteous, and respectful. He is honest with pricing and the work that goes into repairing the car it's not just a fender. I can't stress enough that the car came out perfect Well let me tell you I brought my car back for the lack of repair that was made to the car. The front sensor not plugged in brought back and still not correct. The sensor now for the wipers is still not plugged in. Clips from the bumper were supposedly changed yet the bumper is sagging. He told me the clips were wrong but they are all the same if that is correct bumper would not be sagging and the sensor for braking would not go off every time it senses a plate in the street, mind you if someone walks in front of the car it does not go off. He says someone hit the car the car is not hit and wasn't hit after his repair it was not repaired correct and throughly. He told me his body man sucked. I should have ran. What really upsets me is that I paid cash never nickel and dimed the price and he is acting like an unprofessional idiot. (Sorry). I would pay if it was new damage. I am not looking for any thing for free as a businessman he should have owned up to the mistakes and corrected it! read more

I think the two reviews below were written by the owners,, I suggest you stay AWAY unless you like getting ripped off. I brought my car in for work they quoted me $1500 for a job that runs about $800. I went to another mechanic on utopia pkwy who offered to do the same job, with the same parts, and a guarantee for $700. I will never go here again, and I will make sure that none of my friends and family go either. By the way, of course they are down to earth they are stealing your money, so they put on a smiley face. Just don't fall into their hands. I recently had an accident and the cops selected them to tow my car. They have no regard for law or decency. My 2014 Nissan Quest got clipped on the right side rear door to rear bumper, got a few quote from a few body shop, Mike has the lowest price and the shop looks presentable so I said "Mike make it look new". He said it will take three days and sure enough three days later he call me up and said the car is ready. The job looks 8.5 out of 10 because of a minor nick and a little wavy on the patch, there are absolutely no overspray anywhere which is great, Mike washed it before I went pick up which is nice as for the minor imperfection weighting on the savings, I think Mike offer value for the money.
