Straightforward sandwiches and donuts. The donuts were nearly sold out by the time I arrived at noon. Unfortunately, I wasn't interested in the remaining selection and settled for a single Bear Claw. The employees at the front were polite and efficient with my order. Note that there is a $5 minimum for credit card purchases. Besides the clean tables and self serve coffee containers, I would have liked to see more condiments available for the savory options. The sandwiches would have benefited from hot sauce or mustard to add some much needed spice and acidity. *Egg, Bacon, Cheese Bagel: I added avocado for an additional $2. The sandwich came with a dense plain bagel, a generous portion of fluffy eggs lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, slightly chewy bacon, gooey cheese, and tart avocado. There was also a light smear of mayo that added another layer of creaminess and complemented the other ingredients nicely. Jalapeños or pickles could be added for 50 cents, providing some much needed spice or acidity, though complimentary sauces would have accomplished the same without an additional charge. *Bear Claw: pleasantly doughy with a light glaze. This was generously filled with cinnamon spiced apple chunks and was an above average donut. This was a 3.5 star experience, but I would round down given the additional charges for ingredients that make the sandwich feel more complete. Everything was simple and well executed, but the overall quality didn't quite justify a $10+ sandwich, especially compared to shops that make their bagels in house. I would love to see this spot offer better sauces and complementary toppings that enhance the sandwiches without requiring additional add ons. read more

There's just something special about a local mom and pop donut shop. Everything at this place is always so fresh and delicious, and you can really taste the difference. Been coming here for sometime now and honestly the ham , egg & cheese breakfast croissant has to be hands down the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I a,ways love getting donuts and breakfast in the morning. The donuts are always so good! I came in by 11AM on a Saturday and almost all the donuts were gone except for like 3 trays. Whatever I get always tastes so good and fresh. I usually like stopping by on weekday mornings to bring in donuts for the team, which is always a hit. My favorites include the large glazed twist, the glazed old fashioned, the large cinnamon roll, and the apple fritter. I love having one if the lunch sandwiches to go and it pairs so well with the donuts. The sandwiches definitely used to be larger so that's due to shrinkflation in the past few months. I was in the mood for ca phe sua da so I was looking for a place I can get both w/o having to drive to 2 different places. The selection of donuts was quite impressive. Nearly every donut was stocked beautifully and looked fresh and delicious. I did not try the donuts, but their ca phe su da was strong and mildly sweet. Donut Look Any Further Despite visiting here a few times previously, today was my actual first time trying Supreme Donuts, as I usually just swing-by to pick up "lard biscuits" for the boiz at work. The Good: *Donuts are the standard boilerplate ones (i.e., Sysco® mixes) you'll find at 95% off indy donut shops, but at least they're fresh--and that makes a big difference. *Fairly standard pricing ±$15/doz *Service is always friendly even at ungodly hours. *More than just donuts, as they also have breakfast sandwiches, croissants/croissandwiches, smoothies, Viet ice coffee--and even boba pearls! *Accept NFC, CC, and debit cards, as well as cash. This is important to note as most independent donuts shops tend to only accept cash, or if they do accept CCs, it's usually with the caveat of a surcharge. The Meh: *Not that generous with the complimentary donut holes as some places. *Location is hoody, but the friendly neighborhood shitbags are usually asleep (i.e., passed out) when it's donut time. *Despite being less than 2.5miles from our place, Yelp placed them as the 25th recommended donut store in a "current location" search. Shame on you Yelp™... =/ The Ugly: *Pretty shitty of DD© to open up right across the street from these guys. If you choose DD for your donuts over this place, you need to turn in your foodie card. DD's donuts are godawful and they're not even made fresh! They're made in the Easy Coast, frozen and then shipped here to later be defrosted. I am a fan of supporting small businesses and mom-and-pop shops, especially when they have freshly baked donuts at a convenient stop. This place is on my route to work. I wanted a dozen of donuts even though the two young ladies were encouraging me to buy more. When I declined, and only a dozen would suffice, they started talking loudly in their tongues and giggled while I was selecting my dozen and some coffee for the office. I was the only customer in the shop at the time, and I am unsure if the conversation was associated with me, but the vibe and demeanor were uncomfortable and almost rude. I felt like I was in a nail shop when technicians continually talked to one another in their tongues right in front of the client they were servicing. Since I was already there, I made my purchase and drove straight to work. No bonus donut holes like in other places. Haha. I was not expecting the unwelcome vibes based on their reviews. Our staff is donut connoisseurs, and they thought the donuts were nothing substantial and felt McDonald's has better coffee. I wonder if the long line at Dunkin Donuts across the way is due to better coffee and service. In our opinion, this little corner shop can use a scrub-down, and the mom-and-pop should consider retraining these two young ladies in hospitality. We may give it another go if the place reviews and re-trains its young employees. For now, we will go elsewhere for our company donuts and better welcomes in our morning. Lower your expectations and you'll be fine. With all the "Gourmet" "Trendy" places out there, it's easy to have high expectations. There is nothing fancy about Supreme. There's no art deco design or hipster colors. There's no Apple Pay (you'll survive) but they do accept Credit Cards. (win) Store is old and dated and could probably use a really good scrubbing but the owners are uber friendly and patient as pr decision making was slow. We didn't get a doughnut although they did look pretty good. Instead we opted for breakfast sandwiches. By the way their croissants are HUGE. Egg, bacon and Avo on a Freshly baked croissant for me. This was good but a little to greasy for me. I attribute this to the fact that it's on a super buttery croissant and we got it to go so it deflated a bit in transport. Tasty but not my favorite Egg and Sausage on a croissant for the kiddo. She really liked hers but could only eat half before she was stuffed. Over all, this is your typical corner divey donut shop and if you go in with THAT expectation you should be okay. Would I go back? Probably not since there are others in the area or a very short drive away that are better. But if you live in the area (which we don't) and need that morning sugar fix, then this is a great option. read more

MY FAVORITE DOUGHNUT PLACE! Whenever I'm feeling low or having a bad day, I know a doughnut from Supreme Doughnut can make it all better. I recently moved to the Almaden area and saw this doughnut shop often and decided to stop by and try a doughnut or two. Such a pleasant surprise!! I come here every so often, I always get myself a glazed doughnut-- simple but oh so delicious. So soft and perfectly fluffy inside, the glaze is just right too -- not too sweet or thick. Spent a little over $5 on snacks here. haha. It's a little place in the corner past the Archstone, so I decided to swing by before starting work. Never been here before it was like any other donut shops in the afternoon, what you see is what they got left. Since I got the chocolate/custard I went for the Strawberry milk, when I placed the strawberry milk on the counter, I saw the chips and thought to myself, I got all the sweet let's get spicy chips and some cheesy chips. Impulse snacking is dangerous! The lady informed me there's a fifty cent charge since it's under $10, that's fine. So I looked away and saw that they make boba drinks there too.
