They are consistent in that they always get something wrong. No queso no chips missing items that you paid extra for!

Food was cold, staff very unfriendly, and restroom dirty and in disrepair. Hard to believe for a relatively new building.

I hate writing this because the food is honestly great, but the service is consistently terrible. Every single visit turns into a frustrating ordeal. This time I placed a pickup order and sat in the drive-thru line for an entire hour while being repeatedly told they were "working on it." The most ridiculous part? I was the only car in line for most of that time, yet I watched more than 20 other customers get their food before they had even started preparing mine. What made it even worse was watching cars pull in behind me, realize nothing was moving, back out of the line, go inside, grab their food, and leave before I ever got mine. Meanwhile, I kept getting the same excuse that they were still working on it. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no respect for customers' time. The food is one of my favorites, but at some point great food doesn't make up for consistently awful service. If you're ordering here, be prepared to spend far more time waiting than you should, even for a simple pickup order. read more

Visited for the first time recently in the evening for dinner. Had the large size nachos. The restaurant setup and menu is very reminiscent of Moe's which I have been visiting for a couple decades. They seemed to have a bit fresher food and more options of toppings (including queso), but I think the prices were more expensive. I enjoyed most of my meal, but the vat of queso ended up making me a little queasy. If I ever eat there again, I'm gonna be a little more careful to not eat so much queso in one sitting. A couple interesting options they have are toppings on or off the chips, and queso poured or in a cup. There were a bunch of employees and they were all attentive. The restaurant is clean. The one thing I couldn't figure out too well was the trash. They don't have a trashcan other than a small hole near the beverages. Wasn't sure if we were supposed to dump it all there, so we ended up just leaving our trash at the table. read more

The food is fresh and good. With all the choices I get a little overwhelmed at making a choice but don't want to get the same thing each time. Have not been disappointed yet. I can't say I'm a regular customer by I do come periodically. My only complaint is the prices are more than you would think but to do get rather large portions so I guess it evens out. And what isn't pricy these days. Come for lunch and then go shopping at Publix right across the street and it will cut down on buying excess junk food. read more

My daughter & I were so excited to try this place. The food was ok. But the customer service was not. The girls were rude & had attitude about everything. I felt as if I was putting them out by asking for toppings for my taco. Sucks you have to work Saturday night but we were treating ourselves & you made it uncomfortable. I was here for lunch with my family while on vacation. We ordered vegetarian nachos, tacos, and quesadillas. The food was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. It's like a chipotle/qdoba but fresher ingredients in my opinion, and they are not very greedy with what you put into your food. I also liked how they were vigilant with vegetarian options with adjusted prices. My family loved it here and will definitely be coming back when we come down south again! read more

Awful experience made worse by lack of respect and follow through by management and corporate. Was totally disrespected by the team here and given the wrong food due to issues with their training of new employees, professionalism, menu knowledge and clarity of menu as posted. Manager acted like I was asking an obscene question when I asked how many tacos came in the taco item. Ended up with a veggie salad when I clearly asked for a salad with chicken. Charged for WATER. Corporate is the worst - there is no follow through or accountability. No one trying to fix this or even be remotely helpful. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

I love Surcheros, this location particularly. Always clean and food tastes fresh. Clean bathrooms as well, which are harder to find at most restaurants. The only thing I would change are the prices.... When we first started eating here the kid's meals were reasonable but they have gotten very pricey. read more

Went here while visiting the area for work and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I think it's comparable to qdoba and chipotle but they use fresher ingredients which is an attractive feature. Their food is really good and the staff were very nice and professional. read more

The more we eat here the less we like it ............... portions for the $ are ridiculously small and when you add anything extra itll wind up costing $18 for a burrito .......... one day i wanted a side of rice and the guy said it was gonna be $4 for 4oz of rice i was like no thanks ................ idk the foods ok just seems expensive for what ya get , for same $ can go sit down at a Mexican restaurant. My kids love it but they dont pay the bills lol .....Always a bunch of kids runnin the show and 1/2 the time they are not interested at all in the customers but rather their friends that have come in or on their phones........ be nice to see an adult supervising the store ....... read more

We came to this place a couple days ago. First off, the place is cute. The interior is nice. The menu looks good but it can be a little confusing if it's your first time and it was ours. We stood in line well over 30 minutes. My husband says it was about 45 in total. The first man worked quick but I believe they needed more hands along the line because the place does inside dining, place ahead orders, and drive thru. By the time our food moved down the line to the cashier, my husbands burrito was cold. There is a bit of cross contamination so if you have dairy sensitivity or gluten sensitivity that will be rough. We had ordered the taco salad, burrito, kids nachos, and s'mores quesadilla. The food was pretty tasty aside from everything else. The manager did try to help but it seemed like he got in the way a little more causing a slight back up again. We would come back again though read more

This evening was the first time trying this place. We did online order and picked up at window. We did not go inside. This place looks relatively new. Drive thru service was polite. Hubs order burrito and cheese sauce. He thought it was amazing. I order burrito bowl which was fantastic. We both received good size amount of food. We have no complaints. read more

I enjoyed our visit it's similar to Moe's but a few steps up. The sauces/sauces are excellent (salsa bar). The place is new so it's clean and well staffed. I hope it stays that way. They are generous with the salad. The chicken is tender and juicy. read more

I have been here 3 times now. I can't give them 3 stars because of the salsa bar and the fresh chips. I can't give them 5 stars because, well, it is very hard to get a perfect score. They are very good but feel like, if you aren't eating meat, the flavors are lacking. There is no vegetarian option either. I do believe it is fresh and that makes a difference. The restaurant is clean considering the traffic too. The prices are reasonable but not great. No complaints from the staff. As far as burrito shops go it isn't my favorite but very near the top. read more

Paid $16 for a $6 burrito. You pay $2 extra for steak which is no surprise but then they give you the smallest serving I have ever seen and then charge almost $5 for extra. The meat didn't really have any flavor. First 3 or 4 bites of the burrito there was no meat. You'd be better off going to Moe's or Chipotle. read more

Wow. I have never been more amazed by a restaurant! For how terrible it was. The workers were unfriendly and didn't know what olives were, they got our orders wrong, cheesed us on the queso, put hair in the food, and the one cleaning dude looked funny. Soda machine didn't work, which is always a plus. The food was mad expensive and was bland af. Go to chipotle don't support this crappy business that will be gone within a month. I'd rather starve than eat that again. The chips were good, but how do you frick up chips. . I like dudes a LOT. read more
