But even with their ridiculous prices they still managed to mess up the installation job and i had to basically redo all the wiring because of a bad ground/poor connections. They also tuned my amp incorrectly causing one of my speakers to blow and both of my subwoofers to blow and i did not get any compensation from them. The bad ground issue started a mini fire and almost caught my car on fire which i would not have got compensation for either. Avoid this audio shop if your in the Oceanside / North county area they are a waste of money and time and will rush the job just so they can get their money and go home. This review is a bit overdue as I've had multiple vehicles for window tinting at this location. My father found this location, and the owner (male) has been very quick and efficient, and always does a great job. Since then, my family and I always take our vehicles to this store when we need our windows tinted. I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed my windows tinted, so took my new vehicle to him. I'm usually pretty hesitant that my vehicle will get damaged as it had been at another vendor years ago... but I trust the owner and the other gentleman who also works here. They inspect for any damages prior to start and are careful with your vehicle (both inside and out). He also tells you his honest opinion rather than for money making desires. His ceramic tints are excellent! Trust me, they may cost more, but they are definitely worth it. I've had different tints, and ceramic ones are the best! Also, the other places use too much adhesive and it stains my windows, but this place doesn't do that. Prices are also fair! He is always willing to work with you for a reasonable price. Great work always, and very quick yet work is always excellent! Some times in the summer, scheduling an appointment would be best, but other times you can walk in and request for same day service and if possible, they get it done. Will definitely return here again even if I have to drive a few hours! I highly recommend!

After evaluating it, Tesla confirmed that the lines in the glass were caused by external forces -- most likely excessive heat -- and not by any manufacturing defect. They were very clear that there is no scenario where the vehicle would have left the factory with this type of damage. Because of that, the replacement was not covered under warranty, and I had to pay $1,535 out of pocket. Here's what this experience has cost me: * $300 for the original tint * $150 for tint removal -- which I was never informed would be charged, and they only told me I "owed money" after removing it * $1,535 for a new windshield due to damage caused during their tint installation That's almost $2,000 lost, and I'm left with no tint, a brand‑new windshield I had to pay for myself, and zero accountability from the shop. To make matters worse, the owner laughed at my wife during the conversation. That alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect. If you choose to get your tint done here, understand this clearly: If something goes wrong, you will get no support, no responsibility, and possibly even disrespect. What you may get is a bill for the damage they caused.
