Not the cheapest, but less than half of two other companies. They also didn't use the high-pressure tactics some others used when asked to quote. The one thing I would make sure is to ask about payment mechanisms ahead of time. I ended up writing a check instead of using my credit card. That was unexpected. Aside from that, I am very happy with the results and will use them again for both the roof, and to clean the solar panels when the time comes.

I received a few quotes but Shawns quote was the most competive considering his knowledge and his great communication skills. He explained to me the whole process in laymen's terms and he came to my house the very next day for a rate quote. You can tell from his equipment and shawns professional knowledge that he knew a thing or two about solar cleaning, bird proofing and abatement. he even offered group discounts to my neighbors and myself. We set an appointment for today and he always updated me throughout the week prior on any required info and/or extra devices he recommended. in my case, he recommended a certain bird deterrent device so i made sure to have it ready for them. They arrived promptly at the original scheduled time, shawn explained to me the exact parts he was using, how long the service will take and what the next steps will be afterwards then immediately him and his guys got to work on my roof. Shawn installed a bird deterrent on my roof, he used specialized wire mesh netting around all of my panels to prevent any birds including those tiny morning doves from nesting underneath, cleaned up all the old bird waste, pressure washed my whole roof then provided a thorough cleaning of my solar panels. He even reassured me and said he will come back to check on my roof to make sure my issue was resolved. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Shawn's great service and great value he provided us. There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy.
