I received an inspection back in April 2020. The inspection looked good at first sight but within months my central ac stopped working. I contacted home warranty and was told because there was absolutely no fluid in there not only did it try up but a wire was melting. I ended up spending over 600$ for something that should have been inspected. The inspector failed to inspect my central ac and did not do something as simple as going to the roof of the building to inspect everything was set up properly and looked good with the ac. read more

Lived in our home over 15 years. Never ever ever had a drain problem. The day Quality Care Home Inspections inspected our house we started having issues. Shower draining slowly, sink backing up, this is not a coincidence. Not saying they did anything intentionally, but poking around in drains has somehow impacted how well they work. read more

He was on time! did a very thorough inspection, explained everything and described his findings in a simple way. He also emailed a detailed report that included images. Great follow up too! A couple of things that I would also recommend which won't cost you much but will definitely give you the piece of mind, have them check the water line that connects your home to the city pipes, it's done with a long optical camera. If I could give anything less than one star I would. I spent $1200 on inspections when I bought my home. Here I am a few months later and I've already had to spend $5000 on attic work and aesbestos removal that Quality Care home inspection didn't notice. We hired Mark from Quality Care Home Inspections, we were very pleased with their work, I was surprised that it was 2 inspectors which was great because 1 inspector concentrated on the interior and the other inspector concentrated on the exterior, great team work ! Also, they did not charge us for the drone roof inspection since they were not able to inspect the roof due to the fragility of roof tiles.
