I met with Anthony who stated outright that I didn't need a new bumper and that they could buff out and paint the scratches and try to save the fog light - all for a very reasonable price. One of the other places I got an estimate from said that I would need a new bumper, that it would take 10 days, and the price was more than double what Leo Bros. gave me. However, my most recent Audi Q3 repair, which began in March, has been an extremely disappointing experience. I had to return the vehicle four separate times due to multiple issues, including misaligned headlights, missing screws in the wheel liners, a misaligned bumper, and broken radiator support trim. Although the repairs finally appeared acceptable after the fourth visit, the results only lasted a few weeks. The bumper is once again misaligned, and the bumper is protruding. At this point, I feel they are simply incapable of completing the job properly and consistently. The attached pictures speak for themselves. The last photo of the bumper reflects the condition of the vehicle after the fourth repair attempt. Unfortunately, they still were unable to get it right. What a shame.

The paint finish is extremely rough and uneven, with visible texture throughout the repaired area. There is overspray on surrounding panels, poor blending between sections, and the overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional. I contacted the painter about these issues, but the problems remain unresolved. A proper paint job should have a smooth, consistent finish and attention to detail, neither of which was delivered in my case. I am posting this so others can make an informed decision before hiring this painter. I have photos documenting the condition of the vehicle after the work was completed.
