This is a great place to grab some donuts & coffee to start off your morning! I am a pretty simple gal, my go-to is the glazed donut and Vietnamese coffee. Ya'll, if you had a loooong night the night before and you need to be up early, get their Viet coffee just trust me. I also love their donuts. Super soft, freshly made, and fluffy! I would come here before work around 6:45-7am and there is usually a crowd of people so def get their donuts fast! read more

Good sandwich! But pricey. If I had known I was going to pay $10 for a sandwich, I'd have gone to find a lox-bagel packed! I got 2 breakfast sandwiches (with avocado) a dozen donut-holes and 1 filled donut and it totaled $25! I won't trust the $$$ filter anymore. read more

I loveee coming here. Been coming here since a little lad with my mom it's always so packed! I order the ham egg and cheese with jalapeños deliciousnessss. Idk what these people are talking about rude employees almost every time I go they give me a free donut and they're super nice and fast! Every person I've recommended this spot to fell in love. read more

The place is been a Sunday must in the morning, we always go and consume good amount of money but today was so different, I order 3 large coffees, 3 ham and cheese and 3 chocolate donuts. They always encourage to "pay and then eat", so when I payed my order I went to fix my coffee, when the cashiers tell me my order is ready I find out that I'm missing the donuts, and I'm the type of person that doesn't like to scream or be a savage whenever they mess up on your order. So I ask politely to one of the workers that I'm missing my 3 donuts. He then asks the cashier if I payed for them, which she tells him "yes" so he then asks me if I want filling in the donuts and I say "yes", after that the cashier goes crazy and starts screaming at me saying that "it's 35 cents per feeling, you didn't pay for that, it's 1.25 for all 3 total" I really don't mind paying extra but.... 1- the guy that gave me the donuts never told me it was going to be extra for filling the donuts with jelly. He just told me if I wanted them filled 2- the way the cashier told me it was extra for the donuts to be filled was extremely rude and I had already spend 26 dls on the order, that it's really really poor customer service on their part. She could have just say it in a normal way "we charge extra for the feeling" but no they have to go all out and make a scene like if I'm trying to get away with not paying 1.25 dls for feeling. 3- they messed up on my order on the first place by not giving me the donuts, and when that happen they don't care and it's like nothing happen. But yet they already took my money. I told the lady if she was trying to rip me off by not giving me the donuts. All she did was look at me and make sounds with her mouth. Once the person gave me the donuts I told him for next time to let me know that the filling would be extra charge as he did not mention it, he then proceeded to scream at me and tell "next time you come here it's gonna be $500 dls" that is so disrespectful to say to a customer when all I'm trying to do is defend my right to complaint because of the way they treat it me. This will be the last time I go to this place, the food is good, but the customer service is trash. read more

Their donuts are just as good as the next place but their breakfast sandwiches are lacking. I had an odd experience with the cashier though. She hadn't given me the receipt and then when I asked for one she seemed reluctant. After I received it I realized I was over charged by about a $1 for an item and when I pointed it out they went over the charges multiple times amongst each other before coming to the conclusion that I really was overcharged. They gave me the dollar and some change after that and threw in some donut holes. Seemed kind of sketchy to me. read more

Friendly Staff. Great donuts so soft and yummy. They also serve sandwiches on bagels, croissants and sourdough. Inexpensive and delicious. I haven't tried everything on the menu but everything i've tried so far was delicious. read more

Jackson Donuts is a nice "hole-in-the-wall" place to get an early meal or a snack to go. If you're also looking for a place to have your lunch with the convenience of your favorite breakfast items, this is also a place to be. They serve a variety of donuts, beverages, coffee & sandwiches. I had some donuts and a roast beef sandwich on a croissant. Their donuts were fresh and the sandwich was delicious! It was made to order. This place is small, but very friendly and intimate. Plus.., the worker behind the counter who made my sandwich was ultra kind & extremely cute! I never saw anyone else who had a nicer smile than hers. read more

I would recommend this place , the employees are rude they talk to you in a disrespectful way , i order a bagel and they gave me the wrong one , this has happened a couple times now, bit what bother menthe most is the way they speak to you including the guy in the back making the food. read more

I actually like this donut shop, not only do they make great and fresh donuts; they make croissant sandwiches and other hot items to order. - They don't just make the usual "O" donuts and twisty donuts. They have the twisty "O's", and they make old fashioned maple which is my favorite. - Plus cops come here all the time, so you know it's got to be good, haha. YELP! read more

Friendly staff, grate donuts and good breakfast if your trying to get something on the run this is perfect. I haven't tried their lunch yet but I'm looking forward for it since I am big on sandwiches and that's mostly what they sell for lunch and breakfast (currently eating an egg with ham sandwich) other then the donuts. read more

My sugar and glaze doughnuts seemed more thick and fluffy compared to other local doughnut shops. Got 5 doughnuts and strawberry milk for a little under $8! Pretty good but not the best I've ever had. read more

The WiFi worked well and if there was background music it was not being blasted loudly. I would definitely keep this spot top of mind if I needed a reliable spot to work remote again, especially since there is now more seating than there used to be. I got their EGGspresso Hanoi, which surprisingly, was not bad at all. I loved how consistent the egg batter was, and the consistency of the coffee was quite equal. I will be back to try their other drinks, and hoping that their customer service could improve just a little bit more. I know they have the potential, but being more courteous goes a very long way compared to being bland in attitude, obviously.

Honestly, this place isn't my favorite to begin with--I only came because my boyfriend likes it--but after this, I probably won't be ordering anything for myself again.
